I was very sceptical at first, but oh was I wrong. An absolutely wonderful authentic stay. The decoration has made it feel like I’m somewhere really cultural, enriching the whole Cappadocia experience! Though I would probably appreciate if the doors were more soundproof. I was right next to the reception and could basically hear anything, but it was luckily quiet at night. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the lady preparing it was very kind. Not to mention how the other staff were very friendly. I will definitely be coming back! Recommend 100%

Rating: 3.5 out of 5 ★★★☆☆ I stayed at this hotel for two nights. My main advice to future guests is to manage your expectations. It's an okay place if you just need a basic room for the night, but there are significant issues with the service and the description that led me to lower my rating. Pros: * **Food and Amenities:** The breakfasts were substantial, and the complimentary tea, coffee, and drinking water were a nice bonus. * **Room Facilities:** The room had all the essentials – slippers, a set of towels, and toiletries. * **Terrace:** The excellent rooftop terrace is definitely a plus for this hotel. Cons and Discrepancies: * **Inaccurate Description:** The description claims the hotel is built into a rock, which is completely untrue. * **Communication Problems:** Despite the description stating there's Russian-speaking staff at reception, there wasn't any. * **24-Hour Reception:** The reception is advertised as 24-hour, but when I messaged at 9 PM the night before to inquire about an early check-in, I didn't get a response until 7 AM the next morning. This meant I had a long wait after a tiring journey. If I had known early check-in wasn't an option, I would have simply departed later. * **Cleaning Quality:** On the second day, the cleaning was very sloppy: the beds weren't made, and while used towels were taken, no clean ones were provided in their place – I had to go to reception myself to get them. Regarding location, I'd recommend staying in the neighboring town of Göreme; I found it more interesting there, but the choice is yours. If you do decide to stay here, I'll attach the current bus schedule for your convenience. **In summary:** This is strictly an option for 'one or two nights without high expectations.' If you just need a place to sleep and a hearty breakfast, it will do. However, there's clearly a lot of room for improvement in both the service and the accuracy of information on booking sites.

We booked 3 rooms for the 8 of us (adults, kids under 10 and an elderly). The location of the hotel was strategic, at the entrance of the Gerome city, with the eateries/shop just a walk away. The rooms were clean, everything in place, heater is working and top notch in everything. The buffet breakfast were also delicious, varieties of local food (you have to order eggs from them to be cooked) and a selection of juices and hot drinks. Even more, it has balcony that you can use to see the hot balloon in the morning or rest at night. The booking is easier with trip.com and we settled our check in and out in less than 10mins. This hotel goes a bit more in making sure their guests are comfortable and that is commendable.

The price was very cheap, and the yard had lights that made it look very cozy. The breakfast was pretty good, and there were some cute kittens. I forgot to take a picture of the house. The house itself was decent, not very big, but enough.

I booked this cave hotel last minute to wait for the hot air balloon ride, and I was so surprised by how good the value for money was! The hotel is beautiful inside, every casual photo I took had a bit of an Egyptian vibe, haha. They even gave us a room with a terrace, which was really lovely, and sometimes little cats would come visit. Even though there's no air conditioning, Cappadocia in September is quite cool, and it was really comfortable with a gentle breeze coming through the open window.

However, 7 days in the cold is a long time, so you have to be prepared. The Pros (The Highlights): • Stunning Scenery: Seeing the ”fairy chimneys” and valleys covered in snow is genuinely a core memory. It looks like a movie set. • Zero Crowds: We had the Underground Cities (Derinkuyu) and the Göreme Open Air Museum almost to ourselves. No lines, no photobombing. • Cozy Cave Vibes: Staying in a cave hotel is a must. Coming back to a heated stone room and hot Turkish tea after a day of exploring was the best part of the day. • Budget Friendly: Since it’s the off-season, we got a great deal on a high-end hotel that would have been double the price in June.

Overall, the service was good. The staff was friendly and helpful in scheduling my hot air balloon ride. The hotel is primarily made up of rooms; there are no common areas.

The surrounding green hedges really added to the house's charm and provided a refreshing vibe. 2. **Staff:** The staff were incredibly friendly. They thoughtfully explained the meal times and informed us when the hot air balloon activity was canceled. Other team members were also very welcoming and pleasant to interact with. 3. **Adorable Cats:** The cats were so friendly! It was delightful to have one greet us when we opened the door in the morning – such a charming moment! 4. **Breakfast:** The breakfast was plentiful and nutritious, and the hot tea was delicious! 5. **Proximity to City Center:** It's super convenient, just a 7-minute walk to the city center!

I'm not a shill, just a real experience from someone who isn't a rich traveler. Everyone's experience is different, so take this as a reference: Pros: 1. Located in the center of Göreme town, not far from the bus station and dining options. 2. Breakfast was quite substantial, and the service auntie was very enthusiastic. 3. Bedding was very clean. 4. WiFi was fast. Areas for improvement: 1. Avoid rooms facing the road; they are incredibly noisy. Keeping the windows closed makes it stuffy, and opening them is too loud, especially in the afternoon when the sun makes the room very hot. You can't open the windows because of the unbearable noise. 2. The hotel's customer service was slow to reply to emails. We sent two emails before our arrival, one asking if we could check in early, and received no response! We then sent another email asking if we could store our luggage at the front desk before going on a day tour, and still got no reply. In the end, we had to carry our luggage on the day tour. 3. The side views from the rooftop terrace are blocked, making it very inconvenient to watch the hot air balloons. I suggest removing the side panels.

Очень хороший отель, чисто, уютно, тепло. Есть и отопление и кондиционер. В наше пребывание на улице было холодно, но в комнате очень тепло. Отель выглядит так же как и на фотографиях. Завтраки очень вкусные, хозяева и персонал очень дружелюбные. Расположение очееь хорошее, везде можно дойти пешком, до автовокзала и главной удицы минут 7 пешком, там же и кафешки и сувенирные, можно пешком дойти до смотровой. Спасибо хозяину что подкинули нас в дождт до автовокзала. В следующий раз снова остановлюсь здесь.❤️❤️
