Otel ***et temizdi. Odamız yeterli büyüklükte ve kullanisliydi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü. Orelin konumu Ürgüp merkezde idi ve ulaşım kolaydı. Ancak otelin estetik görüntüsü çevredeki otellere göre kötüydü. Kahvaltı zayıftı, çeşit az ve sıcak olması gereken yiyecekler sıcak değildi. Fiyatına göre otel yeterliydi.

Located in a residential area, the environment is actually good. We live on the fourth floor and have a large terrace facing the park in the residential area. Every time we go to the terrace, we can see innocent and lively children enjoying the facilities in the park. Because it is in a residential area, it is a bit far from the scenic spot, but you can also walk to the city center in more than ten minutes. There are also minibuses to the city center right outside the door. The staff said that the bus runs about half an hour during normal times. The staff can also help register local tour groups and hot air balloons. Of course, they will be more expensive. If time permits, you can go to the city to get the price yourself. The rooftop is the place where breakfast is served. It is very large. After checking out, you only need to talk to the staff and you can stay here for a while. In fact, the environment is not bad, but the cleanliness is a little worse, but at this price of accommodation (we arrived on the day of the Slaughter Day, and there are expensive accommodations everywhere), it is really affordable.

We were lucky to stay at a relatively brand new hotel. Mr. Faruk, the owner, said that the hotel had just opened in November 2024. Before checking in, I came to check the location which was only 1.2 kilometers from our first hotel. I then asked Mr. Faruk if he could help me move our 2 large suitcases. Without further ado, he then asked his brother-in-law (Mehmet) to help me pick up the suitcases at no additional cost. Mr. Faruk was also very helpful when we needed to print visas & plane tickets, again at no cost. Even without air conditioning, the room was cool enough for us (19-21°c). The room size is quite large, comfortable, clean, and fragrant. There is a small refrigerator and safe deposit box. The view from the window is also quite good, we can clearly see the Goreme hills. The breakfast menu is also varied and some are freshly cooked. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay around Goreme.

Some people write bad things about this hotel, but it may be because they are not willing to negotiate themselves. If you have any problems, negotiate and tell us what you want. The polite and friendly staff will definitely meet your expectations. I actually negotiated the price by changing the room and staying for a few hours on the last day. When I accidentally locked the bathroom door from inside, the cheerful staff quickly responded and solved the problem. I think there are few hotels in Cappadocia that offer this quality of service at this price. Delicious breakfast, good access to Uchisar Castle, and cooperative staff. I think the fact that this is the first time I've left a review for a hotel speaks volumes about the wonderful stay. I promised the staff that I will definitely use them again the next time I visit Cappadocia. Thank you & I'll be back!!

I made a reservation individually and stayed with my family for 3 nights. Before staying, I checked how to make a reservation for a balloon tour. We were originally planning to ride the balloon on the 3rd day, but the hotel contacted us and said that it would be better to ride on the 2nd day because the weather was going to get worse, so we immediately booked a balloon tour and were able to ride the balloon safely the next day. As advised, the balloon did not fly even once during our stay, and with the appropriate advice from the hotel, our children were delighted and it was a lifelong memory. The hotel is located in the center of Goreme, and it is a very convenient place where you can walk to restaurants, ATMs, supermarkets, and anything you want to go anywhere in a few minutes. If you stretch your legs a little, you can walk to Goreme Panorama and Goreme National Park. The bread at the hotel breakfast was very delicious and we ate original sandwiches with various kinds of cheese. My children were able to eat it for 3 days without getting bored. It was a wonderful hotel that I would like to go again.

ngl. it was the best one in cappadocia. the bathtub is huge, so as someone that is 175cm. it fits me so well. and the breakfast too, it was chef’s kiss. and the room is super nice and huge. the treatment from the staff is absolutely stunning and on point as well. really gonna recommend for anyone who is considering a cave hotel here. the point to watch balloon is just nice as well.

The hotel was great! The owner was incredibly thoughtful and went above and beyond, helping us book a package deal for all our activities. Since we had a late train/bus to catch, they even let us extend our stay until 7 PM for half the price. We really appreciate it!
