Some people write bad things about this hotel, but it may be because they are not willing to negotiate themselves. If you have any problems, negotiate and tell us what you want. The polite and friendly staff will definitely meet your expectations.
I actually negotiated the price by changing the room and staying for a few hours on the last day.
When I accidentally locked the bathroom door from inside, the cheerful staff quickly responded and solved the problem.
I think there are few hotels in Cappadocia that offer this quality of service at this price.
Delicious breakfast, good access to Uchisar Castle, and cooperative staff.
I think the fact that this is the first time I've left a review for a hotel speaks volumes about the wonderful stay.
I promised the staff that I will definitely use them again the next time I visit Cappadocia.
Thank you & I'll be back!!
Очень понравился отель и номер! Чисто, красиво, в номере было джакузи, что очень порадовало ребенка 😊 всё работает, минусов не нашли, вкусная еда, приветливый персонал 👍🏼 отель супер, рекомендую!
Great value for money as February 2025. Nice room with large bathroom and shower. Coffee and tea available in the room. Wifi connection in the room was really poor and sometimes not working at all. It is located 5 minutes walking from the bus stops to Goreme and Nevsehir. Several restaurants and attractions are at walking distance.
Excellent location of the hotel, at the entrance to Mustafapasa, next to the bus stop, there are cafes and shops nearby, 20 minutes drive to Goreme, the staff only speaks Turkish, but we quickly checked in without knowing the language and even late in the evening, I can note the breakfasts, in this hotel they are large and very filling, the downside of course is the quality of cleaning the room, but if you do not find fault, an excellent option for an overnight stay and a delicious hearty breakfast, especially since people come to Cappadocia not for a hotel holiday, the staff is friendly and welcoming, I recommend.
The staff are helpful and friendly, family run stay. Really well decorated. A little out of the way of the town centre but everything there is so walkable that I'd consider that a good thing. The room was lovely, with water coffee and fruit juice, among all other essentials. Really solid choice of a stay if not sure when deciding.
It was a very enjoyable experience. Mustafa Bey's mansion is right in the middle of Göreme, where you can walk everywhere. It is recommended for travelers. Go and stay with peace of mind. The owner, Ms. Simten, hosted us perfectly with her smiling face and pleasant conversation. Turkish coffees are great thanks 🧿
It was generally good. When reading reviews, people tend to focus on the bad points, but it was good value for money and I would recommend it.
- Wi-Fi is not very useful
- House dust is terrible
▶ These two were the worst. People with allergies should be especially careful about house dust. I think you will need medicine.
The location is very good, it is very convenient to go to Pigeon Valley and Uchissar Castle, about ten minutes walk. The boss and the clerk are also very friendly, the luggage is too heavy, the male clerk also helped to move to the taxi waiting point, really like it. Due to catching up with Turkey's 100th National Day, I missed the plane. The boss was waiting for us at midnight and helped us book the airport to the hotel minibus. The price was the same as the original 10 euros.
The location is very advantageous. It is very convenient to go to Pigeon Valley and Uchisar Castle, which can be reached in about ten minutes' walk. The boss and the clerk were also very friendly. The luggage was too heavy and the male clerk helped move it to the taxi stand. I really like it. Because we missed the flight in time for Turkey's 100th National Day, the boss was waiting for us at midnight and helped us book a minibus from the airport to the hotel. The price was the same as the original price of 10 euros.

Great
SSeanThe first room had a damaged shower head. They moved us to another room no questions asked.
Breakfast was a great Turkish spread. With a hot omelette or traditional pie or donut. Absolute treat and great value. Mineral water and Chai tea on tap all day.
Internet was perfect to take video meetings with colleagues in the USA and Europe.
Location is away from the noise of Goreme, directly under the hotair balloons every morning. Incredible view from the rooftop terrace.
Rooms are perfect, comphy bed, crisp sheets, brilliant water pressure!
Staff are great! They even invited me to sit and have lunch with them one day. Delicious lemon cake. I asked for two of each Turkish coin, I'm collecting for my niece and nephew. Esra from the front desk found me all of the coins. Ever the scarce 1c and 5c, she even looked in her purse and tip jar for the 10c we couldn't find.
Everyone gave the exact same service. On morning three I didn't even order a Double Turkish coffee with less sugar. One for the staff, knew and brought it for me.
These guys get it. They know service and it's a treat. The price is oddly low. Incredible value.
There is an epic hiking trail that starts in their back yard and goes all the way up the mountain and back down through the spectacular sand caps and dramatic Turkish landscape.

AAndryThe hosts for the accommodation are friendly and hospitable throughout the stay, they've arranged a day tour and balloon tour at a short notice due to inclement weather. In addition, I like that they replied to WhatsApp messages very promptly to ensure my concerns were being addressed.
Do take note it's a guest house so don't expect hotel-like amenities such as daily breakfast and daily housekeeping, but the staff will do their best to ensure your stay is comfortable. Not all of them speak English fluently therefore might have some language barrier although Google translate helps somewhat :p
I would like to stay with them again if I go back to cappadocia for vacation as they're arguably one of the best accommodations I've stayed at throughout my travels.
LLuke VandergriffGreat place for the price. The owner spoke English and Spanish very well. My favorite part about this place is that they had free tea and apple tea all day long. Finding the place was a little difficult because they didn't have a sign hanging up. It was laying on the ground inside the property. Also, reception was on the top floor though they had a desk and everything for reception at the entrance.
Ssonthegr8ngl. it was the best one in cappadocia. the bathtub is huge, so as someone that is 175cm. it fits me so well. and the breakfast too, it was chef’s kiss. and the room is super nice and huge. the treatment from the staff is absolutely stunning and on point as well. really gonna recommend for anyone who is considering a cave hotel here. the point to watch balloon is just nice as well.
DDanicaBWe got the deluxe suite and i like that it has a jacuzzi inside the bathroom. The room isnt originally a cave but made to feel like a cave suite. Aesthetically really pretty. However, I didnt like the bed sheets, it wasnt comfy for my taste and it wasnt snuggly fitting our bed. It was a bit smelling damp too which i believe is because of the water marks from the ceiling. Overall its in a nice good location and the breakfast is nice.
朝朝海暮梧Excellent service and room conditions. The receptionist, Faruk, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He thoroughly explained all the available trip packages, as well as provided a self-hiking itinerary and useful tips. I arrived at 9 AM, and he kindly offered a free early check-in, which was much appreciated. Faruk’s warm and welcoming demeanor made my stay even better. Nahide, who took care of breakfast, was also very friendly, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The location is perfect for exploring the valleys and castle. Highly recommended!
AAnizah HamidStaying here was a great gathering.. The trick is very strategic, the terrace is also cool, there is a restaurant too, so the cave view in goreme looks beautiful, they are also family friendly, the food is also delicious but there are few options, the staff is also very friendly and helpful
