Room was clean and great , service was excellent but you can hear people caughing 3 rooms away and people in the hallway feel like they are in your room . Woke me up 4 times in a 6 hours span . Will not go again

very nice place. My major gripe is with Trip.com. They said there was breakfast offered, and I paid extra for that. The owner said they haven't had breakfast for a LONG time. So I got ripped off by Trip.com by paying extra for a service that was not even included.

The hotel was clean and in great condition. The staff was fantastic and friendly and always went the extra mile. The breakfast was great with many options and again the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Pool was clean and the kids had fun. I would 100% stay at this hotel again and I recommend it to others. Their service, care, friendliness and customer service should be a benchmark to all hotel and customer service representatives

This is the second time I have booked this hotel, the transportation is more convenient, there are a lot of parking spaces, free parking, the variety of hotel breakfast is OK, but there are fewer restaurants to eat nearby.

Very comfortable, and affordable would recommend to anyone who’s going to be flying out from Burlington Airport within walking distance

The hotel has been refurbished, but the toilet is still a bit of a problem. But there is nothing wrong with using it carefully. . . Everything else is fine

Very new hotel with very good facilities

The overall feeling of the hotel is OK. The feeling on the first day was good. On the second day, they said they would help us clean the room, but they didn't do it. The garbage was not taken away, so the feeling was not good. Also, last night, the child accidentally touched the fire switch, and everyone ran downstairs from upstairs. The American fire uncle firefighters were very professional and arrived very quickly! Unforgettable experience

Front desk was very helpful with an issue at check-in and able to resolve immediately. The facilities were ok, odd odor on one side of building. Found out the pool is unheated... a bit disappointed as I assumed it was an indoor pool, it would be heated in December. Breakfast was average.

Hotel is brand new, very clean , staff us very accommodating, only downside is no pool
