Traveling for work.
The bedsheet and blanket makes me feel itchy.
cockroach in the room.
No toothbrush kit provided.
The chair has a big white patch as if someone had a great time on it.
Didn’t sleep well that night ruined my next work day with important meetings
The room itself is nice, but there are several issues that significantly affected our stay. The blanket was quite thin, bed very low, and the location is difficult to find using Google Maps. What should have been a 10-minute drive took us around 40 minutes due to navigation issues, and the car park was also hard to locate.
The lobby has water on floor, no cleaner and maintenance, my daughter slipped and fell when we arrived.
The biggest concern was the lift. It is extremely slow, stops at every floor, and has poor ventilation. It took about 15 minutes just to go from level 36 to B3, which is unacceptable.
Overall, due to these inconveniences, I would not return.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
The location is very convenient; it's easy to get a taxi, and they arrive quickly, which is crucial in Malaysia. There's direct access to IOI City Mall, making dining very convenient as the mall has everything you need. The surrounding area is also quite lovely and peaceful.
The cleanliness was excellent; the room was spotless.
The only minor downside might be that the room is a bit small. You can still open a large suitcase, but it's a tight squeeze. Compared to other Moxy hotels in different cities, the interior design here feels less like a Moxy and is also quite narrow. However, the facilities are decent.
Everything was good but only 1 guy at the front desk again making check in take some time. Did put a note to give me room near to lift but the other way round happen. Deposit of rm200 was too much and it will take 14 days to credit back to the credit card.
Overall, it's a really good hotel with a very affordable price. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the room was clean and well-maintained. I'd definitely recommend it.
This is my second time stay in this hotel in just two months. Although the room is a bit small, but it is very new and clean. The location is good since there are many eating places nearby. Got swimming pool and gym. Parking also easy during off office hour and day time just can park inside the hotel for RM5. Wifi also quite stable as i can did my work without interrupt.
Booked for 3 people - 2 rooms with breakfast using app, but staff at counter told me I paid for breakfast for 6 people. Advised me to book rooms separately so that I don't pay extra. Cannot refund bcoz paid thru app.
Aircon for one room not working. Temp 16 degrees but feel warm air. 😢😕 Shower only had hot water. Mother cannot shower properly, water too hot. Maintenance came, and said aircon spoilt. I just mentioned shower, he said too hot yah? Change room at 11pm. Even in the new room, maintenance had to wash aircon filters to make it cooler.
I feel management need to check the rooms before assigning to guests.
It is quite confusing to find the location when I pin ”Mossaz suite”. You need to find Empire City then it is easier to find the stay.
The lift waiting is long and required a lot of patience 😐.
The check-in and check-out is smooth and fast.
When I arrived, there was a trash in front of the door and only have 1 towel. But then, I informed the receptionist, the action is fast to clean up and provide us the towel.
The pool is big and good. Have a nice view also.
Overall is good but appreciate if the lift issue can be improve 🫡

On Level 2 where Gateway@KLIA2 Mall is at KLIA2, after noticing the Family Mart, turn left and go towards Car Park 4 (CP4). Press the button indicating CP3 where the KLIA2 Car Park Building B is. Upon reaching CP3, look for the arrow sign showing the direction towards Tune Hotel KLIA - KLIA2 and walk towards the hotel.
Tune Hotel KLIA - KLIA2 should be added to the list of plane-spotting sites in KLIA because at the entrance/exit of the hotel's Assembly Point leading to the hotel's public car park, I am able to spot planes from KLIA2 flying in the sky after takeoff or during their approach to KLIA2.
The Assembly Point is located towards the right after turning left from the hotel's public toilet on the ground floor. The public toilet is of a few seconds' walk after passing by the hotel's Makan Restaurant.
On the upper floor corridor balcony (fifth to sixth floors), it is possible to see aircraft depart / take off.

Stayed for a night in Kuala Lumpur for a layover on the way to the Maldives. The hotel offers airport shuttle service, which was very convenient. The breakfast was quite good, and while the room wasn't huge, it was perfectly adequate. The pool, however, was exceptionally large.

NNo_NaHad a nice stay at Monkey Canopy Resort. The environment is peaceful, surrounded by nature, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The activities are fun and suitable for families, especially with kids.
However, the resort is quite far and isolated. There are limited stores inside, so it would be better if more shops or even a small shopping area were available.
Also, the ticket price for accessing all attractions is quite expensive, especially for locals. More affordable packages would definitely make it more worthwhile.
Overall, it’s a beautiful place with great potential, just needs a few improvements to make the experience even better.
GGuest UserI was on a business trip to visit a client, and the overall environment was quite good. The lobby was suitable for meetings. It was a good place to stay for catching a flight after 6:30 AM breakfast, as it's very close to Subang Airport.
JJust a casual travelerCheck-in process is fast and convenient. Rooms are clean and tidy. Probably it is still a pretty new hotel. Facilities are pretty standard with a pool and restaurant.
Except for the room setup. The doors to the toilet and shower opens out into the room with no room for the rug on the floor. So the floor outside of the shower will be slightly wet though it was not too bad.
TV channel options were not good. Local channels mostly. Not even Astro or Netflix. Or any cable TV. The window is facing the opposite residential building, very near. So the lack of privacy if you prefer to have the curtains open will be an issue.
The area surrounding the hotel lacks commercial shops as it is within industrial area. Will need to get transportation to go to nearby Subang or Shah Alam areas for food or shopping. This hotel is probably more suited to business travellers who are here to attend to business at the surrounding office and industrial buildings.

GGuest Userthe parking was a bit tricky for us but we managed to get parked and the check was smooth.
the room was so clean and spacious. 2 queen beds. but you do need to bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush. but they do provide soap and shampoo.
there is stove , fridge and smart tv that you can log your netflix in. however upon arriving we notice we did not get an iron and kitchen utensils. we asked past 9pm and they gave the items at 9am the next day.
kindky check your checkout timung too. sometimes it is 11am
Tterence TyCheck in is allowed before 2pm
The room assigned was clean & functional
2 big bottles of water provided is plus points.
The pillow & duvet in the room is soft & comfortable
The hotel located beside Esplanade mall is very convenient, easy to get to Watson's , zus coffee , milk tea and some cafe / restaurants .
The swimming pool is nice , the kids love it
The front desk is fast n efficient , answering my questions professionally .
They provide good quality shampoo ,body foam & hand soap
If the hotel can provide some extra TV channel & hair conditioning would be better
Due to the hotel not having gym facilities , U can use gym facilities inside Esplanade mall but they only open at 10am , which is slightly upset for me cuz I don't have the chance to use it because of late opening time .
Overall it was a good experience for my family at the KSL Esplanade Hotel
JJay.TJust had a staycation with friend for 4 nights at Mossaz Suites. The parking area can be a bit confusing for first timer and the lifts were quite slow. Otherwise we are quite satisfied during our stay there. The room are quite well equipped. Had a faulty hair dryer but the service crew had it replaced in under half an hour. Request for re-supply of items were being fulfilled promptly as well. A great thank you to the service and housekeeping team for making sure guests had a pleasant stay.
