1st time to Mossaz, previous one was Paxtonz. Difference is just amenities, very tiny details that'll make your stay a little nicer. I'll say Paxtonz is better. But all in still very very good value compared to hotel for the same price. Paid rm85/day for 7 nights.
- had sofa
- plug points on each side of bed
- bedside table each side
- toilet rack for clothes
- mini stove
- house key insert at the door instead of going inside to turn on lights
- wall decor
Parking whole day flat rate rm6. First 3hrs rm21, next 3hrs rm2. Tng/card accepted. 4 levels parking, plentiful. EV charge available too.

Friendly service and comfortable room. Breakfast spread had a wide variety as well. Location was very convenient as it was directly connected to Sunway Pyramid Mall and convention center. Definitely would have a return stay in the future
Sticky floor, toilet fly insects coming out from the basin. Spotted also one small cockroach in the toilet. Digi and Maxis line was one bar sometimes good sometimes bad, wifi sometimes no connection.
Environment is good overall, hygiene part need to improve. Car park need to pay RM6 per day.

Really enjoyed our one night stay here, especially the pool area as we had it mostly to ourselves. We had a late flight, so paid extra for a late check out and it was wonderful to just be able to relax until it was time to head to the airport.
We only used the shuttle bus upon departure even though you can use it both ways. This was because of the timing, it runs on the hour during the mornings but after lunch there are a few 2 hour gaps, but it is fairly close so we used Grab to get there rather than waiting over an hour. We would go back again, but we did find drinks and food a little on the pricey side.
I had such a fun and memorable stay at Moxy Putrajaya, and the hotel perfectly lives up to its bold, playful brand vibe!
The lobby is an absolute vibe with its quirky decor—loving the iconic pink Beetle car installation, neon accents, and retro touches like the vintage-style phone in the rooms. It feels like stepping into a trendy, Instagram-worthy hangout spot the moment you walk in.
My twin room was compact but smartly designed, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The minimalist yet stylish decor kept the space feeling fresh, and the plush beds made for a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was spotless, with sleek black-and-white subway tiles and modern fixtures, and the open-concept layout felt surprisingly roomy. The retro phone by the bed was such a fun, nostalgic touch that really captured the hotel’s personality!
Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—right next to IOI City Mall, with direct access via escalator, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring Putrajaya. The staff were friendly and laid-back, fitting perfectly with the hotel’s casual, welcoming atmosphere, and the common areas (including the rooftop bar) were great spots to unwind after a busy day.
If you’re looking for a stay that’s equal parts stylish, convenient, and full of personality, Moxy Putrajaya is a fantastic choice. It’s ideal for travelers who want a fun, hassle-free stay with a cool, modern twist. 10/10, would definitely stay again!
Stayed in this hotel a few times but this is the first time I booked the premier room.
The room was extremely cold even at maximum temperature if 30 degree. I had to switch off the aircon. The lighting outside the room is too dim. Likewise for the room as they used purple light for the front if the bed.
Time to upgrade your hair dryer. I had short hair and usually need less than 5 minutes to blow dry my hair. With this hairdryer even at maximum speed, it takes forever to blow dry the hair.
Looks like paying extra for room might not always be the best deal.

Really new and very clean inside. Easy to check in, nice and cozy stay. With the great location near ss15 and this price, there's really nothing to complain about. The property management is also responsive. Their security guard even guided through my whole way into carpark to find my specific parking lot. Would come back again if there's next time. Only minor cons about this property is the drainage system of the shower is slightly slow.
Overall, it's a really good hotel with a very affordable price. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the room was clean and well-maintained. I'd definitely recommend it.
The pool on the 39th floor offers stunning views, and the room was spotless, well-equipped with pots, pans, and dishes for cooking – very thoughtful! There are also facilities like a gym. It was a really enjoyable stay. Plus, it's super convenient to just walk across to the mall for shopping and dining. Good!

Very Good
NNAMR..Good budget stay in Kuala Lumpur. The room offers a nice view and is comfortable for a short trip. The swimming pool is decent and well-maintained.
Check-in was smooth, but the room floor was slightly wet when I arrived around 3 PM, likely due to recent cleaning. One issue encountered was the safety lock, which suddenly engaged by itself and couldn’t be opened from outside. Thankfully, the maintenance staff responded quickly and helped resolve it.
Parking is available but comes with an extra charge.
Overall, still a value-for-money option with decent facilities, but there is room for improvement in maintenance and room readiness.
GGuest UserRoom was VERY big. There's a kitchen and a living room area as well.
Location very convenient, there's a 7-11 right across the street and a huge mall right next to the hotel.
Hotel staff members were very nice and helpful.
However, there was no complimentary bottled water, they just gave me a jar to get water from the machine in the hallway - but the jar I don't think it's very clean.
There were black spots on the bed - not sure what those are.
There was hair on the floor of the shower - I haven't even showered so those must be left from the previous customer.

AAnonymous UserPros: Close to T2 airport
Hygiene: 3/10
Service: 5/10
Shuttle Service: 3/10
No toiletries
No fridge
The hallway sensor lights were a bit dim
The hotel's free shuttle to the airport only runs in the morning. After 10 am, you need to take a taxi or walk to T2 to catch a bus or train to T1.
If it weren't for the convenient location, I wouldn't have stayed somewhere so expensive. I booked a double room and arrived at T1 airport around 12 AM. I took the free airport shuttle to T2 and then walked to the hotel, checking in around 12:30 AM. The room had no mini-fridge or disposable toiletries. The TV remote and bottled water were covered in dust. There was a chair in the room, but it felt unstable when I sat on it; I'm not sure if the screws were loose or if it was actually broken. The room was quite dusty, but I figured I'd only be sleeping there for one night, so I'd make do. After checking in, I heard crows cawing all night. If we hadn't been exhausted from a full day of flying, we wouldn't have been able to sleep at all. The soundproofing wasn't great; I could hear the sound of shower water from upstairs or next door, and the opening of doors was also very loud. And all this for about 350 MYR for one night! The only pro is its proximity to the airport; there are no other advantages. 😂
The next day, after having breakfast downstairs and on my way back to the room, I suddenly smelled a strong burning odor. I happened to pass by the bar and saw smoke inside, but there was no one there at all. Later, when I sent my husband to report it, the alarm went off, and only then did we realize what had triggered it. 😂
GGuest UserFirstly, there was no clear check-in signage or designated lane for guests checking in. The only signs I saw were for check-out and pre-registered guests. As a result, I mistakenly queued at the pre-registered guest lane and ended up wasting a considerable amount of time before realizing I was in the wrong queue. Clearer signage and better lane designation would help avoid confusion and improve the guest experience.
The hairdryer in my room was faulty. I had to contact the hotel multiple times to request a replacement, but I had to wait over an hour for the replacement to arrive. This unnecessary delay disrupted my schedule and caused me to postpone my dinner plans. I would have expected a much quicker response for a basic room maintenance issue.
For check-out, I called for the buggy service but had to wait more than 10 minutes without any sign of arrival. As I did not want to be further delayed, I eventually decided to walk to the lobby myself to complete the check-out process. This was inconvenient, especially considering that buggy transportation is one of the services provided by the property. During peak periods with high guest volume, the management should consider deploying additional resources and increasing the frequency of the buggy service to better accommodate guests and reduce waiting times.
GGuest UserI was on a business trip to visit a client, and the overall environment was quite good. The lobby was suitable for meetings. It was a good place to stay for catching a flight after 6:30 AM breakfast, as it's very close to Subang Airport.
SStayReviewerThis is my go to hotel whenever Im in Subang Jaya. Luv the peace quietness and impeccable service attitude of the team staff there. Bedding n pillows especially their sheets were so comfortable to sleep in. High Praise for their honest and professional Housekeeping Supervisor- Cik Alya when she notified the Front desk Manager who immediately called me of my precious belonging accidentally left behind in room after checking out. This made me trust the Mercure staff team even more to take care of the Guests well!
