I had a great stay at Mossaz Suite Kuala Lumpur. The suite was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with a nice city view that made the experience even better. The location is convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Overall, it’s a great place to stay and offers excellent value for money.

This hotel offers incredible value for money! The room was spacious and comfortable, and I slept wonderfully. The location is super convenient, right across from a food street, so you'll have no problem finding places to eat and drink. Highly recommend! 5-star rating!

Had a wonderful stay here. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the view/lighting from the window made the room feel super cozy and bright. Facilities were great and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Excellent service overall—definitely a highly recommended place for a short getaway or business trip. Will definitely come back again!

The hotel is located right next to Sunway Mall, which is incredibly convenient for families. The mall offers a wide variety of large chain stores and diverse restaurants, including Hong Kong style, Malaysian, Indian, Japanese cuisine, and even Haidilao hotpot. There's also a supermarket, an indoor VR arcade, and an ice skating rink within the mall. What's more, the hotel is directly connected to Sunway Lagoon water park, making it super easy to access. It's truly ideal for families with children. The hotel rooms are clean, and both the service staff and housekeepers are very friendly. Upon check-in, the staff even warmly presented us with welcome cookies. The only minor drawback is the poor soundproofing; we could hear noises from the hallway and the neighboring rooms.

The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Kuala Lumpur International Airport Terminal 2. The room was spacious and offered good value for money, but there were some minor issues. There was no trash can in the room. The air conditioning temperature was difficult to set and very noisy. There were also a lot of noisy starlings or similar birds in the trees outside. The toilet paper supply was low with no spare. There was no refrigerator in the room. While there are areas for improvement, I could get ice at the bar, and the staff were kind and courteous, so overall, it's more than satisfactory.

Monkeys Canopy Resort proved to be a good place for team building, thanks to professional staff who delivered helpful service throughout the stay. The resort features an isolated location with little around the immediate area, which creates a focused environment for corporate retreats without outside distractions. Despite the seclusion, there are a lot of activities that can be done within the resort itself, offering an excellent variety of options like pickleball, paintball, and go-karts to keep groups engaged. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, though soundproofing is an area that could be improved.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Malaysia. The location is fantastic – right next to an MRT station, which made getting around the city super easy and convenient. What really stood out for me was the amazing staff. I only brought a USB cable to charge my phone, and they kindly allowed me to charge it in the lobby. That kind of flexibility and friendliness is rare and much appreciated. As a bonus, I also discovered that the TV in the room has a USB port, so I could charge my phone there as well – a smart and thoughtful touch. Another great touch – there’s a filtered water pipe available, so you can easily get a cool, clean drink, which is especially refreshing in Malaysia’s hot weather. Overall, great service, excellent location, and practical little details that made my stay stress-free. Will definitely stay here again.

Overall, not bad for an overnight stay. I had a long layover, so in the morning, I went to the gym, swam, had breakfast, and then continued my journey. The breakfasts were good, with plenty of choices, and the pool was clean. The only thing was that the reception staff at night didn't tell me where to go or when breakfast started. Overall, it was okay 🫶🏽

At first, I thought the location wasn't convenient. But in the end, it was actually pretty good – a new area, with a shopping mall nearby. It's about a 15-20 minute taxi ride to the city center via a toll road. Having a gym was important to me, and the gym here is excellent, with a fantastic view. There's also a pool. The staff brought me a frying pan when I needed one and fulfilled all my requests 🙏🏽🤗. Sometimes there was a long wait for the elevator, but we were on the 3rd floor, so we sometimes took the stairs). There's a store and a cafe nearby.

Everything was great. Front desk was helpful ti ensure all our requests were taken care of. Breakfast was good and sufficient. The spread was limuted but more than adequate for us. Thank you
