Convenient location and affordable, but the environment is so-so and the facilities are old. The air conditioning temperature couldn't be adjusted. The breakfast had a good variety, but overall, the value for money isn't great. It's just okay, I guess.

1st time to Mossaz, previous one was Paxtonz. Difference is just amenities, very tiny details that'll make your stay a little nicer. I'll say Paxtonz is better. But all in still very very good value compared to hotel for the same price. Paid rm85/day for 7 nights. - had sofa - plug points on each side of bed - bedside table each side - toilet rack for clothes - mini stove - house key insert at the door instead of going inside to turn on lights - wall decor Parking whole day flat rate rm6. First 3hrs rm21, next 3hrs rm2. Tng/card accepted. 4 levels parking, plentiful. EV charge available too.

Title: Surprisingly comfortable – extended our stay from Thursday to Saturday Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) Review: Checked in on a Thursday for what was supposed to be a one-night stay, but ended up extending another night and checking out on Saturday – that’s how much we enjoyed it. The lobby is lively and welcoming, with a bar, pool table, and friendly staff. But unlike some ”budget hip” hotels that cut corners, Moxy Putrajaya actually delivered on comfort and amenities. Rooms were quiet – no thin walls issue here – and we had a good view. Despite the compact design, the room had a kettle with tea bags and instant coffee, which was a nice surprise. Toothbrushes and slippers were provided too (no need to ask). There's no iron in the room, but every level has an ironing room – very convenient. Breakfast buffet was a highlight. Great variety: Western, Malay, Chinese, Indian, and vegetarian options. Definitely not just grab-and-go. Location – we took a Grab from MRT Putrajaya Sentral, which was quick and cheap. Ideal base for shopping as it is right next to Putrajaya IOI City Mall Verdict: A genuinely comfortable and well-equipped hotel that works for longer stays too. Would happily return.

Extremely satisfied with my stay! They immediately gave me a room on a great floor with an amazing view. It was a thousand times better than my experience at the hotel next door later on. I'll definitely be back here again. The design-oriented room was vibrant and fully functional.

Might be due to rainy season, but the sheet smell was overwhelming. You can smell it once you open the room door, the room is ok though, happy they provide the luggage stand in room. Check in was fast, the room is ready before time and they let us in early. We booked a room with x2 single beds but there is only one toothbrush provided, luckily I bring my own, there are x2 indoor slippers though. Shower space is great and water pressure is perfect. Many eateries nearby so we did not try hotel breakfast. A great choice for a quick stay.

It is quite confusing to find the location when I pin ”Mossaz suite”. You need to find Empire City then it is easier to find the stay. The lift waiting is long and required a lot of patience 😐. The check-in and check-out is smooth and fast. When I arrived, there was a trash in front of the door and only have 1 towel. But then, I informed the receptionist, the action is fast to clean up and provide us the towel. The pool is big and good. Have a nice view also. Overall is good but appreciate if the lift issue can be improve 🫡

The location is excellent! You can walk directly to it from Level 2 of KLIA2 (Kuala Lumpur International Airport Terminal 2) via a connecting bridge. I've chosen this place for daytime rest during two layovers in Kuala Lumpur. Booking a 4-hour room even comes with a free lunch and a bottle of water, which is great value for money. However, during this stay, there were workers drilling in the adjacent room, which was a bit disturbing. I hope they can be more mindful of this in the future.

This is quite a long review, but it comes from a very genuine place. I truly want to compliment this hotel for its excellent service recovery and sincere hospitality. I arrived at the hotel from KLIA1 using the complimentary shuttle bus arranged by the hotel. During check-in, the front desk staff were extremely friendly and explained the hotel facilities very clearly. The first impression was already wonderful. When I entered the room, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious, comfortable, and even equipped with an iron , such a thoughtful detail, especially for frequent travelers like me. After a full day of flying, I was exhausted and hungry, and it was just around dinner time. So I went to the restaurant and ordered dinner along with a drink. However, after waiting for around 40 minutes, my food still had not arrived. I checked with the staff, only to find out that my order had never gone into the system. Honestly, I was upset at that moment. I was tired, hungry, and had already waited for quite a long time. I decided to cancel the order, and the staff were very apologetic. They even waived the charge for my drink. At that point, I simply did not want to wait any longer, so I returned to my room to rest. Then, around 45 minutes later, someone knocked on my door. It was one of the restaurant staff members. I regret not asking for his name. He was a very polite and gentle-looking gentleman, carrying a full dinner set to my room personally. He apologized repeatedly and said this was prepared as compensation for the inconvenience caused. I was honestly shocked and deeply touched. I travel frequently for work and have stayed in many hotels, including international five-star properties, but very few places handle mistakes with this level of sincerity and care. Great service is not about never making mistakes. It is about how a team responds when something goes wrong and whether the guest feels genuinely valued afterward. What touched me the most was knowing that the staff actually asked around to find my room number, just so they could personally deliver the meal to me. That kind of effort and sincerity cannot be taught easily. It made me feel truly cared for. Thank you to the entire team. What I will remember is not the mistake, but the warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality you showed afterward.

TTiara_JoyOverall, we had a fun family stay at Monkey Canopy. The monkey splash zone was enjoyable and the kids really loved it, although the water was quite cold. The buggy service was convenient, but do expect around 10–15 minutes waiting time during busy hours, so some planning ahead helps. The main downside for us was the room noise. The aircond was quite loud, and we could still hear the sound from the water pump/ventilation system near the toilet area even after switching it off, which made the room feel less restful at night. Other than that, the nature surroundings and overall experience were still nice. I would personally rate it around 7.5/10.

TTomHeeThe bad: on the 2nd day of our 3 day stay, i went to eat breakfast at 8:20am. There was not much food left. I thought they will replenish. They didn't. The staff told me some 200 over had their breakfast and they finished the food. But I've paid for my breakfast during the booking. Trip.com should seek a refund from the hotel The good: the staff at the restaurant. She's very friendly and attentive. The chef at the egg station. He was kind and friendly to me. I've uploaded their pictures. This hotel is very near to the MRT station. Don't follow Google to guide you to the hotel. When u step out of the mrt, the hotel is right in front of your. U don't need to make a big turn like the Google directed. Google is wrong!! The breakfast for the 3 days are repetitive. So not worth. The fried rice is surprisingly good.

AAuntyMayWe book this hotel because it is easy access to Subang Jaya, not far from Subang airport. The hotel has reputable standard under Mercure brand name. The beds were soft and comfortable. Although we didnt get a window view of the field it was very quiet. The shower had strong pressure and toilet had a Hand held spray bidet. theres drinking bottled water given. I like that they have a bar upstairs you can chill and a restaurant that serve buffet breakfast and ala carte dinner. Towels for gym n pool. All in all its a value stay with free parking.

KKytchermaineI booked the Superior King Room for a solo staycation and really enjoyed my time! I arrived around 2:20 PM, and they allowed me an early check-in with a fast and smooth process. The bed was spacious and comfortable, and the room came with two large complimentary bottles of water. The TV wasn’t a smart TV (no YouTube, etc.), but surprisingly there were quite a lot of programs and channels available during my stay. The location is great. You can easily stay within the area without going out far. There’s a 7-Eleven for quick purchases, and a mall just next door with Lotus, Watsons, and more. The onsen costs RM28 for walk-in guests, with 45 minutes per session. Slippers and disposable underwear are provided, but you can also bring your own swimsuit. I went during a non-peak hour and was lucky enough to have the entire onsen to myself. They even allowed me to stay longer than 45 minutes. After the session, they served free hot tea and a sweet snack (dorayaki), which was a nice touch. The hotel also has two restaurants: Birch and Sora. I had dinner at Sora SkyDining, it’s a romantic spot with a great ambience. Prices are quite reasonable for a sky dining experience. I ordered the yuzu iced tea (RM16) and Tiger Prawns Spaghetti (RM38); the portions were generous and the food tasted good. If you’d like to burn some calories after dinner, there’s a beautifully lit garden right beside the hotel. Perfect for a romantic night walk. Breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM, with a wide variety including noodles, nasi lemak, pastries, halal dim sum, and various drinks. Everything tasted good. Check-out is at 12 PM and parking is only RM1 per entry!
