Impeccable service especially the hotel Manager Dao, warm & friendly, she shared with us tips to get around and helped us to booked our transportation back to Hanoi. The hotel is clean and breakfast is really delicious, their spring rolls & pho are the best I have tried in Vietnam. We stayed 3 nights in this hotel and we are grateful that everyone in this hotel going the extra miles to make us feel welcomed. Highly highly recommend.

We really liked it here. A beautiful hotel, an aesthetic bar, the view from the window was a little disappointing, towards the swamp, but such a location... the center is coca, where all the cafes are 5 minutes by bike. The staff solved any questions, a very hospitable place! Free sauna and jacuzzi. Breakfast is good. They gave us a nice new bike to rent.

The family here were super accommodating. From before we arrived the receptionist was messaging asking for our time of arrival what our plans are and suggesting things to do! ☺️ Our washing was done so fast and they also organised a bike for us. Breakfast was lovely and while we were waiting for our bus when we were leaving we were given free refreshments and then a lift into town from the lady for free which she didn’t need to do! Thank you for looking after us so well.

After I sweated, 5 people in my family spent the day, but as a family travel accommodation, this is the perfect choice. When I checked the address on the voucher and called, I got on the motorcycle, picked it up and gave me instructions. The price is good, the room is good, the location is good, the view is good, the most important thing is that the owner and wife are friendly and the service is the best. The boss can speak Korean and the wife can speak English. We ordered breakfast before looking at the menu in the evening, so the next morning, we prepared a lot of breakfast. In addition, services such as fruit and cold water are also provided. Dinner introduced us to a nearby restaurant, and the price, food and atmosphere were very good. A pleasant surprise in beautiful surroundings tucked away in the jungle. The room we had chosen had no air con (our choice as they as they do have rooms with Aircon) but the very friendly staff supplied us with 2 fans. The room and beds were clean. The staff were very friendly and help some. You can rent scooters and bicycles at very affordable prices. The food was good. Chez Boe is located only about 5 minuets ride from Mue Caves and Tam Coc. The river boats are about 15 minuets ride away, so the location is very central, yet you feel far away from all the noise of the modern world, with only the noise of Nature which makes it a great place to unwind. Can highly recommend staying here.
