My stay here was absolutely fantastic! I booked a king-sized room, and the mattress was perfectly comfortable—not too soft, not too firm. The bedding was clean and super soft, making it incredibly cozy to lie down and get a great night's sleep. The breakfast was a buffet with a wide variety of dishes, all tasting delicious and made with fresh ingredients. I was thoroughly satisfied with the meal. Overall, the environment was spotless, and the service was attentive. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay!

This was our second trip to Zhuhai Chimelong, and this time we chose the Spaceship Hotel for our family road trip. The resort security was excellent, and the hotel facilities were comprehensive. The staff were very friendly, and luggage storage was quick and convenient. The Spaceship Theme Park was fantastic; the kids had so much fun they didn't want to leave! It was a truly memorable parent-child experience. The room was very clean with complete facilities and soft bedding. They even provided kid-friendly toiletries and a step stool, which was a really thoughtful touch. The bathroom was spotless, with a dry/wet separation and no unpleasant odors, and the curtains were great at blocking out light. They really prioritize guest privacy, and the hallways were also very clean. The hotel's location is excellent, surrounded by lush greenery, pleasant scenery, and fresh air. The lobby decor is warm and playful, and the staff are enthusiastic and attentive, making check-in a breeze. The room's overall design is also warm and childlike, with soft bedding and pillows that made falling asleep effortless. The dry/wet separated bathroom was well-designed. The hotel is very considerate, and its location is perfect, allowing direct walking access to Chimelong Spaceship Theme Park. There's also a wide variety of food options at the food court. Next time we visit, we'll definitely choose the Spaceship Hotel again! A very satisfying trip!

It's just a short walk to Lovers' Road, the Zhuhai Fisher Girl statue, and the Love Post Office. Strolling along the coastline in the evening, enjoying the gentle sea breeze and watching the sunset, was incredibly relaxing. If you want to visit iconic landmarks like the Sun & Moon Bay or Yeli Island, or even head to Hengqin Chimelong Ocean Kingdom or see the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, taxis and public transport are direct, saving a lot of travel time and making itinerary planning a breeze. The hotel's overall environment is fresh and elegant, with a strong coastal leisure vibe that helps you relax the moment you step in. The lobby is spacious and bright, with a simple yet grand decor, dotted with vibrant green plants. The air is fresh and natural, without any stifling feeling. The public lounge areas, elevators, and guest room corridors are immaculately clean at all times, with no dust or stains visible on floors, handrails, or even in corner crevices. The hygiene standards are truly reassuring. The soundproofing in the guest room areas is excellent; even with many guests coming and going, closing the door effectively blocks out external noise. After a tiring day of sightseeing, you can enjoy a peaceful night's rest here. There's also a small outdoor lounging area; after a day of exploring, sitting here to rest and chat, experiencing Zhuhai's unique city atmosphere, is exceptionally comfortable. The guest rooms themselves are spacious and airy, with excellent natural light and ventilation. The overall layout is sensible, ensuring you never feel cramped. The in-room amenities are comprehensive and well-maintained. The soft king-sized bed paired with high-quality bedding, featuring a mattress that's just the right firmness, made all my fatigue melt away after a day of travel, ensuring a sound and sweet sleep every night. The high-definition TV has a clear picture, and the whole-house Wi-Fi is stable, allowing for seamless research on travel guides, sharing trip photos, and casual streaming. Every detail showcases their meticulousness. The service here is truly the icing on the cake. All the staff are warm, polite, and genuinely friendly. Check-in and check-out procedures are efficient and quick, with no long queues. Whenever I asked about attraction routes, local delicacies, or transportation methods to various scenic spots, Front Desk staff 🍯Xiaoling🍯 would patiently and thoroughly explain everything, even proactively sharing local travel tips. Any requests during my stay were quickly addressed after calling room service, with staff being prompt and thorough. Daily housekeeping is detailed and comprehensive; not only do they empty trash and replace consumables, but they also neatly arrange personal belongings, making the room feel fresh and tidy every time I returned. During my time in Zhuhai, this hotel provided me with immense comfort. Its convenient location, pleasant environment, comprehensive facilities, and attentive service were impeccable in every aspect. If you're traveling to Zhuhai, I wholeheartedly recommend choosing this place; you're sure to have a delightful stay.

What a fantastic experience! This hotel is perfect for families, offering both a kids' paradise and a stunning sea view. Choosing Hengqin Bay for our family trip was absolutely the right decision! The lobby is grand and impressive, but the real showstopper is the vibrant red glass coral sculpture 🪸. It's so ocean-themed that my child was instantly captivated and immersed in the vacation spirit. We booked a sea-view room, which was not only spacious but also impeccably clean. The balcony directly overlooks the ocean 🌊, perfect for watching the sunrise and falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night. The bathroom was well-equipped for a relaxing soak, and the complimentary bath salts were a thoughtful touch after a day of fun 🛁. The hotel facilities are incredibly comprehensive: the Waterpark's slides and wave pool were a huge hit, and the Flamingo Garden and Dolphin Pool were also very entertaining. Plus, there's a beach and a kids' club. You could easily spend a whole day just enjoying the hotel, even without visiting the main theme park 🐬. There's even a daily boat shuttle to the park's pier, which adds a special touch. For dining, the hotel offers various options. We tried the buffet, and it was incredibly diverse, with the dessert and fruit sections being particularly popular 🍰. What's more, there were interactive mascots in the restaurant, making for not just a satisfying meal but also lots of lovely photo opportunities 📷. Overall, I give this a five-star recommendation! The service, environment, transportation, dining, and child-friendliness are all outstanding! If you're planning a trip to Zhuhai's Chimelong, this hotel is definitely worth staying at for two nights or more!

The sea was so calming. The weather in summer can be a bit unpredictable, but waking up to the ocean view and the sound of the waves washing ashore really brought a sense of peace. The breakfast was simple but good, especially the rice noodles with minced pork. The butler service was excellent, and they even helped us take some great photos! The parking lot is quite steep, so you need to be careful, but the butler helped guide us to ground-level parking, which was free – a big plus.

Our experience was absolutely fantastic! The hotel faces the ocean directly, and you can walk straight out to the beach, which was super convenient for our little one to play in the sand. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby. What truly stood out was the hotel's excellent service. We accidentally left a small item behind, and when we contacted them, they were incredibly helpful in locating it and arranging to mail it back to us. We're so grateful! The room has an amazing view; I just opened the curtains and saw the sea. I absolutely loved the huge windows overlooking the ocean! 😍 Our butler Phoebe was very thoughtful, and the breakfast provided by the guesthouse was delicious! The room was exactly like the pictures, and the hygiene was commendable. The surrounding attractions were also great, and finding places to eat nearby was convenient. I highly recommend everyone to stay at this guesthouse.

A hotel with very good service, 2 large and 2 small stays, free upgraded a parent-child room, a 1 meter 8 and a 1 meter 35 bed, there is a bed fence, the room space is also large, the sea view on the 22nd floor is really amazing, the child likes the pattern of the room very much, and said that he will come here next time. The hotel also has a laundry dryer, the room is also equipped with laundry detergent, and there are clean clothes to wear on the day of swimming. The experience is excellent.

What an excellent stay! The room is very beautiful and well decorated, cozy, and have a stunning ocean view. I got in the room and immediately felt at home. Everything is clean, all amenities are in excellent conditions. The bed was sooo comfortable, the pillows are high quality, and the service attitude was wonderful. I went on a business trip and couldn’t stay as much as I wanted, but now knowing this hotel, I’m planing to go back, book the same room and stay more days, enjoy a little holiday, have a longer quality time at this place. Highly recommended!

The overall ambiance is peaceful and refined, making it perfect for both leisure trips and family vacations. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Hailing Island.
