Thanks to the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link, we arrived at the hotel in less than 1.5 hours. It's super convenient for visiting the beach and City Balcony. This time, we also went to Jingshan Park, took the cable car, and enjoyed a lovely bike ride along Lovers' Road. We even had a delicious oyster feast for just over 100 RMB – what a great deal! The hotel has a swimming pool and a gym. For under 500 RMB, you get five-star facilities. Aside from them being a bit dated, everything else was really good. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and helpful.

The room was great and very clean, with an amazing, expansive view. We even got to watch fireworks from the executive lounge, and checking in was a breeze without having to queue downstairs. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with everything you could need. The buffet offers a wide variety of dishes, and there's daily afternoon tea on the 18th floor. Plus, they have shuttle buses to the theme park. Choosing Hengqin Bay Hotel was definitely the right decision! The overall service was excellent, from the front desk and concierge to the restaurant staff – everyone was smiling and very responsive to any requests. I felt incredibly well taken care of, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Zhuhai Phoenix Bay Angsana Resort and Spa truly feels like a vacation getaway. Our hotel butler, Flora, was incredibly warm, thoughtful, and always ready to assist with our requests. The location is superb, directly facing the ocean with a stunning view of the Sun & Moon Bay in the distance. The hotel grounds have a distinct Southeast Asian vibe, with lush greenery and a unique canal-style pool that's perfect for photos. The room was spacious and clean, with soft bedding, and the balcony offered a peaceful spot to watch the sea. The toiletries were of good quality, and we even received complimentary welcome fruit upon arrival – thoughtful details that made a difference. The hotel boasts a private beach, which was quiet and uncrowded, and watching the sunset there in the evening was incredibly therapeutic. The staff were all gentle and responsive. This hotel is ideal for both romantic getaways and family trips, offering a perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle, allowing you to truly relax and unwind. During the National Day holiday, there were also many handicraft activities that the children absolutely loved. The overall experience exceeded our expectations, making it an excellent choice for a holiday in Zhuhai. Highly recommended!

Our family of four came to Zhuhai for a trip and chose to stay at The St. Regis Zhuhai. Everyone in the family was extremely satisfied with this stay. We especially want to thank Lacey at the front desk. Traveling with family means a lot of luggage. Upon arrival at the hotel, Lacey proactively guided us. During check-in, considering we had children with us, she thoughtfully prepared children's amenities for us. After checking in, our child wanted some cookies, and Lacey quickly arranged for them to be delivered to our room. She even thoughtfully included drinks suitable for children. During our stay, she enthusiastically offered travel advice when we inquired about nearby attractions, even sharing tips to avoid traffic jams, which was a great help to our family's trip. The room was clean and tidy, with ample space, so our family didn't feel cramped. The view from the window was expansive. The hotel's facilities are very suitable for family travel, and the breakfast offered many dishes that children love. Lacey was consistently warm, polite, and considerate, addressing all our family's needs in every aspect. The service experience was exceptional. Thanks to Lacey's dedicated service, our whole family loved The St. Regis Zhuhai, and we will definitely return on our next visit to Zhuhai!

This stay truly exceeded my expectations; it's the best hotel experience I've had recently, genuinely deserving a full five-star rating! First and foremost, the cleanliness, which is my top priority, was completely reassuring. The hotel overall was clean and tidy, with the lobby and public areas of the hallways consistently dry and neat, free from odors and clutter. Upon entering the guest room, I was especially delighted; the room was well-ventilated, with fresh air and no musty or strange smells. The bedding was flat and clean, and the sheets and duvet covers felt brand new and fluffy, very comfortable against the skin, with no stains or hairs whatsoever. The bathroom was immaculately cleaned, with no water marks on the countertops or mirrors, and the toilet and shower area were thoroughly sanitized. The toiletries provided were complete and of good quality. The service throughout was exceptionally warm and attentive. The front desk staff were gentle and patient, and the check-in and check-out processes were quick and efficient, with no complicated steps. Any needs during my stay were promptly addressed by the staff, and the cleaning ladies were meticulous, proactively replenishing drinking water, tissues, and other supplies. The hotel's attention to detail was particularly thoughtful; the lighting and power outlet layout were well-designed, and the WiFi speed was stable and smooth, perfectly meeting both work and leisure needs. The overall living environment was quiet and comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway or outside, ensuring a very peaceful night's rest. There were no hidden charges at the hotel, and the value for money was exceptional. It's perfectly suited for daily business trips, friends' getaways, or short stays. I've already bookmarked this place, and I will definitely prioritize this hotel next time I visit the area. I sincerely recommend it to all fellow travelers!

The hotel's swimming pools truly exceeded our expectations! With both indoor and outdoor pools, the experience was fantastic. The outdoor pool had great natural light and open space, while the indoor pool offered a sun-protected option, perfect for a dip anytime. Our kids had an absolute blast and didn't want to leave the water. The water quality was well-maintained, and the lifeguards were on duty, making us feel very secure. Overall, the facilities were well-kept. If you're staying with children, the pools alone make a significant part of the stay worthwhile. Highly recommended for families.

Before check-in, Guest Relations Executive Irene contacted me via phone and WeChat to inquire about my room preferences. She was the first guest relations executive I've ever seen at check-in across all the hotels I've stayed at. She even brought a welcome gift for members (egg rolls), delivered our luggage to the room, and placed it on the luggage rack! She also sent me a Zhuhai guide she had prepared, which was quite good. I had requested a children's bathtub in advance, but it wasn't in the room when we arrived. I called guest services, and it was delivered quickly and was clean. The hotel's ground floor is for group receptions and takeout pickup, while individual guests check in on the second floor lobby. I personally found the hotel's bed rail not very effective; my child kept falling off the bed at night. I suggest they learn from the Changsha North Star InterContinental Hotel, which has excellent bed rails. The executive lounge privilege of free laundry or ironing for two garments daily (non-accumulative) is fantastic! I'd ask them to pick up clothes in the morning, and by the time we returned in the afternoon, they were hanging in the wardrobe. The hotel offers a shuttle to Chimelong, which requires advance booking and departs daily at 9:20 AM, with no return service. Taking a Didi Premier ride there takes about half an hour and costs nearly 100 RMB. On the 24th, our return trip coincided with rush hour and the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday, so it took about an hour to get back to the hotel due to traffic. The room view is indeed excellent, and you can even see Macau from the room! However, as other reviewers mentioned, the windows weren't very clean. The bright light under the desk was an issue; I called guest services, but they couldn't resolve it after two days. Finally, when Irene followed up on our stay, I learned that simply unplugging the power cord would fix it (we checked out the next day...). On the Mid-Autumn Festival, the hotel sent a mooncake gift box and desserts, which was a big plus! You can order cocktails at the executive lounge. I tried four, and I personally thought 'Monet's Garden' (containing milk) was the best. Access to the executive lounge requires a card, but our room card didn't work. The lounge staff helped us get in. The cheong fun and congee in the breakfast restaurant are freshly made, the wontons are freshly wrapped, and there's even popcorn! During breakfast, members receive an additional gift, but out of three days, only once did they offer me a choice of three items. The children's playground (on the 5M floor, I didn't visit) is open during the Mid-Autumn Festival and weekends. There's also a balloon artist making balloons during breakfast. However, you can't take them into the high-speed rail station; they'll be confiscated at security.

A very satisfying stay, especially the front desk staff – enthusiastic, attentive, generous, and beautiful! They made us feel very happy and comfortable. The hotel room was clean and tidy! The sea view was also quite good, highly recommended. **Transportation:** The hotel is a 45-minute drive from the airport, 35 minutes from Hengqin Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, and 5 minutes from Gongbei Port. 🚌 There's a double-decker sightseeing bus stop right outside the hotel. Zhuhai bus route 99 from the hotel entrance can take you to famous Zhuhai landmarks like Zhuhai Fisher Girl, Seaside Swimming Pool, and Zhuhai Grand Theatre (Sun and Moon Bay). **🅿️ Free Parking:** Please provide your license plate number upon check-in to enjoy free entry and exit during your stay. If you don't need to exit and re-enter, simply scan the QR code and enter your license plate number at the front desk upon check-out to leave. **Room Amenities:** Safety deposit box, umbrella, bathrobes, hairdryer, complimentary drinking water. **Third Floor:** Gym, beauty salon, breakfast buffet restaurant (dining hours 7 AM to 10 AM), swimming pool. **Sixth Floor:** Free self-service laundry room (opposite room 610).

Had a very pleasant stay. The room had great natural light, and all the staff provided excellent service. You could really feel the attention to detail. The facilities were complete, and overall, I was very satisfied with everything. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

I'm very satisfied. Although the room was small, it was very close to the beach (walkable, kids can dig in the sand, seniors enjoy cycling by the sea, a prime location). The details and service were excellent (clean, sand-digging tools available to borrow, a kids' play area, convenient breakfast and late-night snacks, a 24-hour laundry room was very handy, professionally detailed, clean, laundry can be delivered to the room, flexible service, and very considerate of guests). The staff were young and easy to communicate with, attentive to customer needs. My contacts were Haishan and Haipei. Both the elderly and children had a great experience. I'm very grateful to them. Two suggestions: The attendant at the laundry room wasn't very professional, and the electrician didn't fix the WiFi issue. The swimming pool also costs extra. Considering this is just a boutique hotel, I personally don't think these are major problems, but it would be even better if they could be optimized.
