The hotel has got great staff overall I would recommend to others also of its excellent location. .Mdm in the front gate (didn’t get her name) a wonderful staff to this hotel for her dedication to her work. She helped us to make a booking to our high speed location due to our urgent requirement. Mdm Zhang Fu Yun is helpful and responsible, she delivered our washed clothes back on time after the wash as promised. Keep it up!

The room was new and odor-free, and quite clean. Was that because of the fresh air system, or something else? There was no air conditioning, but luckily it wasn't too hot, and the ventilation was acceptable. The front desk informed us, and there was also a notice in the room. They even gave us two complimentary drinks. The hotel lobby smelled lovely, and the service was good. The price was also reasonable. The coffee area had free billiards, and I think the breakfast was excellent for this price point – the noodles were so delicious! My child ate two bowls, haha. The only thing I found was that the complimentary latte had too much foam and wasn't very good, but since it was free, no complaints there, hehehe.

Hotel is literally next to the entrance of the subway/train station and bell tower. If u need a night snack, there are many stalls and restaurants around the hotel, like the chang an da pai dang. Do note that this is a busy location, so you can hear just abit of traffic noise if you are sensitive to it.. for us, no issue and slept soundly. Special thanks for the staff, they are so helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious, and all amenities were working. Highly recommended. Thanks to all the staff!!

We had a fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza Baoji. The room was spacious and offered a stunning view of the city and the river . The hotel's location is excellent for both sightseeing and business . A special thank you to Jessica, the manager, who was incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English, making us feel very welcome. In fact, all the staff were remarkably attentive and professional throughout our stay . The facilities, including the indoor pool and the sky bar on the 40th floor, were top-notch . A truly wonderful experience and probably the best hotel in the city!

This hotel is the pinnacle of luxury for a trip to Xi'an! The Scenic Terrace Room at the Yongning Gate雅致酒店 (Yazhi Hotel) was absolutely amazing. The location is simply divine, right next to the Yongning Gate city wall, and within walking distance of the Bell and Drum Towers and the Muslim Quarter. The subway station is just a few minutes away, making it incredibly convenient for exploring and dining. The Scenic Terrace Room we booked was an exceptional experience. The room was spacious and airy, with a light luxury Tang Dynasty-inspired design that created a wonderful atmosphere. The private terrace offered a direct view of the Yongning Gate archery tower – imagine soaking in the ancient charm of the city wall by day, and enjoying the dazzling illuminated Chang'an nightscape by night. Every photo we took looked like a stunning historical drama scene. The entire room featured smart voice control, and the Mousse mattress was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and tidy with a separate wet and dry area, truly showcasing attention to detail and quality. Anna at the front desk provided exceptional and thoughtful service. We received a delightful afternoon tea upon check-in, and even free late-night snacks. The staff were all enthusiastic and professional, making us feel completely at home.

Staying at a hotel near the Bell Tower in Xi'an was incredibly convenient for getting around. I could easily walk to the Muslim Quarter and the City Wall. The room was clean and comfortable, and I had an amazing view of the Bell Tower at night, which was absolutely stunning. The front desk staff were really friendly and even gave great recommendations for local food. Breakfast included Roujiamo and Hurat汤 (Spicy Soup), which were authentic and filling. Although parking was a bit of a hassle, the overall value for money was excellent. It’s definitely an ideal base to experience the charm of this ancient capital.

We booked for 2nights in April and it came with breakfast, first run of minibar, Single Tang Dynasty themed travel photography & Imperial Hot Spring Twelve Hours Experience. As our room has its own hot bath that fills up every night at 7.30pm to 12.30am, we did not go to the Imperial hot spring which is at located in another building. Hotel: It is located in the Hua Qing Palace scenic area and for hotel guests, you can enter and exit the scenic area freely. In the scenic area, there are other eateries like KFC and coffee joints but they operate only during scenic area opening hours. The Hua Qing Palace consists of many cultural sites like Tang Dynasty Imperial Hot Spring Relics Museum, Xi’an Incident site, Five Rooms Hall, Jiulonghu Lake and Furonghu Lake scenic spot, Tang Dynasty Pear Garden Relics Museum and many landmark buildings, such as Feishuang Hall Wanshou Hall, Longevity Hall, Huan Garden and Emperor Yu Palace. Service: The staff in the hotel are helpful to assist and answers all my questions in a clear manner. They came with buggy as soon as I dial for them and also assisted us to purchase the tickets for the show. Photography: I enjoyed the Tang Dynasty themed travel photography and I find that both make-up artist (Ms Dian Dian) and photographer (Mr Wang Jie) are very professional and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. This photography is conducted by a third-party vendor that is stationed in the hotel. We went to the Hua Qing Palace for the photography. It is a convenient location to take photo with beautiful backgrounds. A day after the photo taking, we went online to choose the photos that I wanted to keep. Customer Service Ms Liang Yanping conducted a live session via a link in wechat, somewhat similar to zoom meeting to showcase all the photos that were taken. The complimentary digital photos given by the hotel are for 3 high quality digital photos and if one wants more than 3 pictures, there will be an extra charge for the purchase. Food: The restaurant is located in another building which is about 8minute walk away. Alternatively, we can call the buggy to send us there and back. The food is really yummy and I must say the Chang-an Roasted Whole Chicken is a must try. Also.... the desserts are so good too. With a love for sweet food, I tried the almond lotus paste and also the lychee and redberry cold dessert. They are both gooooood... Show: At night, there is a large-scale live-action historical dance drama “The Song of Everlasting Sorrow” that is created by Shaanxi Tourism Group Company. The theme of this dance drama is the love story between Emperor Xuanzong and Consort Yang. This is a must see as the performance is top notch. Separate tickets must be purchased for the show. Summary: For those who want to be in a historical site that offers a hot spa right in your bedroom, this is an ideal place to stay. We really enjoyed our stay here and will not hesitate to recommend it to anyone who are visiting Xi-an and to use this as a last stop in Xi-an before heading to your next destination.

For my trip to Xi'an, I chose the Dongshe Hotel, and its location is absolutely unbeatable, right near the Bell Tower, making it super convenient to visit the Muslim Quarter and Drum Tower. But what surprised me most wasn't the location, but their attention to detail in service. I have to praise the housekeeping; the humidifier in the room was such a thoughtful touch, especially great for those traveling during season changes or to dry areas – my skin didn't feel tight all night. Every staff member I interacted with, from the friendly front desk team at check-in, to the housekeeping auntie, and the restaurant staff, was incredibly sincere and enthusiastic. It wasn't just a professional smile; you could genuinely feel they were dedicated to helping you. The overall experience was fantastic; not only was my stay comfortable, but it also lifted my spirits. The daily afternoon tea and 'goodnight sweet soup' were also thoughtfully prepared. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Xi'an; it's definitely worth staying here.

Staying at this hotel again after half a year, the overall experience was significantly better than last time! It's clear the hotel truly takes guest feedback to heart. This stay completely exceeded my expectations, and I genuinely recommend it! The in-room supplies were replenished promptly; besides the daily drinking water, tea bags and disposables were proactively restocked every day. The attention to detail is excellent. The late-night desserts were still a thoughtful touch and varied daily. Even if we occasionally forgot to book in advance, the front desk would try their best to arrange it, showing great flexibility in their service. Breakfast maintained its high standard, with delicious food and rotating menu items daily. I even got to enjoy the savory 'saap zi mian' noodles I'd been craving! The other dish options were also quite diverse. What satisfied me most was the service and arrangements this time. Communication was smooth and responses were quick throughout our stay. Since we were traveling with friends who booked their rooms separately, the hotel proactively placed our rooms on the same floor, making it incredibly convenient for us to come and go and look after each other, saving us a lot of back-and-forth hassle. The minor issues I'd mentioned previously were completely gone this time. Anything we needed was delivered precisely to the correct room without needing repeated communication. The staff were warm and attentive, always thinking on behalf of the guests, which made us feel very at ease. The hotel's location is also very convenient, and their airport transfer service makes things incredibly easy and stress-free. The environment is quiet, not noisy, and the bedding is very comfortable. Although there aren't many large shopping centers nearby, the hotel's own facilities are sufficient. The overall comfort, convenience, and service are all top-notch, fully deserving of its star rating. Next time I'm in Xi'an, this will still be my first choice. The overall experience was perfect, and I genuinely recommend it to friends who value convenience, comfort, and excellent service!

Title: Solid Hardware, Superb Location, Excellent Service: Our High-Efficiency Xi'an Trip's 'Base Camp' For our family trip to Xi'an, we chose the Hilton Xi'an, and the overall experience was incredibly solid, making it an ideal choice for a high-quality family vacation. Location (5 stars): Extremely convenient, with a plethora of dining options nearby and excellent transportation links in all directions. For travelers with a packed daily itinerary, this is a fantastic starting point. The breakfast was also very substantial. Rooms (Solid): Although the room types retain the classic style of an established five-star hotel, they are exceptionally well-maintained. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the facilities were convenient. I particularly want to commend the hot water supply, which was abundant and stable – crucial for muscle relaxation and fatigue recovery after an intense day of travel. Gym (Pleasant Surprise): When passing by, I noticed the equipment was very comprehensive and professional, and exceptionally well-maintained. This is a huge bonus for guests who maintain a fitness routine, though unfortunately, my itinerary was too packed to experience it this time. Service (Professional): Demonstrated Hilton's consistently high standards, with highly professional and responsive staff. ⚠️ Avoid This (Important): I strongly advise against the “Suyue SPA” on the third floor, which is independently operated. I tried a 597 RMB “Maldivian-style” treatment, and the experience was truly terrible. As someone who frequently enjoys spa experiences at top-tier hotels in the Maldives and Bali, I found the techniques here to be extremely unprofessional, completely lacking the expected quality, procedural standards, and stress-relieving effects. I recommend that guests who value spa quality avoid this place and not waste their time here.
