The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right next to the Clock Tower, making getting around super convenient. The cleanliness is top-notch, and the facilities are very new. The room environment is great, and the service is excellent. They even upgraded our room type, which made for a wonderful experience overall.

The location truly can't be beat. It's just a few minutes' walk to the commercial area and subway station, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. The Bell and Drum Towers are right across the street, and Kaiyuan Temple is nearby. However, the stay also had some significant downsides. The soundproofing is a major issue; I could clearly hear conversations from the next room and footsteps in the hallway at night. The TV volume was incredibly loud; even on a very low setting, it was still too much. As a light sleeper, I really struggled and didn't get a good night's rest. The shower was another headache. The water temperature kept fluctuating between hot and cold, and I spent ages trying to find a comfortable setting, making showering a constant source of anxiety. While the location is definitely a plus, the shortcomings in service and facilities really impacted the overall experience. I hope the hotel can make some improvements.

The hotel is in a very convenient location in the city center, making it easy to get around. The facilities are excellent, with delivery robots and a Tmall Genie smart control system in the rooms. The room itself was clean and tidy. They also offer great added services like afternoon tea and a late-night bowl of noodles. The staff were very polite. I will definitely come back again.

My recent stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Bell Tower was truly exceptional, especially thanks to the amazing Oliver! As a benchmark for high-end international brands, the hotel already wins over guests with its standardized excellent service and comfortable experience. But Oliver's thoughtful service elevated that experience to another level. From the warm welcome at check-in to proactively answering questions about local transportation and meticulously explaining hotel facilities, Oliver's professionalism was evident everywhere. Not only did he accurately address our needs, but he also noticed the dining benefits for my companions and proactively offered flexible solutions – a perfect example of anticipating guests' needs. Whether it was his patient guidance during conversations or his efficient and timely responses to requests, everything felt genuinely warm and beyond expectation, without any perfunctory formality, just heartfelt sincerity. Coupled with the hotel's soft and comfortable bedding, clean and tidy rooms, and its convenient location right next to the Bell Tower, this travel experience was absolutely perfect. Oliver demonstrated the true essence of star-rated service through his attention to detail, further highlighting the Four Points by Sheraton's advantage of being both impressive and highly functional. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time, and a special thanks to Oliver for the superb experience!

Traveling to Xi'an, I had my eye on this hotel before I arrived, and the reviews looked great. It definitely met my expectations! You can even see the Bell Tower from the room, and I was lucky enough to be there during a snowfall – Xi'an transformed into Chang'an, 'a snowy Chang'an, half-dreaming in the human world.' The staff's service was impeccable, practically fulfilling every request. The facilities are comprehensive, and Chang'an is wonderful. Next time I'm here, I'll definitely stay again to experience the beauty of Chang'an.

Love love love this hotel. My friends and I had an incredible stay at this hotel. Their service is top-notch, clean and staff is always helpful.We booked the Yuantuo Suite for 3 of us and the room is super spacious, bathroom comes with separate bath, toilet and a bathtub. The toiletries they provided was really good- I ended buying a bottle of shampoo home. The location is definitely excellent- subway line 2 is just outside, walking distance to the Bell Tower, Drum Tower and Muslim Quarters. Many eateries nearby, pushcart stalls outside the hotel from breakfast to supper. Big malls and shops nearby if you want to shop. Best of all, hotel is quiet though it is near all these attractions so we can have a good sleep without the bustling noise.We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again next time we are in Xi'an.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's directly accessible from Exit B of Longshouyuan Station on Metro Line 2, making it super convenient to get to scenic spots and shopping malls. The hotel service is exceptionally thoughtful; they called two days before check-in to ask about our needs, added us on WeChat to share important information and travel tips, and were always ready to help. The hotel itself is very spacious and bright, and the cleaning staff were always prompt and provided excellent, enthusiastic service. After checking in, the guest relations team continued to assist us via WeChat, which made our trip relaxing and enjoyable. Our time was short this trip, but I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Xi'an. The experience was fantastic!

The hotel is located in a garden area, and the room is relatively spacious. My friend felt that the shampoo products were very suitable for her to use. The hotel also has free laundry and drying services, and the waiters are very enthusiastic. Parking is free in the basement. Just call the front desk to report your license plate number when you go out. There are many restaurants near the hotel, which is convenient. Recommend everyone

During my stay at Crowne Plaza, I found the accommodation very satisfactory. The room was a good size, featuring a comfortable, super large bed, mini fridge, kettle but no milk, this had to be requested. Also, the slow drainage in the shower was messy and inconvenient. Overall the room was very nice. The hotel’s lobby was spacious and attractively designed, setting a welcoming tone upon arrival. The lounge and the 40th-floor bar were definite highlights, offering a cool and inviting ambiance. The breakfast provided met standard expectations and was enjoyable. I’d like to extend a special acknowledgment to Tony, whose help during check-in and arranging breakfast in my room when I wasn’t feeling well was exceptional, demonstrating outstanding service. Crowne Plaza’s prime location adjacent to a mall and the bridge offered numerous options for leisurely walks and sightseeing, adding to the overall convenience. Although I didn’t personally utilize the gym or pool, they appeared to be well-maintained. Best hotel in the city for sure.

This was my first time in Xi'an, and I booked the Cloud and Deluxe King Room at this hotel through an online platform. I called a day in advance to arrange airport pickup. Upon arriving at the hotel, the lobby's design style really impressed me – it's very chic. Once I got to the room, I found it to be spacious and clean. After dropping off my luggage, I immediately went down to extend my stay for two more nights. In the evening, they even brought a fruit plate and ginger-date soup, and the breakfast in the morning was incredibly rich. Overall, these past two days staying here have left me feeling really satisfied! The lobby and front desk staff were also excellent! They always greeted me with a smile when I came and went. A big thumbs up to them! 👍
