The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right next to a vibrant night market, making it super lively. What's more, it's only about 100 meters from the subway station – you step out of the station and practically see the hotel, which is incredibly convenient! Despite being above a night market, the room's soundproofing is excellent; we didn't hear any noise at all. The front desk staff, especially the 'sweet' receptionist, deserves five-star praise! She was beautiful and kind, and her service attitude was top-notch, also five stars! She even upgraded our room for free, gave us a complimentary minibar, and provided a lovely fruit platter, late-night porridge, and bedtime milk. She was always willing to help, and the service was truly superb! The room environment was also great, with ample lighting, comfortable hot water, and a very cozy bed. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit. Everything from the service to the quality was excellent and highly recommended!

The location truly can't be beat. It's just a few minutes' walk to the commercial area and subway station, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. The Bell and Drum Towers are right across the street, and Kaiyuan Temple is nearby. However, the stay also had some significant downsides. The soundproofing is a major issue; I could clearly hear conversations from the next room and footsteps in the hallway at night. The TV volume was incredibly loud; even on a very low setting, it was still too much. As a light sleeper, I really struggled and didn't get a good night's rest. The shower was another headache. The water temperature kept fluctuating between hot and cold, and I spent ages trying to find a comfortable setting, making showering a constant source of anxiety. While the location is definitely a plus, the shortcomings in service and facilities really impacted the overall experience. I hope the hotel can make some improvements.

The hotel is in a very convenient location in the city center, making it easy to get around. The facilities are excellent, with delivery robots and a Tmall Genie smart control system in the rooms. The room itself was clean and tidy. They also offer great added services like afternoon tea and a late-night bowl of noodles. The staff were very polite. I will definitely come back again.

This was my first time visiting Xi'an, and after much deliberation, I booked a stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Xi'an, Bell Tower – and it definitely didn't disappoint! The location is superb, and the hotel service was absolutely fantastic! A special shout-out to Oliver and Mandy at the front desk. Oliver was efficient and professional with the check-in process and incredibly patient in answering all my questions. Mandy, on the other hand, was attentive to our overall stay experience, proactively helped us plan our itinerary around the Bell Tower, and even gave us thoughtful weather reminders. Their excellent service truly made our trip so much more enjoyable. This is definitely the quality you'd expect from a Four Points by Sheraton!

Located at 4-5F, Block B, Jinzhong Building, No. 2 Beidajie Street, this Xi'an Jingxin Hotel boasts an excellent location right next to a subway station, making travel incredibly convenient. Opened in 2024, the hotel features well-equipped facilities and clean, tidy rooms. The 'Xiao Du' voice control system is very easy to use. The breakfast offers a great variety of both Chinese and Western options. Overall, I had a very satisfying stay.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! I was really impressed with the hotel's service. Check-in at the front desk was quick and efficient, and the in-room amenities were very thoughtful. The 'three-second water kettle' was a particularly pleasant surprise on my trip! It truly only takes a few seconds to get boiling hot water, which is incredibly convenient for someone like me who enjoys making tea or instant drinks at any time. It really enhanced the comfort of my stay. It's the little details that truly make a difference, and this efficient and thoughtful service definitely deserves full marks! I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

This was my first time visiting Xi'an with my child, and I just randomly booked a hotel. It's super close to the subway station, right outside the door, so transportation is very convenient. The experience was great! When ordering takeout, a robot delivers it, the air conditioning keeps a constant temperature, and the duvet is an all-season one, not too thick. The most important thing is that the 'saizi mian' (noodles) for breakfast were absolutely delicious! [Strong][Strong][Strong] For those traveling with kids, like us, who don't have time to go out specifically for food, being able to have such a great breakfast right at the hotel is incredibly convenient! Xi'an is amazing, and I'll definitely come back to this hotel next time – it's excellent value for money!

The hotel is located in a garden area, and the room is relatively spacious. My friend felt that the shampoo products were very suitable for her to use. The hotel also has free laundry and drying services, and the waiters are very enthusiastic. Parking is free in the basement. Just call the front desk to report your license plate number when you go out. There are many restaurants near the hotel, which is convenient. Recommend everyone

During my stay at Crowne Plaza, I found the accommodation very satisfactory. The room was a good size, featuring a comfortable, super large bed, mini fridge, kettle but no milk, this had to be requested. Also, the slow drainage in the shower was messy and inconvenient. Overall the room was very nice. The hotel’s lobby was spacious and attractively designed, setting a welcoming tone upon arrival. The lounge and the 40th-floor bar were definite highlights, offering a cool and inviting ambiance. The breakfast provided met standard expectations and was enjoyable. I’d like to extend a special acknowledgment to Tony, whose help during check-in and arranging breakfast in my room when I wasn’t feeling well was exceptional, demonstrating outstanding service. Crowne Plaza’s prime location adjacent to a mall and the bridge offered numerous options for leisurely walks and sightseeing, adding to the overall convenience. Although I didn’t personally utilize the gym or pool, they appeared to be well-maintained. Best hotel in the city for sure.

I absolutely love this hotel, so much so that I know it will be my go-to choice every time I visit Xi'an! The environment is elegant, quiet, and grand, and the location is excellent. But more, *much* more importantly, I have to give their service 100 calls of praise! On our first day, the front desk小姐姐 (young lady) greeted us warmly and arranged a room that was conveniently close to the elevator yet still quiet. They even gave us two complimentary breakfasts for the kids. The breakfast itself was fresh, abundant, and varied, with different options each day. Plus, they had the kids' favorite after-meal fruit, which made them eager to go downstairs for breakfast every morning 😄. There were welcome fruits in the room, and my son said the green pear was especially delicious, not enough to satisfy him. I searched on a flash-sale app for ages but couldn't find it. I asked the front desk小姐姐, who told me it was a 'milk date' (奶枣) 🤭, and a little while later, they sent a portion to our room – truly heartwarming! It got quite cold at night, and upon returning to the hotel, the front desk小姐姐 brought us warm gorgon fruit and lotus seed soup. Who understands the warmth of that single sip?~ When we boarded the hotel's shuttle bus to the airport, just before departure, the front desk小姐姐 handed me a hearty, warm breakfast, saying that she noticed I hadn't brought breakfast for the kids since it was so early, and that it was for them to eat on the way… Oh my goodness, I was almost moved to tears!… I felt so much reluctance to leave. I love Xi'an, a city full of stories, but it's because of Yunhe Yebo Hotel that I've gained a deeper appreciation for Xi'an's 'warmth'. I believe we will definitely meet again!
