I specifically chose a hotel with excellent environment and service for this trip. As soon as we walked in, they upgraded our room type, which was incredibly surprising and amazing! The duty manager was very responsible and easy to reach via WeChat for any questions; his service attitude was also fantastic!! This really boosted my impression of the hotel! The front desk also gave us a complimentary room upgrade – the service truly exceeded the price! Incredible value for money! And the welcome fruit from the hotel was delicious and fresh. It's very close to Yizhouli Commercial Street, just a short walk downstairs. On a nice day, I feel like I could sit in the park downstairs all afternoon. The lobby is also very spacious and not cramped at all. The hygiene was exceptional. The cleaning ladies spoke Mandarin and even folded our clothes. Coming back to a tidy room after leaving it messy always puts me in a better mood. The hot water was definitely plentiful, making for a very comfortable bath at night. The bed was huge, and the environment was great. The breakfast had a wide variety and was quite good. Upon checkout, they even gave us a souvenir, helped us scan the parking code, and escorted us all the way to the parking lot – full of thoughtful details.

Yuki at the front desk provided excellent service! She not only upgraded my room but also informed me about important details regarding the hotel's king-sized beds. The hotel is also very close to the terminal; you can reach it by taking the elevator to the second floor and walking straight ahead. The hotel facilities are quite nice, and the room was well-equipped. I was very satisfied with my stay this time.

An absolutely superb five-star beachfront stay, exceeding all expectations. The hotel boasts an excellent location with breathtaking, unobstructed sea views. The lobby is elegantly decorated and incredibly atmospheric. Our sea-view room was spacious, spotless, and featured high-quality soft furnishings. The bedding was wonderfully soft and comfortable, making falling asleep to the sea breeze and waves incredibly relaxing. Opening the window revealed stunning views of the clear blue sea and sky, with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The staff were warm and professional; check-in was fast and efficient, and all our daily needs were met promptly and thoughtfully. Breakfast offered a fresh and abundant selection, and the facilities, including the beach and observation areas, were meticulously maintained. Our entire stay was comfortable and delightful, truly a five-star experience. Highly recommended for a vacation! It truly lives up to its reputation as the best value-for-money hotel in Qingdao. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Qingdao. Finally, a special thank you to Manager Amanda for her arrangements and care; it was a very satisfying stay.

The room was large, clean, high up, and had a great view. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water flow. We enjoyed the breakfast choices, only the coffee machine was a disaster, as it, however, is a common issue with much too many hotels in China. The location of the Pullman is excellent, opposite of the “old town” and right besides the Wanda shopping centre, which houses a wide choice of restaurants (great Beijing style duck on the 3rd floor!). We do recommend staying at the Yantai Pullman.

Great location and, as always, the hotel is grand. The overall service was alright, but during check-in, I kept running into other guests cutting in to ask questions, which disrupted the service a bit! It would be so simple to just have an information desk or a lobby manager where people could get their questions answered. I’ve seen similar situations in other cities, and it just cheapens the overall experience. Details like this really reflect the overall service standard. They said they upgraded my room to one with a better view, which was a slight improvement over what I originally booked, but without a direct comparison, I can't really tell the true difference. It lacks the grandiosity of other luxury hotels, and the perks are pretty stingy. It's really just a big name.

The location is easy to find and the transportation is convenient. The hotel is exceptionally clean. Lily's service was thoughtful, meticulous, and warm. The environment is quiet and peaceful, making it an excellent choice for accommodation when traveling. The room was very comfortable. My child threw up the first night, and the next day when we checked out, they even extended our check-out time until just before our high-speed train departure... We are truly grateful.

Reception, location and room are great for the price you pay. My gripe is with the breakfast reception. We entered and told them our room number. Just before getting our food, the lady told us that someone has claimed the breakfast with our room number and we cannot eat here unless we pay extra for our meal. Even though I insisted we haven't eaten and we are the actual occupants, the lady repeated a few times that the breakfast has been claimed and we can't eat. Eventually she relented when I told her to take a look at my friend who is clearly a foreigner and insisted that she check the CCTV. I get that mix-ups are probably rare, but to immediately insinuate that we are thiefs who are trying to take advantage of (a pretty mediocre) hotel breakfast at an airport hotel is unbelievable. Especially given that my friend is clearly not of East Asian descent! It left a pretty sour taste in my mouth. I don't know why the SOP isn't to make sure that we are the actual guests and give us benefit of doubt.

The room facilities are very new, the layout of the apartment is reasonable and comfortable, and all kinds of daily necessities and electrical appliances are also fully equipped. , The most pleasant surprise is that the hotel has a gym and a self-service laundry room. It is too convenient to travel! , There are many choices for breakfast at the hotel and the taste is very good. , The front desk and cleaning staff are very good, and they are kind and gentle. , The location is really nothing to say, very close to the scenic spot and the station, it is super easy to go out and play, and take the car. , The drinks bar in the lobby must be praised, the drinks are delicious, the price is not expensive, and the price is absolutely perfect! , There are a few small suggestions for improvement: 1. The suite we live in, the living room socket is a bit small, there is no charging port next to the table and sofa, it is not convenient to play with mobile phone charging, it is quite necessary; 2, the guest bathroom of the suite does not have spare towels and hand sanitizer, daily temporary use will be a bit inconvenient; , 3, this is a seaside city, the bathroom can prepare a pair of plastic bath slippers, step on the water, wash will be much more practical; 4, the room put a capsule coffee machine, the result is a instant coffee, a little contrast, replaced with capsule coffee is more intimate; , 5. Unfortunately, the executive lounge and beer garden have not opened yet, and I can't experience it. It's a little regrettable; 6. The living room and bedroom are glass partitions and there is no curtain. If someone sleeps inside, the living room does not dare to turn on the light, and the experience of installing a blackout curtain is full!

Great place to stay. Clean, spacious, comfortable. however the room service food isnt so great. Can be improve in the future. Will repeat if visiting the town again.

The night view was particularly stunning. The bathroom featured a separate wet and dry area, a large bathtub, and high-end toiletries. The smart control system was both convenient and high-tech. 🌟 Rich and Delicious Dining, Full of Local Flavor The breakfast selection was incredibly diverse, offering both Chinese and Western options. Shandong specialties like 'Ba Zi Rou' (braised pork) and 'Tian Mo' (sweet gruel) were abundant and of excellent quality. The Executive Lounge was refined, with delicious afternoon tea and light meals. The Sky Beer Garden on the 12th floor boasted expansive views, perfect for overlooking Jinan's nightscape and an excellent spot for photos. 🌟 Comprehensive Facilities, Suitable for Both Leisure and Business The gym is equipped with a full range of high-end equipment, including a yoga studio.
