5-Star Hotels in Fujian, China

This is the second time I am using this hotel. They have arranged a room at level36. Nice level and great view. Room is clean with fresh sheets. The issues are the rain shower was leaking spraying upwards. The air-conditioning is having a malfunction. It's either too warm or too cold. It's like 8degrees at night and it's really cold in the room or hot like sauna. Well stayed there for 2nights. There are Christmas decorations for the season. It make the hotel lobby livelier. Morning breakfast is decent. Its served with American breakfast and local Chinese cuisine. There are two major shopping malls beside it and one opposite. Great malls to hang out for Starbucks or McDonald's. There are many chinese restaurants available serving delicious food. Western food and Japanese cuisine are available too.

We will choose this hotel again as everything is perfect for the price. We have delivery from taobao before we arrive .the hotel staff handle our baggage w care and even go to the extend of helping us to check if the parcel received. This extra mile had delight us as we have no local handphone to be contactable. Aside to this. The room was clean and spacious . Location is just a street from the sanfangqixang. Total feel like a 5 star hotel.

Ms. Xu from the housekeeping depar**ent is very enthusiastic, kind, and provides excellent service! The room is very clean and comfortable, especially a thumbs up! A girl with glasses at the front desk was also very patient. This accommodation experience was very good! The hotel is an exclusive cooperation with Ctrip.com, and it is really different. The hotel booked on Ctrip.com also gave a free upgrade! Great!

We extended our stay via trip.com easily and coordinated with the hotel to ensure we remained in the same rooms. All went smoothly with great ease. Hotel is as grand as they come, rooms are fantastic and comfortable.

Had a lovely 3 night stay over Christmas break. Took a 3 hour high speed train from Shanghai. The hotel offers free pick up service from the train station with reservation made in advance. Everything was very smooth. When we arrived at the hotel, my kids enjoyed the buggy ride from the main lobby to our villa, where there was a nice tea, fruit, and pastries waiting for us. The hotel is very close to the National park. It’s about a 30 min walk to the south entrance where you can get tickets for the bus that takes you around the park to the hiking trails and bamboo raft trip. Remember to bring your passport. We forgot but our photos were accepted as ID. On our way out, we had some pictures taken on-site. We forgot to book in advance but the staff were very accommodating. We do not speak mandarin at all but we were able to get by with Google translate, WeChat, and some of the staff are English speaking. Overall, the Villas are very nice. The pictures look exactly as shown. A true 5 star. Would highly recommend.

This time, my friend set a parent-child room. 4 people lived in a very comfortable room. The beds were quite big. There were prepared hot tea, fruit, tea set, drying racks, charging cables, etc. in the room, which was very convenient. The staff of the whole hotel are very good, and the contact is more Manager Yuan. Thank you Manager Yuan! Manager Yuan is very good, responsive, answering all questions! Thanks also to the master Jiang who picked us up to the train station, very enthusiastic! I had a lunch and buffet breakfast at the hotel. The buffet breakfast was very rich, the ingredients were fresh and the taste was great! We travel during the day, and we go to the gym to play table tennis, run at night, and have a blind box for supper to eat, praise! It is also very convenient to take a taxi to the surrounding scenic spots and counties, very satisfied! Next time I want to bring my parents to travel, I also live here!

The hotel is located on the edge of Jinluan Bay. It was opened in September 2023. I stayed for two nights this time. The first night was in the inner garden room. There was nothing special. The second night was in the sea view room. The room was super large, with two 1.8-meter large beds. The sea view overlooked the endless Jinluan Bay. It was a pity that it happened to be a heavy rain, which ruined the scenery. The breakfast was also rich, with southern Fujian specialties. I will definitely stay here next time I come.

We stayed in a family room. The room is large, 20+ floors high and has a wide view. There are cartoon slippers and toothbrush sets for children, as well as a large bathtub. The hotel has complete facilities, including an outdoor swimming pool and a standard indoor swimming pool. There was a pool party and resident singers on the evening of May Day, and photographers were available for appointment. We chartered a car to visit Pingtan, and thank the hotel manager Zhou for helping us book a car.

Overall the stay was very pleasant. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast offers lots of delicious local delicacies. Staff was helpful too. Thanks to Tina at the front desk who helped me during my stay. Very well worth the price. Will definitely come back again when I'm in Shuitou.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, the amenities were excellent, and the location was perfect for everything I needed. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the staff—especially Anne at the front desk. She was incredibly welcoming, professional, and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail made me feel right at home. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and comfort.
