Zhangzhanger_We chose this hotel for our trip to Yabuli, and its location is fantastic. There are plenty of recreational activities right within the resort. Our stay was excellent; the room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was super comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was very efficient. The environment is quiet, and overall, it offers good value for money. Plus, the sightseeing cable car offers beautiful views, and the Rainbow Flying Carpet is exciting and fun! Highly recommend!

Guest UserThe security staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful, taking care of every detail throughout our stay. It truly felt like a 'princess treatment' where we didn't have to worry about a thing. The concierge was also exceptionally warm and meticulous. Noticing we had a child, she proactively offered kids' toothbrushes and slippers. Concerned that the children's slippers might be too small, she thoughtfully provided an extra pair of adult slippers as well – the attention to detail was outstanding. The restaurant experience was excellent, with an elegant ambiance and attentive service. The menu saw small updates daily, so eating there for multiple days never felt repetitive. They even included a beautifully decorated latte art yogurt, which was not only adorable but also delicious.

This hotel is located in the Central Street business district, making it convenient for shopping. It has five floors, but the building is quite old, and in my opinion, it doesn't quite meet a five-diamond standard.
First, the pros: The rooms in Block A are spacious and well-renovated. The hotel was proactive in addressing issues, and the service attitude was good. The location is convenient, being just over 500 meters from Central Street and the Songhua River, so it's not too far. Taxis are readily available, and there are plenty of dining options nearby.
Now for the cons: The cleanliness wasn't great; I found hair in the corners of the floor after checking in. The facilities also weren't up to par; for example, the hairdryer was broken, and each room seemed to have a different brand of hairdryer. The electric kettle was hot to the touch, and the hot water temperature for showering during the day wasn't high. The restaurant had limited variety, and the food quality was average. There's basically no view from the window.
Finally, a major complaint: If you've booked a room in Block B, I'd recommend not staying there. The room decor is cheap, and the view from the window is terrible, mostly power lines. Block B is separated from Block A by a central garden, and the breakfast restaurant is in Block A.
Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel and Trip.com's service, as issues were actively coordinated and resolved immediately. However, I was quite dissatisfied with the hotel stay itself. I booked based on Trip.com's five-diamond rating, choosing to trust the platform, but the actual experience was significantly different from a five-diamond standard. I suggest the platform strictly vet hotels to prevent inflated reviews from affecting ratings and misleading consumers. This is a genuine stay and an objective review, hoping to help other consumers and encourage the hotel to improve its hardware facilities and operate based on real quality.

My son loved the hotel at first sight during check-in, especially its unique architectural style. We enjoyed afternoon tea right after checking in. Since I was sending my son off to school, I had many packages delivered to the hotel, and they were all kept safe and sound. The breakfast was incredibly rich, catering to various preferences. Despite being right on Central Street, it's a quiet oasis, and the location is simply perfect. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Harbin.

Guest UserThis hotel is housed in a magnificent building with a century of history, reportedly once the residence of a Russian Grand Duke. Upon entering, you're greeted by staff dressed in elegant period costumes, who are beautiful, dignified, and incredibly welcoming. Inside, you'll find a century-old elevator still in operation, a lavish lobby, and a wide selection of imperial costumes available for photo opportunities. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, featuring a stunning, bright, and elegant domed hall, and the Baroque-style rooms are exquisitely luxurious. The blend of ancient architecture with modern smart toilets enhances your stay perfectly. The hotel also provides a complimentary fruit platter, and the minibar is stocked with Madieer ice cream and Kvass for you to enjoy. If it's your birthday, the kitchen prepares a beautiful cake to celebrate, and the restaurant even offers complimentary birthday noodles. A big thank you to everyone there! Every staff member in the restaurant was incredibly enthusiastic and deserves high praise. Upon check-out, they even provided a parting gift (as shown in picture 1). The hotel's location is exceptional; a right turn outside leads directly to Central Street, and a left turn brings you to the Red Brick Morning Market in just a few minutes. In short, if I ever return to Harbin, I would choose this hotel again.

The hotel room was spacious and came with a bathtub, but the location isn't particularly close to Central Street. However, it's very quiet here, and the front desk and cleaning staff were very friendly. The parking is free, but there are limited and small spaces. Every time I returned to the hotel late at night, finding a parking spot felt like taking a driving test. I hope the hotel can design more parking spaces next time so guests don't have to squeeze in and maneuver so much.

Guest UserThe most comfortable hotel during this trip. There are plenty of dining options nearby. Getting around requires taxis, but nothing is too far. The room was clean and tidy, with a lovely welcome setup. The hotel offers breakfast, afternoon tea, and a late-night snack, so you can grab a bite anytime you want. The most commendable aspect is the exceptional service; they tried their best to fulfill every request, truly showcasing the warmth of Northeast China's hospitality.

Guest UserThis hotel completely exceeded my expectations, a definite five-star rating! From the birch forest decor at the revolving doors of the lobby to the breathtaking high-altitude views from the 43rd floor, everything was superb. The front desk lady was incredibly nice and helped upgrade our room. As soon as we entered, we were captivated by the incredible views from the large bathtub. The room's minibar even offered free Kvass, and all the toiletries were L'Occitane. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the hotel's pool area included a jacuzzi and a steam room. The self-service billiards room on the second floor was fantastic, with a standard snooker table, a clean and tidy environment, massage chairs, and a reading nook. Upon check-out, the butler even gifted us some facial masks. I'll definitely be back the next time I visit Harbin. BTW, the hotel offers a free airport shuttle, just be sure to check the departure times. Highly recommended!

R151003The hardware at The Ritz-Carlton is simply exceptional. Kohler fixtures, smart toilets, and bottled water – what more could a traveler ask for? Whenever I visit a city that has a Ritz, I always make sure to stay there and experience it. I love the rooms at The Ritz, and I enjoy the food at their restaurants. But more importantly, it's the staff at The Ritz that truly makes the difference. Their genuine service is incredibly touching. Whether it's the front desk, restaurant, or housekeeping staff, they all deeply impressed us. Someone can speak insincerely or out of politeness, but their eyes rarely lie. The Ritz staff were warm, kind, and friendly, which we found incredibly moving. We'll definitely stay at The Ritz-Carlton again whenever we have the opportunity. There's also one small detail I'd like to mention: the Ritz in Harbin. The washroom had three towel racks, which is incredibly practical. 90% of hotels in China don't have towel racks, so sometimes you have to hang your towel on the outer handle of the bathroom door. This small detail really made me look at the Harbin Ritz in a new light. I've said a lot, but let me take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to the staff at The Ritz-Carlton Harbin. I wish them health and happiness!
