Our stay with the kids was fantastic! The front desk staff kindly upgraded our room, which was a lucky bonus. We loved the river view gym and the prime location, perfect for an evening stroll along the Songhua River. It's also within easy walking distance of Central Street. The room was spacious, clean, and odor-free, and our little one absolutely adored the tent, playing in it non-stop. The staff were all incredibly friendly and particularly gentle with children. With plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and a quiet hotel environment, the kids slept soundly. Our whole family felt comfortable and at ease; it’s truly ideal for family travel! When we left, the staff helped with our luggage and even said, 'Princess, please step into the car' as we got in, which totally made our day! 😄

Right from the moment we got out of the car, someone was there to help with our luggage. Xiao Xue at the front desk provided excellent service; she was smiling throughout, spoke softly, and was absolutely charming. The room had a very distinct Russian style, and the layout was quite practical. The breakfast and afternoon tea on the first floor offered a wide variety of options, including both Chinese and Western dishes, along with seasonal fruits. Plus, complimentary cookies and fruit were delivered to our room daily.

This stay far exceeded my expectations! It's definitely the go-to river-view hotel when you're in the area. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer an unobstructed, front-row view of the river. During the day, you can lie in bed and watch boats gently pass by, the shimmering water is incredibly therapeutic. As night falls, the city lights on both banks reflect on the river, creating a stunning and romantic scene. You get to enjoy a gorgeous night view without even leaving the hotel, and every photo you take turns out amazing.

The room facilities are top-notch and impeccably clean, which put me at ease. The front desk staff were professional, escorting guests to their rooms and meticulously demonstrating how to use various amenities – truly thoughtful and attentive. Service was prompt whenever called upon, and the parking attendant outside proactively helped with luggage, all with a friendly demeanor. The hotel's afternoon tea was exquisite, and the ambiance was cozy (as pictured). The location is superb, making it very convenient to get around by taxi, subway, or even walk to Central Street. Overall, the hotel genuinely felt like a home away from home. I'll definitely be back.

My stay at the Wanda Realm Qiqihar was absolutely fantastic! The butler service was incredibly attentive, and my room was spacious, clean, and the bedding was super comfortable. The hygiene was top-notch, and I even loved the robot delivery service for items. Being right next to Wanda Plaza made getting around super convenient. The pool and gym facilities were excellent, and the breakfast spread was delicious. I felt right at home throughout my entire stay. This will definitely be my go-to hotel next time I'm in Qiqihar!

Honestly, I'm a bit reluctant to give a good review because the Executive Lounge here is just so subpar right now. And the loud noise in the morning was really annoying, though the duty manager did apologize and offered juice, a small gift, and a cute little tiger plushie, so I guess I'll let it go. Maybe it's the off-season, or they're cutting costs and boosting efficiency. But frankly, the Executive Lounge in Shenyang, also in the Northeast, was much better. I hope Harbin can really step up its game.

The hotel staff were all very welcoming, and the lobby's French architectural style was beautiful. The room was well-equipped with all amenities, including a bathtub, which was lovely for a relaxing soak. The internet signal was fast. Breakfast was plentiful, and the hotel even offered free afternoon tea, which really made a great impression! It's also conveniently located right next to a subway entrance. This was my first time staying at a hotel in Harbin, and I must say the facilities and service were top-notch. The bed, as always, was incredibly comfortable – I slept wonderfully. The rooftop bar at night had a great ambiance, offering fantastic views of Harbin's night cityscape and the river. The breakfast was a rich mix of Chinese and Western options, with plenty of variety. From check-in to check-out, all the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, often striking up conversations with me. My holiday experience was excellent! I'll definitely choose to stay here again.

The room was very clean and exceptionally quiet. The breakfast spread was quite generous, and the best part was that it lasted until 10 AM. The service was excellent; they even upgraded our room. Overall, a really satisfying stay.

This hotel, over a century old, boasts a rich historical ambiance with its Tsarist Russian court design. The lobby is resplendent and dazzling, featuring crystal chandeliers, oil paintings, wine cabinets, and an ornate wrought-iron garden, all showcasing the luxury of the Russian aristocracy. I even donned a 19th-century outfit to experience what it felt like to be a Countess. The hotel service was impeccable. Upon check-in, someone immediately guided us on a tour and provided explanations, including a ride in the century-old elevator. Our luggage was delivered directly to our room, and they were incredibly accommodating, helping us take photos in the court costumes without any hesitation. When we checked out, they even brought our bags to the car – truly doorstep service, highly commendable! This is a highly recommended hotel that is well worth experiencing.
