The service is enthusiastic and responsive, and it offers great value for money. It's truly the top choice for a ski holiday; we had a comfortable and worry-free stay. The restaurant is fantastic, with a great ambiance and excellent facilities. The breakfast is abundant and served until 12 PM, which is perfect for someone like me who isn't an early riser. After this brunch, I was full of energy and ready to explore. The service is thoughtful and warm; every staff member in the restaurant had a friendly smile on their face. The 3D-printed yogurts in the pictures are incredibly cute; I took photos of all of them to cherish. Although my dietary choices were somewhat limited due to ethnic considerations, I was delighted to find Lanzhou hand-pulled noodles here. Their roasted chicken also tasted exceptionally good, and today I even had stewed chicken with mushrooms – I'm so satisfied! The room offers a splendid view, with the beautiful Songhua River scenery right before my eyes. The housekeeping staff always greeted me warmly whenever we met. On my first day, I even received frozen pears in an insulated container and a handwritten note, which was such a thoughtful touch. The transportation is super convenient; the hotel is right next to the river cable car, a five-minute walk to Central Avenue, and it's only about a twenty-minute walk to Saint Sophia Cathedral. What an amazing hotel!

Among the 5-star hotels in Harbin, I chose this one, which is the newest, and I wasn't disappointed upon arrival. The facilities are new and very clean, and the hotel staff are very enthusiastic. If you order takeout, a robot delivers it to your room. It's quite close to the airport, only a 30-minute ride. The only thing to consider is that the location is a bit out of the way, a little further from the main tourist attractions.

Honestly, the five-star rating goes to Xuebao, the concierge in the lobby. He was incredibly enthusiastic and made us feel so welcome and at home from the moment we arrived in Harbin. In contrast, the front desk staff were quite lackluster. The hotel's location is great, right next to Central Street, but the facilities are a bit dated, and the room cleaning wasn't particularly thorough. The room itself is very spacious, but the room rates are a mystery – they fluctuate constantly. The first time I booked, it was over 400 yuan, but after booking, I saw it dropped to just over 300, so I promptly canceled and rebooked. Later, due to a change in plans, I wanted to extend for one night, and the price was over 600 yuan. For this hotel, a price of over 600 without breakfast feels a bit expensive. The concierge's service really made up for the shortcomings.

Cleanliness: Absolutely impeccable, you can rest assured. Ambiance: Elegant and perfect, it's a rare and exceptional Russian aristocratic luxurious palace-style hotel. Service: Five-star service! All staff members are warm, attentive, and provide first-class service – truly flawless. Minibar: The first round of drinks is complimentary and unlimited. There's plenty of capsule coffee to enjoy, and the welcome fruit is abundant and fresh. Experience the century-old Russian aristocratic elevator: It's like bringing scenes from a movie directly into your real life. Russian Fairytale Museum: The entire hotel's decor immerses you in the luxurious and romantic atmosphere of a Russian aristocratic palace. Complimentary photoshoot: You get 4 free travel photoshoots where you can dress up in magnificent Russian aristocratic princess outfits and take stunning pictures. I wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend this hotel. Next time I'm in Harbin, I will definitely choose Grand Mansion 1903 again.

This hotel has a beautiful overall environment, and my stay was fantastic. The staff provided attentive and thoughtful service, especially the front desk, who responded promptly to all requests. They offered polite greetings, and the concierge service was warm and welcoming, treating guests like close friends and family. I never felt any disconnect throughout my stay. Their professionalism and efficiency, along with attention to detail in all aspects, made for an absolutely perfect travel and accommodation experience. I truly recommend it and will definitely be back!

Transportation: The location is excellent, right in Nangang District, which is the heart of Harbin. There are many bus lines at the Dachengjie bus stop right outside the hotel, making it super convenient to get around. It's not far from any of the main attractions, and you can get to most places by taxi within 15 minutes. Harbin doesn't have much of a subway system, so relying on buses is key, and having a bus stop right at the doorstep is a huge plus! Facilities: The entire hotel feels like it was recently renovated; all the facilities are brand new. The mattress was very comfortable, and the bathroom even had a smart toilet. Both the hairdryer and coffee machine were name-brand and easy to use. The bathroom also featured a magnifying mirror for close-up makeup application – a nice touch! Even more delightful was finding a yoga mat in the room! 🥰 And this particular room type at Jun An has a very spacious layout, perfect for doing yoga in front of the full-length mirror, which was awesome! 🥳🥳 What I appreciated most was their fresh air system. There was absolutely no lingering odor when entering the room; the air felt very clean. Plus, the electricity doesn't cut off when you leave the room, so you can safely charge your phone while you're out. Service: Their service is definitely the highlight. Before arriving, I'd seen many online reviews praising their excellent service, and it certainly lived up to the hype! The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful towards guests. It truly made me feel right at home. Dining: The hotel's breakfast buffet was exceptionally good; I highly recommend adding breakfast to your stay. Breakfast is divided into two parts: a made-to-order service, where each person gets one serving of either a Chinese or Western breakfast. The Western options usually include eggs Benedict or salmon French toast, both of which were delicious! 🥰🥰 In addition to that, there's also a buffet section, and the quality of the dishes is truly impressive! 🥳 The food was tasty, fresh, and they changed up the selection every day! The buffet also offered both Chinese and Western dishes, and there was so much to eat that I was stuffed. ☕ Furthermore, complimentary and delicious coffee is available all day. Starting at 11 AM, shortly after breakfast ends, the hotel begins serving a self-service afternoon tea, which runs until 6 PM. 🥰 Besides four types of beverages, the afternoon tea includes homemade yogurt, double-skin milk pudding, cakes, and various small pastries – it was absolutely wonderful! 🥳🥳 The manager even asked for feedback when I was leaving. What feedback could I give? They practically did everything short of scrubbing my back! Hahaha! 🥰

My stay at the Olookuya Hyatt Centric Harbin was truly a perfect experience, far exceeding my expectations. The hotel's unique forest tribe theme design is refreshing, with its wooden decor exuding a premium feel. Taking the express elevator directly from the underground parking garage to the sky lobby on the 42nd floor, the stunning panoramic views of the Songhua River immediately took my breath away. What touched me the most was Sally, our butler at the executive lounge! Her service was absolutely impeccable. From her warm greeting during check-in to her meticulous care throughout our stay, every detail made us feel incredibly welcome. Whether patiently answering our questions or proactively assisting, Sally demonstrated exceptional professionalism and friendliness. She not only showcased the high quality of Hyatt Centric but also made us feel completely at home. The hotel facilities are equally outstanding, from the L'Occitane toiletries to the spacious and comfortable room, and the abundant breakfast – all reflecting the hotel's genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Sally's thoughtful service made this trip to Harbin even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Harbin!

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, requiring a taxi for transportation. Check-in on the 54th floor was incredibly smooth, truly a 'check-in in the clouds.' The day before, hotel staff called to confirm my needs, which was very helpful. The room was spacious and bright, and the air conditioning was adjustable, which I really appreciated. By the window, there was a small round table and two comfortable chairs, perfect for placing groceries and enjoying them at leisure. The hotel provided plenty of drinking water and a capsule coffee machine, though I didn't use it in the room since I'd be having coffee at breakfast. Breakfast, also on the 54th floor, had a well-designed layout. Enjoying delicious food while looking out at the view was very pleasant. However, I noticed that at the noodle station, where there was a sign for water spinach, they were actually serving spinach. If there's no water spinach, the sign should be removed. I asked, and several other people also specifically asked for water spinach but were told it was spinach. The pastries were excellent, perfectly baked with fresh fruit on top, and looked very appealing. The restaurant staff were prompt in clearing plates and very patient. Overall, it was a great travel experience.

The room was spacious and generally clean. It was very soundproof with good ventilation, and there were no strange odors. The breakfast selection was rich, comparable to Wanda Vista. The hot springs offered a good variety of pools, and the water quality was excellent with no unpleasant smells. On Children's Day, kids under 1.5 meters were free, which was a fantastic bonus! The staff were very enthusiastic, and both check-in and check-out were quick.
