NNiutou™The Yabuli Yabuluoni Hotel boasts an excellent location right in the heart of the ski resort, offering incredibly convenient ski-in/ski-out access directly to the slopes and lifts. The rooms are clean, warm, and offer expansive views; you can enjoy the snow scenery right from your window. The facilities are comprehensive, with ski rental and dining all available in one spot. The service is enthusiastic and responsive, and it offers great value for money. It's truly the top choice for a ski holiday; we had a comfortable and worry-free stay. We'll definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommended!

MMiwa627Among the 5-star hotels in Harbin, I chose this one, which is the newest, and I wasn't disappointed upon arrival. The facilities are new and very clean, and the hotel staff are very enthusiastic. If you order takeout, a robot delivers it to your room. It's quite close to the airport, only a 30-minute ride. The only thing to consider is that the location is a bit out of the way, a little further from the main tourist attractions.

AAnonymous UserOur stay with the kids was fantastic! The front desk staff kindly upgraded our room, which was a lucky bonus. We loved the river view gym and the prime location, perfect for an evening stroll along the Songhua River. It's also within easy walking distance of Central Street. The room was spacious, clean, and odor-free, and our little one absolutely adored the tent, playing in it non-stop. The staff were all incredibly friendly and particularly gentle with children. With plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and a quiet hotel environment, the kids slept soundly. Our whole family felt comfortable and at ease; it’s truly ideal for family travel! When we left, the staff helped with our luggage and even said, 'Princess, please step into the car' as we got in, which totally made our day! 😄

JJingluoshengshengI chose the Huater Hotel for my trip to Harbin. This hotel has quite obvious pros and cons, so I'll give an objective review for everyone's rational consideration. 1. **Location** It's very close to the northern section of Central Street, which is the hotel's biggest advantage. This location is truly convenient. At night, you can leisurely stroll around Central Street without worrying too much about time. When you're tired from walking, it's just a few minutes back to the hotel. 2. **Service** As soon as I entered the hotel, I felt the staff's enthusiasm. The bellhop helped with luggage and provided a map of the surrounding area. However, just like other instances of sudden 'enthusiastic service' I encountered in Harbin, there was always a catch. The bellhop helped take photos and even prepared captions, so guests could just post them directly. So, that's how high ratings are achieved! Does this mean hotel ratings won't be as meaningful in the future? Aside from the initial 'fiery' enthusiasm upon arrival, the service attitude for daily interactions like entering and leaving the hotel or general communication was noticeably much more lukewarm. The difference was quite stark. 3. **Food and Beverage** The hotel's dining is what I want to complain about the most. Having stayed in so many hotels, this was the worst breakfast I've ever had. Besides the boiled eggs tasting normal, there wasn't a single dish that tasted good; in fact, several dishes were extremely unpalatable. The milk and soy milk were both made from powder, and the bread slices didn't look high quality. The boiled wontons had no dried shrimp, no nori, not even salt, and the filling wasn't good. The 'sliced pork with sauce' (溜肉段) and fried shrimp or fish were all batter; there was barely anything inside, and crucially, they weren't even fully fried. It was genuinely awful. This breakfast standard is nowhere near what you'd expect from a five-star hotel; it's even worse than some three-star hotels. I tried to communicate with the hotel to see if I could cancel breakfast for the remaining days and get a refund or some compensation to eat out, but I was politely refused. Well, I guess I'll just have to make do with a bite, pretending it's to save time and control my weight. There was also a complimentary afternoon tea from the hotel. I did check it out in the afternoon, and it honestly didn't whet my appetite. I can't even describe it; you'd understand if you saw it. 4. **Facilities** The room size was advertised as 45 square meters, but it felt more like 30 square meters. Guests aren't ******; I know what a 45-square-meter room looks like. But I didn't bother arguing about it, as the size was still decent and sufficient. The lighting, equipment, water pressure, etc., were acceptable for a four-star hotel, I suppose, but clearly not five-star. The overstatement is quite obvious. The hotel has no swimming pool and no independent, spacious parking lot, all of which completely fall short of five-star hotel standards. Overall, I feel this hotel is a mixed bag. If you can get a cheap price, combined with its excellent location, staying here could be a good choice. However, absolutely do not consider this a five-star hotel, because whether it's the exterior, the lobby, the room decor, the facilities, or the service, none of it meets five-star criteria. Setting high expectations will only lead to disappointment. Also, I strongly advise against having breakfast at the hotel; it's better to save your appetite and go out to try local Harbin snacks.

DDanbo1974The hotel boasts an excellent location, offering a quiet retreat despite being centrally located. It's within walking distance of Central Street, the Hongzhuan Street morning market, Saint Sophia Cathedral, the Songhua River, and the Binzhou Railway Bridge. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the service is warm and friendly. I also had the unique experience of riding their century-old antique elevator, which operated smoothly.

GGuest UserThis hotel boasts a beautiful environment with a charming back garden and lake views. Our stay was fantastic. The front desk staff were very polite and welcoming, and the concierge service was enthusiastic. The hotel's back garden is perfect for a leisurely stroll. There's an amusement park nearby, and the hotel even provides a shuttle service, making transportation very convenient. The breakfast was also very generous. Our room was clean, tidy, and quiet, ideal for resting. The thoughtful service definitely deserves a five-star review! We'll definitely be back to stay here again!!

GGuest UserI stumbled upon this hotel and my overall experience exceeded expectations. The room was spotless, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were friendly and responsive to all my needs, never being dismissive. The location is convenient for getting around, and the surroundings are quiet, not noisy or disruptive. There's no overly fancy decor; it's all about comfort and practicality, offering great value for money. It's perfect for travelers looking for a place to stay, and I felt incredibly comfortable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to the area, and I sincerely recommend it to any friends who are traveling.

GGuest UserA very unique hotel with a wooden decor that feels eco-friendly and high-quality. This was my first time staying in a forest-themed hotel. I hope more people get to experience the charm of Northeast China. It would be great if they could offer more discounts for families with children on breakfast, as kids really don't eat much.

WwyyanyanIt's a shame I couldn't get a corner room during my two-night stay! However, the overall experience was still very good. The hotel's front desk and restaurant are on the 54th floor, and dining by the window was a fantastic experience. All the staff were incredibly friendly and patient. The breakfast desserts were delicious, and the pastries had an excellent flaky texture. It would be even better if they offered a wider variety, like mousse cakes! The restaurant had a daily special dish. The grilled cold noodles I had on the first day were excellent, and when they offered a different dish the next day, I mentioned I'd love to have the grilled cold noodles again. The chef specially prepared a portion for me – the service was truly exceptional! I forgot to get the name of the female chef. The pool area was lovely, with two large windows offering great views, so waiting was never boring! The staff there were also very enthusiastic and chatty. The hotel's location is convenient, close to Sun Island, Siberian Tiger Park, and Central Street. Plus, there are plenty of dining options in the residential area downstairs.

QQiqipengpengThe room was spacious and generally clean. It was very soundproof with good ventilation, and there were no strange odors. The breakfast selection was rich, comparable to Wanda Vista. The hot springs offered a good variety of pools, and the water quality was excellent with no unpleasant smells. On Children's Day, kids under 1.5 meters were free, which was a fantastic bonus! The staff were very enthusiastic, and both check-in and check-out were quick.
