The hotel's location is superb, with very convenient transportation nearby. The non-smoking room was exceptionally clean, and the absence of any strange smells was reassuring. The Japanese tatami style was simple yet elegant, and the space felt wide and open, not at all cramped. The furnishings were cozy and comfortable, facilities were comprehensive, and the hygiene details were impeccable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay – it's definitely worth choosing!

Awesome view from room. Awesome food served at the hotel's restaurant. Room is very clean and the service staff (可乐) is very helpful. Always there to help and responsive on WeChat queries. The desk reception is also warm and friendly, she helped us arranged a full day guide for us which is very useful. We enjoyed the tour a lot and got to know a lot about Fenghuang and the Miao culture. The guide also brought us to the Miao Village (our highlight for the day) which we would not thought of going if not for her recommendation. Totally enjoyed our stay at Sulv Lianhua and would highly recommend anyone who is here for the first time to stay at this hotel.

The family room at this hotel is quite spacious and comes with two bathrooms, one of which only has a toilet, which is convenient for families. It's very close to Zhangjiajie Railway Station and the bus station. Zhangjiajie West Station and the airport are about a 15-minute drive away. It's also very near Tianmen Mountain; you can see the Tianmen Mountain cable car right from the hotel entrance.

Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the river view from our room was breathtaking, offering panoramic views of the magnificent Xiang River and Orange Isle. The bedding was soft, and the bathroom was expansive, ensuring excellent sleep quality. The front desk attendant immediately responded, 'Sir, please don't worry. I'll make a note of this. Tomorrow morning, we'll prepare a breakfast box for you to take with you, or you're welcome to grab a quick bite at the restaurant. We'll ensure you get a good, hearty meal.' Her words instantly put my mind at ease! True to their word, when I arrived at the restaurant at 5 AM the next day, the staff had already prepared a breakfast box for me. It contained not just warm buns and eggs, but also yogurt and fruit – a perfectly balanced and nutritious meal. What's more, the server was incredibly warm and welcoming, showing absolutely no sign of impatience despite the early hour. Having such a thoughtful and comforting breakfast at that early hour was the perfect start to a busy day. Their dedication truly left an impression on me. This time when I went back to my hometown, I didn't want to stay at home, so I just looked at the luxury list online. Our Panlong Villa Hotel was only more than 200 yuan, so I booked it. As expected, I was not disappointed. The rice noodles I took home were very comfortable and tasted very authentic. The food tasted good too. The room was better than I expected. Although Panlong has been around for a long time, the items in the room are well maintained, and you can see the star quality. The environment outside is also very good. I asked the waiter, and the catering is being upgraded, and the guest rooms will also be upgraded. As a Xiangtan native, I am really happy to see that my hometown is getting better. I will come again next time and bring my family with me. When I come again, my children will probably be very excited to see the musical fountain.

First off, the hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable – it's convenient for getting anywhere, whether it's tourist attractions or night markets. Secondly, the room views are incredibly nice; it's a prime vantage point with huge glass windows, offering completely different beauties during the day and night. The breakfast spread is extensive, and what's rare is that almost everything tastes delicious. You can tell they put a lot of effort into it, with the chefs flipping woks in the open kitchen behind, and the bakery's skill is really on point. The staff here are all incredibly service-oriented; they anticipate your needs and act on them thoughtfully. In short, they are very proactive and also greet you warmly. The Niccolo Changsha's location is superb, with direct access to the 4th floor of IFS Mall (where you'll find Good Morning). Most of the main entertainment spots are within a 10-minute walk. Service: They offer all the usual luxury hotel amenities like welcome greetings upon arrival and departure, welcome amenities, and turn-down service. A thoughtful touch was having a female staff member deliver luggage to a solo female guest's room, which definitely enhanced my sense of security. Even though the hotel opened in 2018, it's very well-maintained and looks as if it's only been open for about 5 years. The night view from the 90th floor is also stunning. It will definitely be my first choice for my next visit to Changsha.
