Exceptional Stay! Beautiful, Spotless Hotel and Unmatched Hospitality Our stay at the Sulv Lianhua Hotel was absolutely perfect, largely thanks to the incredible hospitality we received. A special, heartfelt thank you to Qing Qing, who went above and beyond to make our trip memorable! She greeted us with a wonderful room upgrade to an incredibly beautiful, traditionally styled room that we fell in love with instantly. As someone who is very sensitive to odors, I was incredibly impressed by how clean the room was—there was absolutely no smell at all. Many hotels, especially in historic areas, struggle with a sewage smell, but this hotel was perfectly fresh and spotless. Throughout our stay, Qing Qing was exceptionally responsive to every single question we had. She even helped us arrange a free ride to the station and kindly granted us a late check-out, which made our departure entirely stress-free. Fenghuang itself is magical—the town is so vibrant, and the views at night are absolutely stunning. We cannot thank Qing Qing and the hotel enough. Highly, highly recommend!

The Grand Hyatt Changsha is conveniently located above Hisense Plaza, right by the Xiang River. Downstairs, you'll find Super Wenheyou, and it's an easy walk to Pozi Street and Taiping Old Street, making it a one-stop shop for all your dining, entertainment, and shopping needs – super convenient! I booked a guest room and was immediately blown away by the view upon entering. In the evening, you can watch the sunset paint the river, perfect for photos! The front desk service was excellent, and they even offered a kind farewell and a small gift when I checked out. Looking forward to my next stay!

The hotel is conveniently located near the Tianmen Mountain cable car. The service was excellent, especially on our first day when a young man helped us with our luggage from the taxi and guided us all the way to our room. This was the young man in the white shirt working at the front desk on the afternoon of June 9th. The room environment was very good, the bedding was comfortable, and the toiletries had a pleasant scent. The room was spacious enough, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, the hotel has a great location, good environment, excellent service, and a decent breakfast. It offers great value for money.

One of our most memorable stays. We have been traveling for multiple days by the time we reached the hotel. We were incredibly tired, with piles of laundry and slightly delirious from trying to manage our itinerary, bookings, places to eat and didis. This hotel - while on slightly higher price point than others in the area - value proposition is unbeatable. The hotel provides an advisor who speaks English and he will coordinate EVERYTHING for you. From building your plan with you for Zhangjiajie tours, our laundry which we literally had no time to do, escorted us to the place to eat, helped us order food to our hotel, adviced on places to see, helped to get tickets for them. It was refreshing and helped us to have some free mental space which was deeply needed at that stage. If we ever go back I’m staying at this hotel 😅✨plus they make great cocktails at the bar for good price - in the area where finding cocktails is almost impossible!:)

I’ve been travelling for decades and stayed at a huge variety of places. By far this is the best one I’ve ever been to. The whole staff and expecially our butler Yuan yuan和xiaotang were super helpful and friendly. I was so much impressed by their help and readiness to adjust , find ways to solve our problems or fulfill requests. We’re travelling with a child , so we had a lot of requests! We’ve been to a range of 5-star hotels around the globe, but have never seen such help and hospitality. I’d highly recommend using the hotel taxi for the airport pickups and getting around since it is much better than the local didi choices. You just don’t have air conditioned didi options in the village no matter how much you’re ready to pay. Just old cars with open windows. The hotel cars are new, spacious and comfortable. And the drivers are all very good. We’ve also enjoyed breakfast very much. Lots of options. And especially good for a child (not spicy and a huge variety of buns). The location is close to the national park entrance and you walk around 10min to the entrance through a very nice and picturesque park by the river side! The hotel features its own natural cave with colourful lights. So beautiful! And it’s a great escape in rainy days or demanding days when kids and elder people aren’t exactly eager to go anywhere else but still wish to see something. We’ve even discovered a tiny colony of bats inside! The hotel has several nice terraces overlooking the park, riverside and the village center. We’ve found it ideal for having snacks or tea outdoors and enjoying the village lights in the evening. The whole hotel territory and the pool are so beautiful, well designed and perfect for taking pictures.

The hotel room was very comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. It had an 'Xiaodu Xiaodu' smart assistant that could control room amenities with one touch. The hot water came on very quickly. The hotel's location near the pedestrian street was super convenient, just a short walk away, and there were plenty of great food options nearby. The room was very clean, and the bedding was comfortable. There's even a popular Changsha influencer photo wall right at the entrance, making the hotel environment perfect for Instagrammable shots. The staff, from the front desk to the cleaning crew, were all very welcoming and enthusiastic. I had a very comfortable stay and highly recommend it!

Room: Traveling with family, I booked in advance and proactively contacted the hotel. They promptly upgraded my room. The butler was very thoughtful and helped arrange the room. They also assisted with planning our sightseeing routes and even booked a restaurant for us, knowing when we'd be back from the mountain. We had a very comfortable stay. Service: The most, most, MOST thoughtful service was the laundry and drying service!!! You just bring your clothes to the laundry room and leave your room number, and the staff will wash, dry, fold, and bag them for you. You simply pick them up at the estimated time. It's incredibly thoughtful! They work almost 24/7, tirelessly. Thank you so much!! Facilities: I hope every room can provide a weighing scale in the future. In summary, I'd definitely stay here again next time!

Before checking in, I saw reviews saying the hotel was old and run-down, which made me nervous. I originally booked three nights but changed it to one. Even though it was a non-changeable reservation, the hotel quickly approved my request for a refund. However, after checking in, I found it wasn't as dilapidated or dirty as the reviews claimed. It was very tidy and clean, and not nearly as old as I expected. The river view from the 27th-floor bar is absolutely stunning! When I checked in, the front desk attendant was really enthusiastic and upgraded us to a river-view room. We could relax on the sofa in our room and take in the entire river scenery – super enjoyable! So, we extended our stay for another night, and they even gave us Zongzi (sticky rice dumplings). Five-star rating! I'll definitely be back to stay here again!

My business trip stay was absolutely perfect, and I have to commend Hotel Mia for their attentive and thoughtful guest service. The front desk staff were polite and gentle, making check-in quick and efficient. They patiently addressed all my requests, showing meticulous care throughout. The room was spotlessly clean and bright, with soft, comfortable bedding. The soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to fully relax after a busy workday. The bathroom was tidy, with plenty of hot water. The spacious desk and chair area was perfect for working on a business trip, and the natural light and ventilation were great. The hotel's common areas were quiet, elegant, and impeccably clean everywhere. The location is superb, making it very convenient for getting around for appointments. From the attentive service to the comfortable living experience, everything was impeccable, offering incredible value for money. The staff truly go above and beyond for their guests, making business travel hassle-free and comfortable. This will definitely be my first choice for future business trips, and I highly recommend it to all my business travel companions.

I highly recommend the 'Confession Room' at this hotel! I was pleasantly surprised as soon as I entered – the balloons and rose petals were beautifully arranged without being over-the-top, and the swan towel art was incredibly romantic. The facilities are top-notch, the mattress is soft and comfortable, and the cleanliness is impeccable; even the corners were spotless. The sheets and towels had a subtle, pleasant scent, which was very reassuring. What truly stood out was the service. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, helping with luggage and recommending local attractions, and housekeeping responded incredibly fast. The overall environment is quiet and serene, with an expansive view from the window. The price is also reasonable. I'm very satisfied and will definitely stay here again.
