As a local couple from Shenyang who have experienced various hotels, Conrad is the only one we keep coming back to. It truly sets the benchmark for hotels in Northeast China! 👍 The dining, service, gym, pool, and views are all top-notch in Shenyang. We chose Conrad again for our anniversary. The executive lounge benefits for two included delicious afternoon tea pastries, drinks, and cookies. Dinner was quite substantial, featuring curry lamb, seasonal vegetables, and freshly made noodles, along with several cocktails – definitely worth a staycation. This was our first time bringing our child, and we discovered Conrad's solid wood kids' play area, which is really well-made and quite rare. I'm not a fan of ball pits; they don't seem very hygienic or safe. Our baby had a great time here, and it was relaxing for us parents too. The space is large and safe, truly worth bringing kids to. This setup allows one parent to take care of the child while the other enjoys swimming or working out, which is a lifesaver! Conrad's swimming pool is a must-visit for me. The 28.5℃ constant temperature pool has an amazing environment and view. The gym is professional, clean, and very high-end, with an open layout rather than being cramped. You can work out every body part, and they've even added new equipment – fantastic! 👍 The executive rooms feature a round bathtub by the window, offering incredible views from the 80+ floor. You can even bring your favorite bubble bath. The breakfast beef noodles are excellent! 👍 The roujiamo and sauerkraut pies are quite unique. The lunch roasted duck is great! 👍 And they offer salmon. Finally, a huge thank you to Steven, Sarah, and Vera for their warm and thoughtful service. They were incredibly responsive to all our requests. The service at Conrad Shenyang is truly its soul! 👍 I recommend it to everyone visiting Shenyang.

Jackie was very attentive and responsible. The room arranged for us was perfect – non-smoking and facing the sun. It was excellent. The room had a desk, which was very convenient for the kids to read. I'm especially grateful for the help with printing the kids' test papers; the service was truly superb. The robot delivery for our late-night takeout was super convenient. There's a piano in the lobby, and I never expected my child could practice piano even while traveling. It exceeded my expectations and was totally worth it!

This is my second stay at Shangri-La, and it was just as delightful as the first! They contacted me a day in advance to discuss check-in, and even prepared a special pillow and toiletries for my child. My license plate was also pre-registered. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was so comfortable I slept soundly. Selina from Guest Relations provided warm and attentive service, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite MixC City, accessible via an underground pass, and parking is convenient. Breakfast was plentiful, and the Horizon Club offered exquisite à la carte dishes. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Shenyang!

Choosing the Grand Hyatt for our weekend getaway was absolutely the right decision! The location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. A special shout-out to Dino, who provided warm and genuinely helpful service, responding super quickly to our requests. He even shared some great local hidden gems, which helped us avoid the crowds and enjoy our trip even more. The room was clean and comfortable, making for a truly fantastic experience. We'll definitely be back for our next weekend escape!

We had a wonderful stay at the Yingkou Wanda Yihua Hotel. The check-in was fast and smooth, and our Executive Deluxe Sea-View Room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable with a fantastic bed. The highlight was the large private balcony offering breathtaking views over the beach, the sea, and the harbor. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh Chinese dishes along with some Western options, and everything was well organized even during the busy Golden Week. We can also highly recommend the dinner buffet with its excellent selection of fresh seafood, grilled lamb, and steaks. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. A special thanks goes to Mia Wang, who supported us so kindly and made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly felt very welcome and comfortable here and would definitely recommend this hotel.

As soon as I entered the hotel, the handsome concierge helped me carry my luggage, showed me the way enthusiastically, and told me where to eat and where to have fun. It felt like an old friend who hadn't seen me for many years. The check-in at the front desk was also very smooth, and they helped me arrange a quiet non-smoking room. It was very considerate and the service exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and tidy, spacious and bright, the bed was very comfortable, and the big bathtub was perfect. It was so comfortable to take a hot bath at night. I fell asleep quickly. It snowed in Fushun, and the snow scene was so beautiful. The facilities in the hotel are also very complete, with a gym and a swimming pool. I went swimming a few laps when I had nothing to do, and it felt very refreshing. The location is also good. There are shopping malls and snack streets outside, and it is convenient to go anywhere. Speaking of food, the breakfast is so rich that it makes people dazzled. There are all kinds of Chinese and Western food, especially the bread and desserts are great. The experience is very good, and the price-performance ratio is absolutely high. It is worth the money and recommended.

Angel's service was incredibly attentive. The room was clean and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. Overall, it was very clean. This hotel is highly recommended.

On the day of arrival, we arrived quite a bit earlier than the standard check-in time due to our tight schedule with the kids. We expected to wait in the lobby, but to our delight, the hotel had already thoughtfully arranged an early check-in. This allowed us to settle into our room with the children immediately, sparing us from travel fatigue – a truly touching gesture. The room experience was also impeccable. Our room was spacious and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic views of Xinghai Bay and the cross-sea bridge. The kids were thrilled, pointing excitedly at the sea and boats outside. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the facilities were clean and modern, and the bathroom featured a convenient wet and dry separation. They even thoughtfully provided children's amenities, demonstrating their consideration for families at every turn. In the room, we could leisurely admire the sea view while the children played freely – the entire space felt cozy and comfortable. On our check-out day, with a late flight looming, we were worried about what to do with our luggage and children. However, a hotel staff member kindly offered a late check-out, allowing us to relax in the room without rushing. This thoughtful arrangement completely eased our worries, making the final leg of our trip with the kids stress-free and enjoyable. From the proactive communication before check-in and the convenience of early check-in to the considerate late check-out, the entire service radiated professionalism and warmth. Coupled with the hotel's excellent location, top-notch facilities, and captivating sea views, it's the perfect choice for both family vacations and leisure travel.

Some facilities indeed looked brand new, but others were clearly inherited from the previous hotel. We got a room upgrade, and the view was genuinely great. One minor complaint about the freshly made noodles at breakfast: they were pre-cooked and left out, so they were already cold by the time you picked them up. I'd like to commend Eric from concierge services. He was enthusiastic in his recommendations, proactively helped with our luggage, and even gave us a fridge magnet. It was a very warm experience, and the 5-star service rating is entirely for him. I hope the front desk staff can learn from him and be less stern. Overall, the quality is good, and it's well worth the price and location.

My overall experience staying at the Shangri-La Hotel Dalian was fantastic. The staff were incredibly enthusiastic and welcoming. The room I was given was very spacious and bright, making for a very comfortable stay. The bedding was also clean and neatly arranged. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center, making it very convenient to catch a taxi and get around anywhere. The hotel also features a beautiful garden view, which really brightened my mood. The check-out process with Delaney was professional and quick, and the thoughtful little gift she prepared for me made me feel truly at home – a wonderful surprise! If I come back to Dalian, I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.
