An absolutely wonderful stay! I was pressed for time and didn't have a chance to do much research, but after seeing great reviews on RED (Xiaohongshu) and Doubao, I went ahead and booked it on short notice. To my surprise, the experience far exceeded my expectations: 1. Facilities & Location: Everything was fantastic—from the room decor and hotel location to the quality of the buffet. 2. Unexpected Perk: At 88 stories high, the hotel is the tallest building in Shenyang. Overlooking the entire city from the top floor was incredible; everything below looked like miniature toys. Such incredible value for money! 3. Service Experience: Since it was a last-minute booking, I called the front desk beforehand with a ton of questions about the location, proximity to the Mukden Palace and the Marshal Zhang's Mansion, as well as room types. The staff answered each question with great detail and patience, which saved me a lot of trip-planning time. I even made a point to ask for their names—their warm hospitality truly reflected the hotel's heart. Huge thumbs up! Kudos to the front desk team: HELEN, TILDA, and VERA.

We arrived quite late, and the room type we booked was no longer available. They gave us a complimentary upgrade to an executive suite, which exceeded our expectations. The sea view was absolutely stunning! The room was clean and the service was attentive; anything we needed was delivered promptly. Traveling with a baby, we appreciated the kids' shower gel and toothbrushes, and there's also a children's play area. They even provided a high chair in the room. Highly recommend for families with children.

The consistent quality of InterContinental truly shines through at this property. Located in the heart of Donggang, with Zhongshan Square just a stone's throw away, the views from the window – a combination of city architecture and the bay – are truly unique. Getting around is incredibly convenient, whether by taxi, subway, or on foot. Riley's service shows a great attention to detail; even in seemingly minor things, you can feel the thoughtfulness. They called ahead to ask about my arrival time, confirmed the number of toiletries and slippers needed, and inquired about my preference for a higher or lower floor... The overall quietness of the hotel is excellent. Even during the National Day holiday when the hotel was fully booked and bustling with guests, I couldn't hear any noise in my room, ensuring a high quality of rest. The bathroom was also super spacious, and both check-in and check-out were seamless. During my stay, I also tried the seafood buffet on the sixth floor of the hotel, which was fantastic. If I ever have the chance to visit Dalian again, I'll definitely come back for a second stay.

I went there expecting a top-notch bathing experience, but I was sorely disappointed. First, let's talk about the room. I booked the last available tatami room. It was spacious enough, with an indoor hot tub, but no window. The ventilation system made a lot of noise when turned on, and even with the air conditioning set to the lowest, it still felt stuffy. The room included two hot spring tickets, valid until 6 PM the next day if you checked out before 10 AM. Breakfast was at the Breeze Restaurant in the villa area, priced at 119 yuan per person, and the quality was very poor. It opened at 7 AM, and when I arrived shortly after, they were still slowly putting out food. There weren't many options, but the most memorable was the bacon – just a few burnt-looking pieces on the plate, I couldn't tell if they were leftovers or just overcooked. If breakfast is included in the room rate, you might as well grab a quick bite, but otherwise, it's definitely not worth the price. The hot springs were very basic – no food, no drinks, and no fruit (I'd seen reviews mentioning occasional fruit, but I didn't see any). A bottle of plain water cost 8 yuan. I went on the afternoon of check-in, around 5 PM, and it was quite crowded. The next morning, it was even more so. In short, I won't be going back.

My stay at Le Méridien Shenyang, Heping exceeded my expectations. The hotel was meticulously clean, the bedding was very comfortable, and the room was spotless. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and check-in was very efficient. Any issues were communicated and resolved promptly, especially by the service manager, Joyce, who handled things with great professionalism. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and its location made getting around very convenient. It's truly perfect for both leisure and business travelers. Highly recommended!

Maybe i was highly expecting for a hotel lime others Hard Rock Hotel. But this one is just okay. My room is ocean view but its not a private beach for the hotel. Cant swim at the beach. But many activities that you can do on it. The breakfast was great. There are so many selections that i can eat for a Muslim. The room is clean with full amenities. Btw , at night i ordered Fish&Chips & also brownies with icecream.But it so bland. The fries not cooked well & the brownies is not hot & hard. Not recommended. They also have live band at night. The water pressure in the room also low.

The hotel staff were all very professional and had excellent attitudes, truly befitting an old-brand luxury hotel. The location was great, making everything convenient. The hotel also offered fantastic views, perfect for sightseeing. What was particularly touching was that it was my birthday, and I had completely forgotten. The hotel thoughtfully prepared a birthday cake and delivered it to my room. I was genuinely impressed – it wasn't a cheap cake. It was a pure animal cream fruit cake, and I could tell the quality the moment I tasted it. The hotel's third floor even has a sky garden which is perfect for taking great photos. Overall, even though prices increased during the National Day holiday, it was still excellent value for money. My whole family had a wonderful time. My partner and I came to Shenyang to celebrate our anniversary, and staying at the Swissotel, we were truly touched by Eric from the concierge team. Before I even arrived, he proactively contacted me to ask if I had any special requests. I casually mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary, and he didn't say anything at the time. However, when we entered the room, there was already a handwritten blessing card on the table. My partner was incredibly surprised and said the trip was totally worth it. Throughout our stay, he was consistently attentive. When we asked for recommendations on where to eat or explore, his suggestions were always practical and genuine, not just generic info you could find online. One evening, we returned late, and he even specifically asked if we had a good time and if we needed help calling a taxi. And the room was also fantastic. The floor-to-ceiling windows on a high floor overlooked the lake view of Youth Park. It was especially beautiful when the lights came on at night, even more stunning than in the photos. This kind of service isn't just routine politeness; it's genuinely caring about the guests' needs. Next time I'm in Shenyang, I'll definitely stay here again and be sure to look for Eric!

A couple with their four-year-old stayed for three days. It was an amazing experience!!! Highly recommended!! We originally booked a one-bedroom apartment, but the hotel upgraded us to a two-bedroom, two-story apartment with two living rooms, which was incredibly spacious and well-equipped: it had three bathrooms, a bathtub, a kitchen, a refrigerator, a dining area, a living room, and a study. Our child absolutely loved it, running up and down the stairs. The hotel's playground, sauna, and swimming pool were also enjoyed by our child. He even cried when it was time to leave! We will definitely stay here again next time!!! Thumbs up 👍

Jennie provided excellent service, and check-in was quick and efficient. The hotel is in the city center, and our room overlooked Dalian Labor Park, making getting around very convenient. The front desk even upgraded us to a deluxe suite for free, which was absolutely wonderful. We were extremely satisfied. It definitely improved our impression of Dalian.
