Not bad, the waiter is polite and enthusiastic; convenient and clean. The waiter also has a hotel your, and is very proud of the marble on the wall (I looked carefully and thought it was slate But overall it's okay anyway

Just meters from the pedestrian street (main shopping street), it's within easy reach of famous restaurants and eateries like 116, and Strasbourg Cathedral and the Strasbourg River are also within walking distance. The hotel boasts first-class facilities, impeccable cleanliness, and warm service. Upon our departure, the hotel manager not only helped us with our luggage but also gifted us two bottles of premium mineral water. Such a wonderful landmark hotel—we'll definitely stay at Petite France again next time we're in Strasbourg! 👍👍👍

Fantastic location right next to the cathedral !  Easy to get around the city center and many restaurants options near by.  The rooms are a bit old but considering the location it may be the best option in the area.  Highly recommended !

room size is decent, location is around 800m from train station, a 10-15 min walk, great location as it's near a lot of cafes and restaurants if you are taking check-in luggages, you might have it harder when dragging the luggage wheel through stoney paths surrounding the hotel. closet has no bidet, as european standard, so if you need it, you might consider taking portable electric bidet, water flow is abit small but it's just personal preferences, other than that everything is good

The hotel is classic and beautifully designed, offering a timeless charm. The view from the room was stunning and added to the overall experience. Breakfast was marvelous, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, making the stay feel warm and welcoming. A special thank you to the concierge team for their excellent assistance with transportation arrangements. Truly a delightful stay!

Excellent location, super convenient for both shopping and sightseeing. The decor is new, the room amenities are well-designed and easy to use, and they even provide Clarins toiletries. Breakfast is quite generous by European standards. I stayed on the top floor; the air conditioning was a bit noisy, and there was a faint kitchen smell in the mornings, but everything else was perfectly fine. The deposit was refunded very quickly. Overall, I definitely recommend it.
