Excellent and top rated facility. We experienced it ourselves. Dining was also excellent including brk fast. This property is very close to Lulu Mall which will serve you anything and everything you need.

The hospitality was excellent and breakfast was sumptuous . They provided hot meals and it was the best. Different types of idly’s served was just awesome. Front office was caring and helpful and provided a very welcoming environment. Check in past midnight was fast and efficient . Rooms were large and the bed and pillow was of high quality . We were able to sleep within 5 mins. Aircon was clean and fresh.

The hotel is chic location, the room was taken in the main building. Beautiful and well-designed area, the staff are welcoming, always interested in our wishes. The pool is small but the rooms with a garden view and clubs have their pools, so people were few, quietly it was possible to lie on the lying. I didn't like the obsessive taxi drivers at the entrance to the hotel. Called the Uber, so they didn't let the driver pick us up! It was necessary to climb a little higher (toward the Gokolam Hotel) and only there we were able to get in the car. Very unpleasant, and for a hotel of such class it is not clear why they allow the parking of a taxi, felt not safe! Be aware that if you use the cleaner, the driver will not be able to go to the territory of the hotel and even to the gate, you need to go higher on the road, only there you can sit in the car, passing this mafia of taxi drivers.

We had an amazing stay at this coffee plantation/resort! The hospitality here is unmatched,,,, a huge compliment to the staff who go above and beyond to make you feel completely welcome. Shoutout to Manager Krishna. From the moment we arrived, it honestly felt like going to our own home. The warmth and attentiveness of the team really stand out, which other reviewers consistently rave about as well. Another major highlight was the food; every meal was absolutely delicious and comforting, making us feel completely at ease, just like a home-cooked meal. They have nice hiking trails around the property. couple of practical things to keep in mind. The Drive In: Please know that there is a 1-2 km rugged, unpaved road leading up to the property. It takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the resort from the main gate, so be prepared for a bit of a bumpy ride, and drive carefully! The Spa/Massage: While the rest of our stay was incredible, pool was great. the massage was a complete waste of time and money. It was not pleasant at all, and I definitely don't recommend booking it. Overall, if you skip the spa and focus on the beautiful property, incredible food, and the wonderful staff, you will have a fantastic time. We loved it!

Everything was excellent except the activity room. Nothing is in good condition. Would be good if they can maintain it since it would be very helpful when coming with kids. It's been 3 consecutive years i am coming here. The activity room needs to be improved.

An unforgettable stay in a stunning location! We had the most wonderful 3 night stay at this beautiful lake resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, so friendly, helpful, and genuinely accommodating. The setting is absolutely breathtaking, and the whole atmosphere of the resort is peaceful and relaxing. A perfect place to unwind and relax. The rooms were lovely, spacious, spotless, and really comfortable, with everything we needed for a perfect break. The food was another highlight, every meal was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. A special mention to Jeeva in the restaurant, who made our dining experience even more memorable with such attentive and warm service but all of the restaurant staff were excellent and made every meal a pleasure. Also Anju who so lovely and again very attentive but I have to say every single staff member was so pleasant, which made our stay exceptional. Can’t recommend this gem of a place enough, we are already planning our next visit!

Excellent hotel service and welcome was very nice. The room.and its comforts superb. I wished I had a extra day at the hotel. Deffo would stay there again.highly recommend it. And the breakfast was great variety

I recently stayed at this hotel and was left quite disappointed. One of the main reasons I chose this property was because it advertised a swimming pool — something I specifically filtered for when making my booking. However, upon arrival, I was told the pool was unavailable due to maintenance. There was no prior notice, no mention during check-in, and certainly no update when I made the reservation. It felt misleading and unprofessional, especially since the pool was one of the few leisure amenities offered. I understand that maintenance issues can arise, but transparency is important. A simple heads-up before arrival or a temporary note on the website would have gone a long way. The rest of the stay was fine — the room was clean and the staff were polite — but the lack of honesty regarding available facilities really put a damper on the experience. If you’re booking specifically for certain amenities, I’d recommend double-checking with the hotel directly before confirming.

Excellent location ,resort premises is very beautiful only eye sore was people hanging their cloths to dry on the balcony or any other space out in open, that was really bad not sure if that is because of high laundry charges or not having anything to hang cloths inside. We did use the back patio that was covered to dry our beach cloths rest we brought home to wash. Other things that bothers us was pool closes at 7 pm. Given the hot and humid weather if beach access and pool closes by 7 pm there is nothing to do inside, small village outside is not so inviting to explore or even go. Food was good lots of option for vegetarians , but it was quite expensive too. It was not so at par with Taj standards but price wise it felt close to Taj. We liked the jacuzzi but inconveniences of asking the staff to switch it on and off and had no hot water.

Our stay at Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty was truly the highlight of our Kerala trip. We stayed in the 2-bedroom villa and every part of the experience exceeded our expectations. The hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The staff were warm, attentive, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. You can genuinely feel the care and attention they give to their guests. The villa itself was spacious, luxurious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The ambience, cleanliness, facilities, and beautiful waterfront views made our stay incredibly relaxing and worthwhile. After travelling across several places in Kerala, this was the one stay that truly felt worth every penny. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so memorable. We would definitely love to return again in the future.
