EE2971****Don't get a room facing the tram line! It's incredibly noisy! Extremely noisy! Extremely noisy! Noise-sensitive people, beware! I didn't see a single comment about this, which is strange.
I mostly slept with noise-canceling headphones. I didn't change rooms because I was so exhausted from the train ride on the first day that I just fell into bed and didn't feel like it. Afterward, I just spread out my things and...
The location is great. Most attractions are within a 2km walk, and there are three supermarkets across the street.
I'll reiterate: Don't book a room facing the main entrance street!

GGuest UserThere is NO service at this luxury hotel. First of all, WiFi didn’t work for the whole day. Secondly, at breakfast the staff challenged us whether we stayed at the hotel due to their system error. Facilities are really poor. When we go to the pool, the pool closes at 6pm. And staff just wanted to kick us out and got off work. Except for the pool, there is nothing else you can do at the hotel. Truly regret u booked this place

AAnonymous UserThe Armani Hotel is located in the heart of the bustling city center, with its main entrance facing the street and the cathedral not far away. The elevator on the left after entering goes directly to the 7th-floor lobby. The reception is to the left after exiting the elevator.
The hotel rooms are luxuriously designed, featuring the hotel's classic gray and black color scheme. The rooms are very spacious, a truly impressive suite. There's a hidden walk-in closet, various beautiful mirrors, and a perfectly functional iPad to control everything in the room. The internet is incredibly fast—faster than lightning!
The bathroom is absolutely elegant and spacious, equipped with underfloor heating. The bed and pillows are also perfect, undoubtedly top-of-the-line in Italy. Cleaning is prompt and meticulous.
Only minor complaints are the hot water temperature – adjusting it is like using a micrometer, otherwise it's either scalding hot or cold. Also, the doors are somewhat rough during construction and often don't close properly.
However, these minor issues don't detract from its overall quality; it's absolutely a top-tier hotel.

Friendly staff, surprised to have access to room before 11am ( without needing to pay extra) always appreciate when hotels are sensible knowing the room was available and why not.
Hotel was delightfully fragranced with good storytelling throughout ; for leisurely enjoyment and increasing our time spent at the hotel.
Room was very bright , contemporary design with comfortable easy to manage digital controls for lighting and climate control.
Likewise bathroom was spacious and practical.
Linen felt luxurious for the “price of hotel”
I highly recommend the hotel as I have been to Milano many times and stayed in the centre or near Centrql station but decided to try Navigli area for a change.
The subway line was very convenient to go to Brera and actually to Central train station or the Linate airport.
We had dinner and also breakfast at the hotel; both occasions exceeded our expectations. True value for money AND delicious , generous portions / offering with excellent bespoke service !!!
Will want to stay there again !

GGuest UserThe hotel is directly opposite Milan Central Station, which is super convenient. You can tell the interior has been renovated, but unfortunately, the bathroom feels very plastic and lacks any sense of luxury. The sheets also had some stains, which was a definite letdown. On the bright side, the front desk staff were very friendly, and the breakfast selection was extensive with good-tasting food.

GGuest UserIt was my friend's birthday during our stay, and the hotel thoughtfully surprised us with chocolates to celebrate. Toothbrushes were provided, which was a nice touch. The place was very clean, and the hotel restaurant stayed open quite late. Excellent service overall.

GGuest UserThe room size was just right and very comfortable, and the bathroom was huge! The bedding was excellent, making for a super comfortable sleep! Breakfast was very plentiful, and the ambiance was great! The wardrobe was large and very spacious. The hotel even provided a converter next to the bed, so I could charge anything directly!

GGuest UserA very nice hotel in a grand old château. It's not very large, so the atmosphere is pleasant and quiet. Located a bit outside the city center, it still has excellent connections to downtown and Linate Airport. The best way to get to the city center is by the vintage tram, for example, line 19. For Linate Airport, the metro station is right outside the hotel; alternatively, you can take a taxi to the airport at a very reasonable price. The hotel was completely renovated a few years ago with great care and style. The interior design is somewhat whimsical in places, but we really liked it in every respect, as it complements the old building. The beds are very comfortable. Cleanliness is excellent. Even in the rooms facing the street, the very good soundproofing of the windows meant there was no disturbing noise. We recommend a room with a balcony. The breakfast is very good and served in a refined atmosphere. The restaurant was good, though not exceptional; the table settings were lovely and the food was presented with care. They also have a good selection of wines. There are several pleasant restaurants nearby (e.g., Hostaria Mediteranneum). All in all, a very pleasant stay.

AAnonymous UserThe staff is generally very friendly and engaging, and housekeeping does an excellent job. The rooms are fine but not particularly special for the price. Breakfast is good, and Michela stands out as wonderfully attentive and kind.
However, the coffee could be improved, and the evening restaurant (the same space used for breakfast) is a major letdown - the food is average, overpriced, and some of the service staff show questionable attitude. For dinner, it’s definitely better to head into the city.
The sauna and pool close at 7:30 p.m., which feels far too early. Overall, it’s a nice hotel with great views, but given the room rates, it doesn’t quite deliver the experience you’d expect for the price.
