GGuest UserThe only criticism I have is of the odd layout of the buffet breakfast - it’s in 3 separate places. No one explained to us how it worked and that the main part of the buffet was in a separate room which we didn’t discover until our final breakfast

GGuest UserThere is NO service at this luxury hotel. First of all, WiFi didn’t work for the whole day. Secondly, at breakfast the staff challenged us whether we stayed at the hotel due to their system error. Facilities are really poor. When we go to the pool, the pool closes at 6pm. And staff just wanted to kick us out and got off work. Except for the pool, there is nothing else you can do at the hotel. Truly regret u booked this place

GGuest UserThe hotel was reasonably priced, the room was clean to my satisfaction, and the sheets and towels were new. The location was convenient, being close to the MRT station. The front desk staff were helpful and provided information on nearby attractions and restaurants, which was a big plus. The air conditioning was quiet, and I slept soundly all night. The only downside was the small room size, but it was still quite a good deal for the price.

OOlegNot luxury. You must pay for omelet's and all eggs dishes. Nobody help with luggage in/from taxi.
There's a drunk bar right outside the window. They yell until the morning. The maid came to clean right after breakfast and said she'd leave in half an hour, and she only understands Italian. The room door wouldn't open with a keycard, so I had to go to reception several times before they helped; I was too lazy to help them right away. The room only has a shower, and it doesn't have a shelf for shampoo. As a result, the hotel is three times overpriced, and two stars are too many.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is superb, right opposite Milan Central Station Square, making travel and transfers by train or metro incredibly convenient. The hotel building seamlessly blends modern design with a vintage, historical feel, giving it a distinctive exterior.
Our group booked three rooms, each of which was exceptionally spacious and very comfortable. The check-in process at the front desk was simple and efficient, with almost no waiting time.
The hotel provides a shuttle bus service to and from the Duomo, which is very convenient for exploring the city center. Compared to most hotels in Europe, the breakfast here is particularly diverse, offering a wide array of hot and cold dishes, desserts, and fruits.
The overall service quality was excellent. I'd especially like to commend Ms. Zheng from the breakfast restaurant. She was always smiling and proactively attended to every table, providing thoughtful and meticulous service that brightened our mornings every day.

GGuest UserA good overall hotel, but with limited amenities. Outdoor pool closes quite early and some days was closed during our stay for private events. Location is relatively good, around a 15 minute walk to the Duomo. Service was very friendly and helpful. However overall quality of hotel, amenities, consistency and experience is not on par with other leading 5 star hotel chains.

The experience was excellent. The hotel combines timeless elegance with modern comfort. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and very quiet, ensuring a good night’s rest. Staff were consistently professional, friendly, and attentive to details throughout the stay. The location is convenient, with easy access to major attractions, shopping, and public transport. Breakfast was high quality with a good variety of options. A reliable choice for both leisure and business travelers—would happily stay again.

GGuest UserA very nice hotel in a grand old château. It's not very large, so the atmosphere is pleasant and quiet. Located a bit outside the city center, it still has excellent connections to downtown and Linate Airport. The best way to get to the city center is by the vintage tram, for example, line 19. For Linate Airport, the metro station is right outside the hotel; alternatively, you can take a taxi to the airport at a very reasonable price. The hotel was completely renovated a few years ago with great care and style. The interior design is somewhat whimsical in places, but we really liked it in every respect, as it complements the old building. The beds are very comfortable. Cleanliness is excellent. Even in the rooms facing the street, the very good soundproofing of the windows meant there was no disturbing noise. We recommend a room with a balcony. The breakfast is very good and served in a refined atmosphere. The restaurant was good, though not exceptional; the table settings were lovely and the food was presented with care. They also have a good selection of wines. There are several pleasant restaurants nearby (e.g., Hostaria Mediteranneum). All in all, a very pleasant stay.
