5-Star Hotels in Lombardy, Italy

Location is great, and the building itself is gorgeous, however, it was far from a 5-star experience. Room outdated and dark, amenities limited and not of a good quality, aircon noisy, view of the inner courtyard (I stayed at a Superior room). In the lobby they played loud music (and occasionally rock music, which felt weird). Bar/restaurant service inattentive. Wi-Fi very unstable. Basically, this hotel works fine if you need a place to sleep, but it doesn't offer any luxurious touches that would make you want to spend more time inside. Very pity because the building has potential. But the price is fair for the offer.

Mon mari et moi-même avons passé 5 jours merveilleux dans cet établissement. Le service de chambre était impeccable, efficace et discret. La piscine et son environnement invitent au farniente et à la détente avec une vue exceptionnelle. Le bar propose des snack variés et d’excellente qualité. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est très complet. Le personnel est serviable et accueillant. La situation de l’hôtel est optimale et le parking privé équipé d’une borne de charge électrique est très appréciable et pratique.

Such a great hotel in Milan located near China town area which makes us easy to find our favorite Asian food. On the other hand, the gym and spa is wonderful, hotel room is new, breakfast is decent and I would say the best iced Americano I have tasted during our entire stay in Italy. I definitely will recommend and come back again.

The hotel is located in a very special context. The interiors and furniture are well-treated. The spa access from the hotel is very comfortable and the spa is absolutely deserving. Breakfast buffet is rich in healthy and quality food. Breakfast service is perfect. Unfortunately, the building suffers much from rain infiltration, certainly to be fitted (some corridors during rain are litterally flooding). The room was very cool and the room was very cool.

The worst hotel on this trip! Barely one! The hotel room is completely different from the one in the picture. Even the international student who sent us said that it was just like a homestay. It was good to occupy a location~ The room I booked has a carved wall and an external balcony in the picture~ It is completely different from my room. I said, but I showed you the room picture on my order, not the picture on the hotel introduction page. Then he contacted me and told me that the room in the picture on my order was occupied and he could give me another one. So he looked at the picture at my request. I was planning to change it. Later I felt it was too much trouble and it was not the room I booked and the appearance was not good, so I was too lazy to bother~ This hotel is in a very good location, the service staff gave people a feeling of false politeness, and there was an episode, I flew from the Netherlands early in the morning and was very sleepy and confused, without wearing glasses, and when I entered the hotel, there was a big sculpture that scared me, and the service staff at the door had a disgusted expression... In short, this place has nothing to do with a five-star hotel, Chinese people don't cheat Chinese people, one night is nearly 3,000, it is better to book carefully, Milan is very convenient, the location is not too remote, it still depends on the room environment and service experience~

The room was very cozy and the toiletries were nice. The front desk attendant would take the guests to the room and ask if they were satisfied. Because I had to catch an early flight and didn't have time to have breakfast, the front desk was very considerate and sent me some cookies.

The hotel is well located. There is a metro station nearby and a convenient road to the center. But the hotel itself is old and needs renovation. The furniture is worn out, the mattress is very hard and uncomfortable, the soundproofing between the rooms is terrible. In fact, there is none. There is construction opposite, which begins at 7 am. At 9 am, repair work begins inside the hotel. After that, it is very uncomfortable to be in the room. At the same time, the hotel has a good breakfast. There are many city parking spaces nearby. If you consider it a lower category hotel (say 4 stars) for the appropriate money, then overall it is a good option. But do not count on 5 star comfort or service.

Great hotel, loved the decor and style. There were some difficulties with early check-in, but the staff did their best to speed up the process.

There was a problem with the hotel when booking, and Ctrip quickly solved it. I have to say that Ctrip's service is really good. The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the subway and Milan Cathedral, which is very convenient. The disadvantage is that there is a construction site at the door, and I was woken up by the footsteps in the corridor in the morning

Very satisfied, the room has a balcony, very comfortable. The uncle in the bar downstairs is very nice. I bought a bottle of white wine, not only helped to open the bottle, but also lent me an ice bucket and wine glass, and sent me snacks.
