5-Star Hotels in Lombardy, Italy

One of Milan’s new hidden gem. The location is nearby Chinatown and corso como. So it’s not close to the shopping district and Duomo area. But the service is comparable to other 5 star hotels. Very attentive staff patient and helpful. Rooms are great, extremely comfortable and size is pretty big for European hotel rooms. I recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Milan!!

The hotel that I have been staying in Brescia is more retro. This time I came here and made some updates. The painting has also changed. Overall, it is good. The location is very good. In the city center and there are many shops and attractions around. It is worth staying.

From a geographical point of view, Meliá Milano is located in the center of Milan, a few minutes' walk from Milan Cathedral and other major attractions. There are also many restaurants, cafes and shops around, and transportation and shopping are very convenient. The hotel's facilities are very complete and modern. We stayed at Villa d’Este for our second trip to Lake Como. Very pleased with the experience. Food is excellent, pool is beautiful and housekeeping is impeccable. The hotel is located on a beautiful lakefront property with sprawling grounds. Service is prompt and attentive in the classic European style, very great touch. One delicate point, we did get some attitude from the concierge one evening when we asked for a hotel valet to take us in our own vehicle barely 400 meters to the Villa Erba because I was wearing 15cm heels, they promptly refused with cheeky Italian flair as the hotel valet drove our vehicle few hundred meters back into the garage, the irony was not lost on us. All in all, it was a memorable experience and we highly recommend Villa d’Este to anyone visiting Lake Como.

A good overall hotel, but with limited amenities. Outdoor pool closes quite early and some days was closed during our stay for private events. Location is relatively good, around a 15 minute walk to the Duomo. Service was very friendly and helpful. However overall quality of hotel, amenities, consistency and experience is not on par with other leading 5 star hotel chains.

It was a perfect experience! Just next to the castle, and then you can take pictures of the castle at the hotel. The sunset sun is so beautiful that it is just fried on the castle! There is also a lake view room, the morning and sunset are perfect scenery. There is also a pool outside the lake that is a hot spring spa! Will definitely stay here again!

L’hotel è meraviglioso, a picco sul lago. Completamente immerso nel paesaggio. Le camere sono delle suite spaziose e luminose con delle grandi vetrate da cui puoi ammirare il lago. Ci sono due ristoranti, uno con menu degustazione e uno con una selezione un po’ ristretta, avrei desiderato un semplice piatto di pasta al pomodoro o tagliata di manzo con patatine fritte ma non era possibile. La colazione invece mi mancherà tantissimo, super! La spa è nuova, tecnologica ed offre tante opzioni. Nel complesso un posto che rimarrà nel mio cuore

The hotel is located in a very special context. The interiors and furniture are well-treated. The spa access from the hotel is very comfortable and the spa is absolutely deserving. Breakfast buffet is rich in healthy and quality food. Breakfast service is perfect. Unfortunately, the building suffers much from rain infiltration, certainly to be fitted (some corridors during rain are litterally flooding). The room was very cool and the room was very cool.

The location was perfect, inside the Galleria Mall. I could see the mall scenary in my room balcony. The staffs we're very kind and valet parking service was great. Breakfast was excellent and room service was another great feature. The room was very spacious. It didn't have office desk to work on but managed somehow. I strongly recommend this hotel and want to stay again!

A hotel similar to a perfume factory. I thought it was just an ordinary hotel, but it was unexpected. The facade is all glass walls, and the interior is industrial style combined with perfume series, hard and soft. Every corner is carefully decorated. The reception of foreigners is very warm, the breakfast is also very rich, and an afternoon tea set is given on the first day. The only thing is that the location is a little bit off. It costs about 30 euros to take a taxi to the city center on Uber Black, and it takes about ten minutes to walk to the carpet iron.
