It was a bit difficult to find on the mountain at night, but it was really amazing in the morning. Lake Garda was so beautiful and comfortable. Although the room looked a bit old, everything was cleaned. The room was very clean. I think it is very suitable for a holiday in the hotel.
The hotel is located at lake front with very great view.
You can make a reservation for a boat to explore the lake surroundings.
*The services are expendable, the staffs are nice with service-minded and helpful.
P.S. The hotel offered me an upgrade to the best room. Thank you.

The Conceirge, Savo, went above and beyond and completely exceeded our expectations when assisting us with travel plans. The room was cleaned twice daily. Front desk staff were all professional and kind. The food was wonderful. Our room had a lovely view of the park. We enjoyed the walk to the Duomo and charm of the surrounding area.
We were happy with everything this hotel had to offer.
Beautiful hotel, with nice pool area. Nice lake for walking and sunset watching. The room size was good, modern design & beautifully decorated. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good.

My schedule changed suddenly and I had to leave Milan a day early, but I couldn't cancel the reservation partially because it was two days before my check-in date. When I told the hotel about the situation, the front desk manager upgraded my room and extended my check-out time, and he was very considerate. I would like to express my gratitude to the manager again through this review. I have stayed at the nearby Mandarin Oriental Hotel and Four Season's Hotel, but Park Hyatt Milan was the best in terms of hotel location, room, service, and everything else. Thank you.

DDawei333A very good hotel. The white-haired manager in the lobby is always enthusiastic. You can consult him for any needs.
Although the room is not big, it is enough. The products in the room facilities are very unique.
The breakfast is also very rich. Although the variety of white cakes has nothing to do with me, it is a good start to the day to drink sparkling wine + cold meat and fresh fruit.
GGuest UserThe safe suddenly couldn't be opened. Although the staff enthusiastically helped to chisel it open, it was late at night before I could return to the room to sleep. The service was very good, and they were very understanding and helpful to the guests. However, the facilities were very average, and the shower water was very small.
JJanetSplendid!!!!! I’m kinda wordless but just highly recommend this extraordinary hotel! It’s located at the center of Milan city center. 2 minutes walk to the central station. 15minites drive to the Milan cathedral and shopping district. Very good scenery at the restaurant patio on 7th floor. All the staff are too nice to believe. Greeting and smiling all the time, very attentive and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast and macaroons every day! Issam and every staff from the reception is so helpful. Concierge and velvet parking are also fantastic! They helped me to mail the postcard, which surprised me. Although the hotel is pricy, I still strongly recommend and I personally ensure that I will be back in the near future. Love ya, excelsior hotel, and all people there!!!
DDaweidezhangThe hotel that I have been staying in Brescia is more retro. This time I came here and made some updates. The painting has also changed. Overall, it is good. The location is very good. In the city center and there are many shops and attractions around. It is worth staying.
CCCP9109It’s my first time in Milan, and I really recommend this hotel for its cost-effectiveness.
First of all, the hotel is very new and in the city center. Almost all attractions can be reached on foot or by public transportation in 10 minutes.
The hotel is not big overall, but it is well equipped and the service is very enthusiastic. Although the room is small, the bed and supplies are very comfortable, and basically all your needs are met.
The hotel is good, especially there is a small bookstore, connected to the breakfast restaurant (actually it is also a small bar, very nice for taking pictures)
There aren't many breakfast options, but the taste is still very good. Each person can order a main dish. I stayed for 3 nights and chose different ones, all of which were delicious.
In addition, you can get fruits, cookies and lemonade at the front desk.

AAndrewThis is a special place.
Stunning property, meticulously maintained and managed, with genuinely warm service (not universally the case with 5* in Italy). Expensive but you get what you pay for. It’s superb.
Only downside is that it’s a historic property and you need to accept - ideally, welcome - its quirks. But the things that matter - plumbing, electrics and HVAC - all work faultlessly.
GGuest UserThe location was perfect, inside the Galleria Mall. I could see the mall scenary in my room balcony. The staffs we're very kind and valet parking service was great. Breakfast was excellent and room service was another great feature. The room was very spacious. It didn't have office desk to work on but managed somehow. I strongly recommend this hotel and want to stay again!
JJacob WilliamA good overall hotel, but with limited amenities. Outdoor pool closes quite early and some days was closed during our stay for private events. Location is relatively good, around a 15 minute walk to the Duomo. Service was very friendly and helpful. However overall quality of hotel, amenities, consistency and experience is not on par with other leading 5 star hotel chains.
