5-Star Hotels in Mimaropa, Philippines

We recently stayed at this resort hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the amenities—from the pool to the common areas—were impressive and well-maintained. However, we were quite disappointed to return to our room after housekeeping had been in, only to find the door left open. This raised serious concerns about security and left us feeling uneasy. Thankfully, nothing was missing, but it’s something management should seriously look into. Also, while the breakfast buffet was decent, the variety was limited. For a resort of this caliber, we expected more options to choose from. In summary, it’s a nice place with great staff and facilities, but there’s definitely room for improvement when it comes to security and food offerings.

If you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle and find a paradise, this is the best choice  The whole butler service, any request will be answered in seconds. The hotel is very new and the facilities are very good. There are many lounges where you can relax and play mahjong in the lounge, and it is a high-end electronic mahjong table. Superb haha Facilities: new very beautiful room hidden in the jungle, quiet Hygiene: clean Environment: I like it very much. Tropical jungle. High-end hotel. Walking on the small road. Relax. Take a one-hour speedboat ride from Batangas Port to Friday Resort in Puerto Galera. A paradise, the room facilities and service quality are first-rate, and the quality of the hotel's food needs to be further improved. It is a holy place for vacationing with children and family. Why do Chinese people rarely go to this island for vacation? It is considered a virgin island.

Definitely is not a 5 star hotel because the management. The Hotel is new , good view don’t have access to the beach, location is good if you are searching for quiet place, the food is correct and the staff is nice and polite but they are really very bad organize and managed, when any of them take a brake none cover their position and the pool bar was absolutely alone during whole day and each time you need something have to go the restaurant for call them, we and more guest complained about but nothing happened. I tried to talk with the manager and explaintye situation but refuse talk with us.

My husband and I celebrated our second year anniversary at Cauayan. We considered other resorts but we have definitely made the right choice. The island is just breathtaking! We were greeted with a warm welcome by the hotel staff and were escorted to our beautiful villa. My husband arranged a private tour of El Nido islands, where we ended up visiting about 7 spots with our guide even acting as our photographer (he took fantastic photos and videos too). In terms of food, the buffet breakfast offered a wide array of food selection. For lunch / dinner, we enjoyed all that we ordered (though some are really very spicy, so take note). The bar staff can concoct amazing drinks as per your mood & whim. I particularly enjoyed the spa and wished I booked a much longer massage. Our stay at the island became so much more meaningful when we witnessed hawksbill sea turtles being released to the ocean….As amazing as all these are, the best part of our stay in Cauayan is the friendly and customer focused staff. They prioritize the customers’ needs, always have a smile on their faces and have just made our stay in El Nido a memorable one. Thank you Cauayan and we will surely return for another amazing experience at your island!

Kudos to Duty Manager Ms. Divine😇 she made our stay unforgetable providing extra mile beyond her duty and boundary🙏 Thanks much Food is great too, breakfast is never the same everyday. Our room is clean right after our 7am breakfast, never experienced that huh 😀 Lounges everywhere from the beach to the pool area, amazing beach front too within the vast property. Recvd a happy bday from everybody too, wondering how do they know. Will definitely be back here at SEDA LIO🤩

The staff is very accommodating and the Room is very clean. It's was great experience staying there and very affordable 🙂

Amazing experience with super flexible hospitality service! It was a great gesture from the team to pack us some water and sandwiches during our 6AM check-out and 5-hour van transfer to PPS airport! Thank you so much for your kindness. Regarding the room itself — super clean and well maintained. Aesthetics are on point. The bed is the comfiest I’ve slept on in a while!

My stay at El Nido Resorts Lagen Island was nothing short of extraordinary. Opting for the overwater bungalow was a unique and enchanting experience, adding to the paradise that is El Nido Lagen Island. The buffet-style meals offered three times a day were a culinary delight. I wholeheartedly recommend El Nido Resorts Lagen Island for an unforgettable and highly recommended getaway.
