5-Star Hotels in Chon Buri Province, Thailand

I travel a lot for business and holidays, I visit a lot of hotels in the world, so I think I can make good comparisons. This was my 12th trip to Pattaya. I booked a trip for 3 1/2 weeks , this time with my wife and 2 small kids. We intended to upgrade from hotel every week. Holiday Inn was our first destination and the hotel surprised me a lot. SWOT analysis Strengths: New, helpful staff, 4 elevators, extremely clean, breakfast better then average, kids club, 2 + 1 (kid) pool, generally quiet place, close to beach, balcony, feels very safe, child friendly, sunset from infinity pool, kids under 11 free (max 2 same room) ..... Weaknesses: Some distance to center but this doesn't have to be a disadvantage, view from room balcony does only cover a part of the Pattaya gulf Opportunities:There is no doubt the popularity of this hotel will be further spread through word of mouth Threats: I don't see any threats at the moment, considering the value for money you get This hotel has a HUGE advantage, it has it's own 7-11 inside the building (executive tower) at same prices as in center. Extremely handy when too hot outside, when heavy rain or just when you need something. Don't underestimate this big advantage. Conclusion: While many hotels are cutting back on service and investments these days, this hotel is currently a gem (July 2025) We changed to a more expensive hotel this week, more towards the center. I really regret I left the Holiday Inn. I hope this review can be useful to you all, and for the staff of Holiday Inn a token of my support. All the best

The room was not very clean. There were stains on the furniture. There is no sound insulation. It is impossible to sleep at night. The windows overlook the bars, and there are parties all night. One of the advantages is a good swimming pool, a beautiful view of the city. You can ask for hanging towels. There would be no complaints about this number if the price was 20% lower.

The hotel is Great ! Very New and clean! Location very nice near the beach 🏖️ many many bar and restaurant you can choose! Staff very friendly and helpful! Awesome hotel and I’m will come back again! See you Pattaya! Sawabeeka 🇹🇭🙏🏻

Everything was a great and the room i booked was sea view you can get the view of 45 degree angle and the room was tidy and clean and comfortable bed with all the required amenities in the room you need to have a self service for the check in and check out but you get the detailed information from the whats app they are very helpful and give a quick response

We had an amazing family stay here. The villa was spacious and clean. The pool had a gentle step-down entrance. This made it incredibly convenient for our elderly family member to get in and out of the pool easily. The pool’s 1.10m depth provided a safe space for her and the older kid to enjoy without any worries. The villa was built with solid materials, and the attention to detail was impressive. The doors were sturdy and well-made. They didn’t make loud noises when closing, adding to the overall peaceful ambiance. Everything felt new and exceptionally clean, making our stay even more comfortable.

The hotel is very close to the bar street, 711 downstairs, and all kinds of food are very convenient! The apartment can only be entered by swiping a card, which is relatively safe. There are washing machines, microwaves, and refrigerators in the room, so you can cook by yourself! The price-performance ratio is high! The view from the roof is nice.

The hotel is located near Jomtien Beach in Pattaya, only a 5-minute walk from the beach, and the transportation is very convenient. There are many restaurants and convenience stores around, and life is very convenient. The front desk service is very enthusiastic, and check-in and check-out are very smooth. The cleaning lady cleans the room in time every day, changes towels and sheets. The hotel also provides free mineral water, which is very considerate

這次芭提雅之行選擇了這家酒店，整體非常滿意！位置絕佳是最大亮點，步行2分鐘直達熱鬧的海灘，周邊便利店、餐廳、夜市一應俱全，出行超級便利。 我們住的海景房視野開闊，每天醒來就能看到湛藍大海，心情舒暢。房間乾淨整潔，設施雖不算全新但維護良好，床品舒適。酒店泳池很漂亮，下午泡在水裡消暑看景很享受，健身房也夠用。 員工服務熱情友好，前台能用中文溝通，解決問題迅速。早餐種類豐富，中西泰式都有，味道不錯，開啟元氣滿滿的一天。 性價比很高！以這個位置和設施來説，價格相當合理。無論是情侶度假還是朋友出遊都很推薦。下次來芭提雅，還會考慮住這裏！

I have a wonderful time at the hotel. Room was clean and staffs are very friendly. easy to walk to the beach. Plenty of parking spaces.
