GGuest UserI was on business trip to Belo Horizonte and my customer recommended this Hotel Mercure Belo Horizonte Vila da Serra. The hotel room is nice and comfortable. The staff are all friendly. The breakfast is reasonably good. Would strongly recommend business travellers to consider this hotel if destination is not very far away from this hotel.

But she was not careful with my problem just checked in and gave me the key while I was on the phone with you. She was not empathic even a little! So much that the person there said: let's cancel your reservation and do it again to get it right.
