4-Star Hotels in Valparaiso Region, Chile

Sure! Here’s the translation: This hotel is very vintage and tasteful, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient, with a nice blend of tranquility and liveliness. The breakfast is exquisite, and the owner is very elegant. The only downside is that there is a bit of an odor in and around the hotel and the room, likely due to the carpet. I can only give the room cleanliness a score of 5.5, and I hope for improvements in the future.

I also stayed at this hotel last year and was really happy with it, which is why we returned this year. But this year it wasn't the same. The shower in my room was leaking water all the way to the bed. There was also a leak in the sink, which I obviously reported. They went to fix it, but it wasn't completely fixed, so the leak continued. They came back again, and it wasn't completely fixed. In short, it wasn't very comfortable. After informing them of the situation, they offered me a room change, but to a smaller one, which I declined. The solution they gave me was to stay there and they would give me more towels to dry the water. That was bad. The good thing is the location, very close to the beach, which makes a lot of things easier. I don't know if I would go back...

The hotel is in the highest category, a super beautiful and very pleasant stay, not only because it is located in one of the most emblematic and patrimonial locks of Valparaíso, but the hotel itself is an experience. It offers a superb stay, safeguarding every detail with class.

The hotel has a good view, you can see the sea, the room is relatively large, the internal facilities are relatively simple, there are no slippers and electric kettle, the hotel is very salty, the ingredients are fresh, the island is not convenient to use a credit card, we were from Paris at the time, brought the euro, it is very inconvenient, Taxi and tour guide fees on the island are available in cash, generally do not accept euros, Chilean pesos or US dollars

It is a newly opened hotel, so there are not many comments, and it is still awkward before going. But I added WhatsApp to the hotel butler Pablo in the early stage, and a bunch of problems were sent to the butler, and they could help us solve them in time. The car rental and day tour guides on the island are all arranged by the hotel. The pick-up has a special welcome wreath on Easter Island, and the departure also surprised to receive the pendant. The staff are very good. The location of the hotel is a bit far from the center of Zhaozhen Town, but because we rent a car, it is actually fine. The room conditions are not bad on the island. Tropical gardens and swimming pools. I like to sit on the balcony of the room and let go.

Everything as expected. Good value for money, hearty breakfast. Included parking is a plus

A hotel literally on the sea, very nice, first class. The spa very good pool, massages, a wonderful outdoor hot tub on the roof. Excellent bar and restaurant. The outstanding attention of Eduardo at the Bar and Benjamin in the restaurant. The food was very good, especially the shrimp curry, the sorretinos with pesto and the Del Mar fruit gratin. Don't forget to have a complimentary sparkling wine on the terrace of the bar.

Stayed in the 100-point hotel in my mind, it was great! ! I received a warm welcome when I got off the plane. The hotel colleagues were very warm and friendly. The girl who picked up the plane was very beautiful. ～ When I arrived at the hotel, I received special welcome drink❤️. The location of the hotel is in the center of the town, the room is clean and tidy, and the breakfast is particularly rich! Back to the hotel after a day out, I feel particularly healing and relaxing ～ Even if you don't do anything, sitting quietly on the sofa at the entrance of the hotel and blowing the hair is very comfortable and comfortable. I want to come again, highly recommended!
