Over the past few years, I've enjoyed coming to Yichun for the selenium-rich hot spring waters. A friend recommended this hotel to me. Although it's an older property, the staff are quite prompt in resolving issues. I stayed in a room with a private hot spring tub, which was great for immediate soaking and relaxation – a really thoughtful design. The bathroom even had amenities like body lotion. It's peak season now, and the hotel is almost fully booked. The hotel's location is excellent, right on the edge of Wentang Town and quite close to the Tourist Service Center. I'll definitely keep this place in mind for future stays.

I came here with friends, and the various winding paths and buildings within the scenic area were really interesting. We could explore for a long time, and there were photo opportunities everywhere. We also got to breathe fresh air and enjoy the natural scenery. Xian Su (the hotel name) was generally in good condition, very clean, and the service was attentive. There were staff members to help with luggage, and the staff within the scenic area wouldn't let any lost-looking tourist go by without proactively asking them where they were headed.

Hampton by Hilton Nanchang Stay Review Overview: I recently stayed at Hampton by Hilton Nanchang and found it to be a pleasant and comfortable experience, offering great value for both business and leisure travelers. Located conveniently in the Honggutan District, the hotel is well-positioned for access to local attractions, shopping centers, and the business hub of the city. The Good: 1. Comfortable Rooms: The rooms were modern, clean, and well-maintained, with all the essentials for a relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the room featured an ergonomic work desk, which was great for getting some work done. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like USB ports and plenty of outlets. 2. Facilities & Amenities: The hotel offers a well-equipped fitness center, which I made use of during my stay. It’s not a full gym, but it has enough equipment for a quick workout. The business center and meeting rooms also looked professional and seemed perfect for business guests. Complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and stable throughout my stay. 3. Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a good mix of Western and Chinese dishes. From fresh fruit and pastries to local delicacies like dumplings, there was something for every taste. The breakfast area was clean, and the staff was attentive to refilling items and clearing tables. 4. Service: The staff at Hampton by Hilton Nanchang were friendly and helpful. Though not everyone was fluent in English, they made a genuine effort to assist with all requests. I felt welcomed throughout my stay, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. 5. Location: The hotel’s location in Honggutan District made it convenient for accessing both the business district and local attractions like Tengwang Pavilion and Nanchang’s Star of Ferris Wheel. Taxis and public transportation were easy to access from the hotel, making it convenient to explore the city. The Drawbacks: 1. Room Size: While the rooms were clean and comfortable, they weren’t particularly spacious, especially if you’re staying for a longer period or with family. It was fine for a solo traveler or a couple, but families might feel a bit cramped. 2. Limited Dining Options: While the breakfast was great, the hotel’s on-site dining options beyond breakfast were somewhat limited. There is a small restaurant, but for more varied meal options, you’ll need to explore nearby restaurants or order delivery. 3. Noise: Depending on your room’s location, you might hear some street noise, especially during busy times. It wasn’t overwhelming but could be noticeable for light sleepers. Who It’s Best For:

Ji Hotel (Lushan Guling Street Ruqin Lake Branch) We brought the family to Lushan for a relaxing trip at the end of the summer holiday and specifically chose this Ji Hotel located in Guling Town. The overall stay was very convenient and suitable for family travel. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service. You just need to call and inform them of your arrival time, and they can pick you up directly from the cable car station. They also provide regular transfers to and from the upper cable car station, Huiyuan Road Station, and Zhengjie Station, saving you the hassle of dragging luggage and making sightseeing and returning to the hotel much easier. The hotel is equipped with washing machines and dryers, which is very convenient for changing clothes during a trip. The front desk staff are very attentive; after clothes are washed, they help dry them, fold them, and bag them, which is very family-friendly. The breakfast offers a good variety, and the taste is decent. The room environment and facilities are consistent with the usual Ji Hotel standards—clean and tidy. Overall, the stay was stable and comfortable with good value for money. It's a reliable choice for a trip to Lushan.

The room was clean, bright, tidy, and comfortable. The staff were warm and attentive, even offering a fruit platter on the first day of our stay. The breakfast buffet was rich and varied, with fresh and delicious ingredients. The clay pot soup was very flavorful, and the red bean soup was also good. The laundry room on the fifth floor was super convenient.

We had a fantastic time and highly recommend this place for tourists (including foreign tourists). Nancy and the staff were so kind, helpful and friendly - they shared recommendations on where to visit. The food was absolutely delicious; we recommend ordering lunch and dinner there too. The room was lovely; the view from the balcony was stunning and very peaceful. We recommend hiring Master Yu as the driver; He drove us around the various villages (Wuyuan is his hometown, so he knows all the good places to visit). He is so thoughtful and took our picture many times! The afternoon tea was also very special. We had a wonderful trip!

The room was great; on a sunny day, you could see sunlight as soon as you opened the curtains. It was also very soundproof, which allowed me to fall asleep quickly after a day at the music festival without being disturbed by noise. In addition, the restaurant next door was also good; the food was better than any other meal I had in Ganzhou over the past two days!

(Direct access to Taoyangli from the back door). ❤️ What I liked most is that the hotel's front desk staff were like NPCs in a game; you had to use specific dialogue to trigger certain events, like side quests: [Side Quest One: Get a complimentary cocktail 🍸 (Pic 6).] [Side Quest Two: Ask the front desk for a Mid-Autumn Festival gift, and you'll receive a cup.] [Side Quest Three: Collect stamps from any 7 of the 9 scenic area hotels for a chance to get a blind box. (Unfortunately, I only got 5 stamps.)] ⚠️❗️ Cons: 1️⃣ Breakfast was very average. Super average. Seriously. 2️⃣ The hotel-provided guided tour of the Imperial Kiln Museum was scheduled for 10 AM, and I assumed the meeting point was in the hotel lobby. It turns out it was at the museum entrance. (The front desk only told me the time, not the location or any other important details, and it took us almost half an hour to find the guide.)

The environment here is truly amazing, with an atmosphere that brings a sense of peace. The room was spacious and clean, and the underfloor heating and radiators were incredibly effective! My absolute favorite was the tatami next to the bed; I dozed off there happily several times… it was so toasty. Of course, the bed itself was also very comfortable. Then, every morning when I woke up for breakfast, the responsible young man would softly and kindly ask what I'd like to eat and drink. Afterwards, the uncles and aunties in the kitchen would prepare it for you. It's all very home-style food, which is really comforting. Everyone here is so kind and friendly 🥹. Every day, I'd go 'bother' the golden retriever, 'Fugui,' who is super cute and affectionate. Playing with him for a bit before going to pottery class was also incredibly therapeutic. The late-night desserts were delicious too: peach gum stewed with white fungus, fresh milk taro balls with peach gum, purple sweet potato stewed with peach gum – a peach gum lover's dream! And the owner is super nice, oh my god… I had originally booked two nights at Wujing and one night at Wuji, but when I arrived, they actually upgraded us to three nights at Wujie! Ahhh, I'm so grateful 🥹. It was so comfortable that I ended up booking an extra night because I really didn't want to leave! I definitely want to come back next time I have a holiday!!!

Right next to Taoxichuan Scenic Area! It's within walking distance to the night market, food stalls, and pottery workshops! The hotel's greeters are super friendly and always open and close car doors for you! The room was quite comfortable, but during the summer, it gets busy with many families with young kids who don't close their doors, making the hallway very noisy. It should be much more comfortable after the summer peak season! Also, a heads-up for guests checking out during peak season and heading to the high-speed rail station: make sure to allow almost an hour to get there! Even though it's only a 15-minute drive, it's very hard to get a ride within the scenic area during peak season, and traffic jams occur both when the car comes to pick you up and when leaving Taoxichuan. You absolutely *must* allow enough time during peak season.
