Great place to stay in Nottingham - the staff is really good, and it is conveniently located near the downtown, so close to public transport and Albert Hall/Nottingham Playhouse (if that is of interest - tons of good pubs nearby if your interests differ). The availability of laundry facilities is a real plus.

We were very impressed with the hotel, the staff were very helpful and attentive. The facilities are excellent.
The room was as expected, the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was very clean.
Although a little bit away from the city centre, it's very close to the train station and trams
It was a really cozy New Year's Eve. Absolutely loved the calming and relaxing sauna, jacuzzi and pool. They do great breakfast as well. Loved it! Highly recommend it to people looking for a cozy getaway in a nice neighborhood.

I stayed at this hotel back in 2019 and I would say that overall the hotel is in need of a refurbishment regarding the rooms. Many of the surfaces around the room that we were in originally (202) had been very worn and scratched. The surfaces in our new room (614) were better but still very dated. As you may have been able to pick up now, we moved rooms due to certain things in our original room that we were not happy with. For example, a footprint on one of the chairs, smudges on glass, stains on the carpet floor, part of the carpet coming up from the corner and some very dusty surfaces. I reported this to front desk and requested a move and I had pictures to show the conditions that we had spotted inside the room. The staff member was able to move us to 614 and accompanied us on the elevator to floor two for him to inspect the room whilst we continued to our new room. The new room had one issue with it which was that the bathroom door could not close fully due to a misaligned lock that would move if you opened the door by the handle. Therefore you cannot fully close the door with ease. Again, this was reported. Each room had a large TV (which I cast my device to), a Nespresso machine, a tea station and some information about the adjoining restaurant called Chino Latino. The restaurant was where we had breakfast. The following morning and breakfast was on a buffet service. My wife has celiac disease meaning that she needs a gluten-free diet and this was catered for at the breakfast, however the evening menu does not cater for a lot of gluten-free options, so there is very little choice. Due to this, we had our evening meal in the city center which was so easy to get to as the hotel is already within the city center and at a fantastic location. I highly recommend that you go to the Hockley area of Nottingham City center where there are many places for you to go and have a nice meal or a nice drink. My wife and I went to Mowgli which is an Indian tiffin style restaurant (pictured). One last thing to mention is that the car park at the hotel was filled and therefore we could not avail of this facility. However, there is an NCP car park opposite the hotel and this costs £10 for an overnight stay if you pay by the NCP app or £15 via the normal ticket method, versus £20 if you park at the hotel itself. Overall, I was happy enough with our stay but compared to my stay in 2019, the condition of the hotel has gone down a bit and I really hope that it does get a refurbishment soon as I really like the hotel. For it being a four-star hotel I was hoping for the condition of it to be at least the standard as it was at my previous stay. Customer service was still the same level as it was before which was of a high standard. Breakfast was okay and I think that for catering to people with celiac it was sufficient. If you are a couple, I would recommend possibly staying at another hotel, as this hotel is more for convenience or for a business purpose in my eyes. I give the stay a 3/5.

The hotel is like a big manor, very quiet, the rest area is oversized, the lobby has self-service coffee, you can drink beer at the bar at night, the room size is also very large

Had an amazing stay at Hilton Hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Breakfast was a highlight with great variety and quality. Highly recommend and will definitely return!
Worst night I’ve had in a hotel for years door’s banging nearly all night constantly noisy people obviously not working people. Seriously considering swapping hotels for next visit can’t risk that again

Overall I couldn’t have picked a better hotel. It was trendy, in the perfect location and near all the shops and eateries. The only things I can fault is the views from our windows which were just pipes and an horrendous amount of bird poo. As well as the noise from floorboards needing replacing or repairing

GGuest UserThe Orchard Hotel is a gem and a lovely hotel, with a grand feel to it. The staff are very pleasant and are well trained.
They serve well and are genuine in their care and attention to details
The rooms are warm, comfortable and well-apportioned.
The location is a little secluded and away from the city centre, but don't let that deter you.

AAmyLCWe had booked 2 nights here as my friend was having her wedding reception here. The Mour website, trip.com and other booking platforms state they have toiletries available. However, only shower gel was provided. I asked at the reception and the man had an attitude like he didn't care, I explained it was stated on their website, he wasn't bothered. I would have brought it myself but it stated it was provided. The room was nice, big and comfortable. The tiny hanging space hidden behind the bed, the kettle hidden the other side, with a tray covered in stains and spills and cups containing white powder. Far from clean. The price did not reflect the quality here at all and I felt rather embarrassed for my friend as a lot of us stayed here for the wedding. I wouldn't waste my money staying here again.
GGuest User
The place is very clean and cozy. The elderly landlady waited for us until very late and was concerned about the rain, worrying if we would have any trouble on the way. The entire room has heating and a refrigerator, and you can tell from the switch panels that it has been recently renovated. The key point is that the radiators are spotlessly clean!! You can really see the care the landlady has put into it!! The breakfast was also delicious, served hot, and better than what we had at other hotels in the UK in the previous days. It was homemade! I highly recommend this warm and welcoming place!!
SSiu WaiWe stayed there for 8 nights. We arrived on Sunday. The first night have problem with shower heater, no hot water for taking bath. Though it was late at night, still able to find staff to come and check. Unfortunately heater cannot be fixed. The second day they changed the room for us. But have another issue on sofa bed. Reception lady is very nice and helpful, she helps us to fix the sofa bed.
In general, the furniture and fixtures are a bit old, but staffs are very helpful and friendly.
Apartment is close to city centre, and indoor parking is available. We definitely will stay in this apartment again when coming to Nottingham.
GGuest UserBooked this hotel as we was going to the take that concert at city ground, it's very close to the city center with all the pubs and clubs in walking distance and even closer to Nottingham castle and ye old trip to Jerusalem bar which is a must visit very quirky. The staff are very friendly and polite and the hotel is very clean with all the amenities you would need for a break away. The hotel is in walking distance to the station but also has parking outside the hotel but is limited but the us a multi storey next door. We will definitely be using this hotel again next time we visit
