Our recent stay was highly satisfactory, and the accommodations were excellent. However, we did encounter an issue with the cleanliness of the plates, necessitating a re-inspection prior to use.
Hotel location is near MRT (metro rail), say 100-150 m walk.
Hotel service is quick (ordered food for in room dining, got fulfilled in less than 20 min ).
Overall neat and clean. Good Reception area.
Food for business stay.
Nice comfortable hotel in a quiet neighborhood. The airport is just a 10 minutes drive or cab ride from the hotel. Breakfast (available from 7 to 10am) is a mix of Indian and continental. My room was clean and comfortable, with fast hot water in the shower and stable wifi. The front desk was helpful and efficient, and both my check in and check out processes were fast. The room rate was also competitive. Overall I had a pleasant stay.
I recently stayed at Lemon Tree Premier near Mumbai International Airport, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between comfort, style, and convenience. The location is ideal for business travelers and transit passengers, just a few minutes away from the terminals.
The hotel is located very close to the international airport, which is convenient. However, on the day I visited, there was a road blockage which was not shown on Google Maps. My driver asked me to get down and walk, which I declined, and instead we had to take a 2.5 km detour to reach the lobby. The staff explained that this was due to government work and that even they had to commute the same way.
At the front desk, service felt a bit cold. For example, guests are asked to collect their own welcome drink, which is fine, but not something I’ve experienced at other Mumbai properties. I also tried calling the restaurant and service desk multiple times for dinner, but no one picked up. On the positive side, they did offer me a complimentary breakfast, which was a nice gesture.
Overall, cleanliness was good and the hotel is decent if you just need a convenient stay while transiting through the international airport. For leisure purposes, however, I would recommend avoiding this hotel.
When you stay at Pride Elite Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, you'll be near the airport, within a 5-minute drive of Prozone Mall and Kailash Temple. This hotel is 3.2 mi (5.2 km) from MGM Polytechnic College and 3.4 mi (5.4 km) from Mahatma Gandhi Mission Medical College & Hospital.
This hotel offers designated smoking areas.

Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, laundry facilities, and an elevator. Free valet parking is available onsite.

Very satisfied with a stay experience. The service staff are very warm, there are many types of breakfast, and you can also experience authentic Indian cuisine. Knowing that I have a lot of water, the waiter replenishes sufficient bottled water every day, safe and clean, recommended!
Clean and nice hotel near Aurangabad airport. But the stars of this hotel are the staffs in the restaurant. Their service and friendliness just make our days. Thanks to Shiklong,Rahul,Rameshwar,Imnasua and Digambar. Keep up your good service

Very Good
EEnkokoThere weren't many restaurants nearby, so we often had dinner at the hotel.
The hotel staff were all very kind.
The doors must have been thin, because conversations in the hallway were quite audible.
KKusalka HerathMy stay at the Radisson Mumbai had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, but the ongoing construction was a major issue. The noise was persistent, and on one day, the hammering was so loud, it was right next to my room, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly.
A particularly frustrating experience was at the GOMA restaurant. We ordered a course meal and specifically asked about portion sizes beforehand, being told that each portion would be suitable for one person. However, when the food arrived, the portions were large enough for more than two people. We had to cancel the main course and other dishes as we couldn’t finish the earlier ones. Despite this, we were charged for the entire course. It's the restaurant’s duty to accurately inform guests about portion sizes, and this miscommunication led to an unfortunate dining experience.
That said, the staff in other areas truly stood out. Shivam and Vijay from the restaurant were incredibly attentive, always remembering my regular orders and ensuring I had my coffee packed when I was rushing to work. Jaytin from Musafar Restaurant was a big help with packed lunches, always providing us with delicious food and paying close attention to our preferences. Arjun from in-room dining was consistently polite and friendly, making every meal delivery a pleasant experience.
While the hotel had its challenges, the efforts of these staff members helped improve my stay.
RRadicaltravelsI will start this by saying this hotel is amazing and I think anyone visiting Mumbai should stay here.
I’m a backpacker from USA & took me a while to find a good hotel in Mumbai, since it was my first time visiting this amazing city. Every hotel had bad reviews or highly expensive.
So I decided to pick this one and hired a taxi service, (which you could do on this website.) The hotel is a drive down south from the airport in Colaba. The location is perfect. It’s down the street from the famous Taj Mahal hotel so how could it get any better. A short walk from all the touristy spots. It’s perfect.
The hotel felt very safe. There’s security that watches over you and the rooms are on the second floor. There’s a front desk and everyone there is kind and helpful.
The room is very clean, no bugs, no dust, good ac, little candies and a perfect shower. Perfect pressure, perfect hot water. They have tea, coffee and unlimited water bottles.
The breakfast is the best part. Don’t skip out on it! They have a lot of options from Indian to western & everything is made with care and love. The breakfast might be the best part :) idk who the chef is but he/she did a wonderful job.
Okay, so no more searching and stressing! Book this hotel, it’s a winner!

GGiri TejaWe had stayed at Hotel Sai Jashan previously, and our experience was so good that we chose to stay here again. The hotel continues to maintain excellent cleanliness standards, and the hospitality of the staff is truly commendable. Everyone is courteous, helpful, and makes guests feel welcome throughout their stay. The rooms are well-maintained, comfortable, and spotless. We highly recommend Hotel Sai Jashan to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay.
SsolenchinaThe hotel is nice, the front desk very helpful, the only thing i didnt like was location, i expected something else but i got their half day tour and it was great, very nice and patient driver.
Tv didnt work, internet was for two devices only and room a bit small but safe with locker to leave stuff in the room and very clean.
MMarti_13I have stayed for only one night while passing by Pune for business, therefore I could not experience breakfast and facilities (no time).
Overall, I think the hotel is located conveniently in the city center, room size is average and the toilet has all the amenities you might need for your stay. A good value for money option!
The only downturn for me, has been finding the carpet in the room a bit dirty with some food crumbles from (I guess) previous guests, for the rest the toilet and rest of the room seemed to be decently cleaned. My other colleagues did not experience the same, therefore it must have been a small accident and not their standard.
PPANCHALGood hotel with all facilities. Not the best for solo female travellers as there is a club on the top floor. Can be a bit noisy, especially on the weekends. But the staff is quite supportive and caring. They do their best to make you feel safe. Food is good. Overall satisfactory.
