It appears to be the most premium hotel in Longyearbyen, offering excellent facilities, professional service, and an extensive breakfast. Food prices were also reasonable, and it certainly meets four-star hotel standards. The only drawback was that planned activities often couldn't go ahead.

There is a self-funded airport bus to the hotel at Longyearbyen Airport. The hotel is isolated at the bus station. After getting off the bus, you can walk to the hotel reception in about 3 minutes. We live in a building opposite the reception, which is 3 floors high. The elevator is broken these days, so we have to take the stairs to the 3rd floor! The buffet breakfast is very rich!
