4-Star Hotels in Castelo Branco District, Portugal

It's a very nice hotel staff are very very friendly i am booked in for next week too as my husband is in hospital in covilha so it's so close for me I have been in. A lot of hotels in covilha in the last 3 months and I must say this one is the best up to now the access to the pool area is perfect the breakfast is very good. I am hoping to be able to book the week after next as well if the price is affordable

I recommend it 100%, very friendly staff, extremely cozy and beautiful hotel, we had an upgrade in the room, I loved the spa, wonderful restaurant food, worth the price and the breakfast food was also excellent and with a lot of variety.. I definitely want it to go back

The hotel's view is astonishing and provides a unique experience for guests. The service, both at reception and in the restaurant, is highlighted by the team's sympathy and professionalism. However, one point to improve is the quality of Wi-Fi, which has shown frequent connection failures. The restaurant is excellent quality, with a highlight for brown pudding and T-bone meat, both highly recommended. In addition, the resort adjacent to the restaurant is extremely welcoming, equipped with households that provide a pleasant environment. However, it was noted that the houses were only accessed on the first day of the stay, and in the following days, despite the most cold, the environment remained comfortable due to air conditioning. Finally, a suggestion of improvement would increase the temperature of the heated pool, making the experience even more pleasant for guests.

Loved the breakfast, the view, the friendly staff, good room size and great room service. Everything was perfect! 😊

I really liked it, I booked it for the first time with the trip and was a little reluctant. But I arrived at the hotel and everything was impeccable, I advise

Location, service and restaurant is excellent, but the hotel structure, in particular the quite old and noisy room, has some variety of breakfast but does not regularly rest.

Ótima estadia, hotel excelente, quarto muito confortável, piscina muito boa e relaxante! Só dois pontos para citar, na recepção perguntei se havia neve em algum ponto (pois saímos de longe só para isso) e a pessoa em que nos atendeu disse que “Iria ser muito dificil, que não iria ter neve e que deveríamos ter visto a previsão do tempo” e por fim tinha neve a 19 km de distância do hotel e muita neve! E a Limpeza do nosso quarto em si que ficamos poderia estar melhor, tinha pó que saia de baixo da cama e sujeira no chão quando puxamos a cortina do quarto. Fora isso estava tudo perfeito!

Excellent hotel, wonderful irreversible I'll surely return

A estadia teve pontos bastante positivos. O pequeno-almoço destacou-se pela boa qualidade dos produtos, assim como a decoração dos espaços comuns, muito agradável. O ambiente geral é quentinho e acolhedor. O spa foi uma ótima surpresa: pouca gente e a água da piscina à temperatura perfeita, o que tornou a experiência muito relaxante. O colchão também era confortável. Como ponto negativo, o quarto onde ficámos acabou por ser dececionante e, provavelmente, dos piores disponíveis. O lavatório estava no próprio quarto e o espelho tinha pouca iluminação, o que dificultava maquilhar-me. Além disso, o quarto ficava mesmo ao lado do elevador, o que causava bastante ruído. Para completar, havia várias luzes acesas durante a noite (saídas de emergência e o piscar do alarme de incêndio), o que torna o quarto pouco indicado para pessoas sensíveis à luz na hora de dormir.

The hotel service is generally good. The room we stayed was spacious and had balcony, which is always an extra interesting. It's a pity that you didn't meet my request, nothing extravagant about having a couple bed instead of two single beds.
