The hotel's location is fantastic, directly across from the Tianmen Mountain cable car station. You can even see it from your room, and it's just a short walk across the road. It's also very close to Hehua Airport, only a 15-minute drive away. The hotel service is excellent. They called ahead to confirm our details, and knowing we were traveling with seniors and children and requested three adjacent rooms, they arranged for rooms that were perfectly next to each other. The hotel's breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices spread across three different stations, and it was delicious. There are many restaurants near the hotel, all around it, and they're all local specialty chain restaurants. I highly recommend Zhaizi Li Bo Bo Cai and Fuzhengyi Sanshangguo, especially the Zhaizi Li Bo Bo Cai right next door – every dish there was tasty.

The owner was fully committed for us to have the best experience in Fenghuang city. We were contacted 2 days before our arrival for a pick-up from the railway station. Everything went so smoothly. I was speechless regarding the quality of the service. It was also relieving as I travelled with my parents who are not that young anymore. We had the same shuttle service for our way back to the station. The hôtel also helped us book a guided tour to visit the surrounding. We are not just receiving a room in this hotel. We received much more. We were really grateful for your kindness.

The location of this place is absolutely unbeatable, truly excellent. However, the room size isn't very spacious, and because it's near the river, there are quite a lot of mosquitoes, which somewhat impacts the living experience. Despite the mosquitoes and small room being minor drawbacks, standing by the window offers an incredible panoramic view of the river. The sparkling river surface shines under the sunlight, and at night, you can see the brilliant lights on the opposite bank. If they could improve their mosquito control and make the rooms a bit more refined, this would undoubtedly be an unforgettable place to stay.

I want to take a moment here to describe one of my best moments with the staff from this establishment. Not only this place is located neitherly next to the fall for the best view; but they were always there to provide mewith the best care I also never experienced before from giving me a private tour around from themselves willingness, give me free liquor or drinks even if I didn’t want to some time.🤗. I got dressed up from his brothers shop; for me was an honour to be like having their cultural outfit for the day, show me the best restaurants around to taste the rich flavours of the region. And off course the incredible view at night from my balcony is unbelievable. This pale can receive sigle, couple and families. The room are rusting and very warm. It’s for me a 5 stars of the personality of the place and base on luxury. You won’t regret it! 👍🏼💝🙏

1. The room was spacious with high ceilings and an open feel. Stepping out, you're greeted by the pool and mountain views. 2. Breakfast was plentiful, a delicious mix of Chinese and Western options, perfect for fueling up before heading out to the mountains. 3. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the Mid Gate, which helps you avoid the crowds and tour groups typically found at the East Gate. This means no long queues, direct access to transportation, saving time, and avoiding stress – no need to wake up extra early during your vacation. 4. The owner was incredibly thoughtful and provided exceptional service. They helped us plan our itinerary even before we arrived. When the weather unexpectedly changed during our stay, they quickly adjusted our plans to make sure we made the most of the good weather. 👍

I had a fantastic 3-night stay here. The location is unbeatable—right at Wu Yi Square and IFS, making it so easy to explore the best of Changsha’s food and shopping. Rooms: classy, spotless, and surprisingly quiet despite being in the heart of the city. Service: The staff was professional and the check-in/out process was seamless. Convenience: Being on Jianxiang Road meant everything I needed was within walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Changsha! I’ll definitely be back.

Beautiful little hotel room right on the rivers edge. The view was amazing. Room is large and the bed is very comfortable. Bathroom could do with a little freshen up or a deep clean but is no real issue. The manager was extremely helpful with everything we needed, came to meet us from the other side of the river to carry our bags and show us the way which we thought was super nice! We did book the “free” trip included in the booking which turned out not to be free, 40 yuan pp. It was also an exclusively Chinese speaking tour which is understandable being in China but we were never informed of this at any point and it does not make that clear in the description.

Traveling with my family, I chose this hotel. The room was spacious, and the front desk staff (especially the lady) provided excellent service. The hotel also offered a complimentary late check-out until 4:00 PM. Overall, it was a great experience. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Qiaobei Exit 1 of Metro Line 5, making it easy to get around. Parking outside was also a breeze. I'll definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance to visit Changsha in the future.

This was an absolutely fantastic stay I booked at a hotel near the central gate of Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan Scenic Area. I was extremely satisfied with everything. This review is for the two additional nights I stayed. My room wasn't changed, it was spacious, and the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard. The shower in the bathroom was excellent, fully smart tech! Dining at the restaurant was also very satisfying. The decor and facilities are superb, and the service was exceptional. The housekeeper even created a WeChat service group in advance, and I could book Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan Scenic Area tickets and cable car passes at a discounted price. Even though the hotel is only about 1km from the central gate, the front desk proactively offered shuttle service. They even turned on the heating for us before we returned to our room (it was unseasonably cold with a sudden drop in temperature and rainy days recently) 👍. Later, on the morning we were supposed to check out, the weather cleared up. Looking out from the hotel, the clouds and mist swirled around (pictures 1 and 3), like a fairyland. So, we decided to extend our stay for another night (we changed rooms). The hotel is over 800 meters above sea level, so I imagine it wouldn't be hot in the summer, and it should be quite cool in the mornings and evenings. This is my fourth time visiting Zhangjiajie, and my first time staying near the central gate – in fact, the central gate didn't even exist before! The central gate is the most convenient entrance/exit for exploring Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan Scenic Area, and many European and American independent travelers also stay in the central gate area 😊. This hotel is truly top-notch! 😍👍
