The room was spotless, and the staff were incredibly helpful. My husband had a sudden flare-up of sciatica from a herniated disc upon arriving in Zhangjiajie, rendering his right leg immobile and making it impossible for him to sleep on the spring mattress. The staff promptly brought three quilts to make a bed on the floor for him. Later, a friend discovered he was missing a pair of trousers only after arriving in Shanghai. After contacting customer service, they quickly located the trousers and shipped them out the very same day. The owner was fully committed for us to have the best experience in Fenghuang city. We were contacted 2 days before our arrival for a pick-up from the railway station. Everything went so smoothly. I was speechless regarding the quality of the service. It was also relieving as I travelled with my parents who are not that young anymore. We had the same shuttle service for our way back to the station. The hôtel also helped us book a guided tour to visit the surrounding. We are not just receiving a room in this hotel. We received much more. We were really grateful for your kindness.

The location of this place is absolutely unbeatable, truly excellent. However, the room size isn't very spacious, and because it's near the river, there are quite a lot of mosquitoes, which somewhat impacts the living experience. Despite the mosquitoes and small room being minor drawbacks, standing by the window offers an incredible panoramic view of the river. The sparkling river surface shines under the sunlight, and at night, you can see the brilliant lights on the opposite bank. If they could improve their mosquito control and make the rooms a bit more refined, this would undoubtedly be an unforgettable place to stay.

I want to take a moment here to describe one of my best moments with the staff from this establishment. Not only this place is located neitherly next to the fall for the best view; but they were always there to provide mewith the best care I also never experienced before from giving me a private tour around from themselves willingness, give me free liquor or drinks even if I didn’t want to some time.🤗. I got dressed up from his brothers shop; for me was an honour to be like having their cultural outfit for the day, show me the best restaurants around to taste the rich flavours of the region. And off course the incredible view at night from my balcony is unbelievable. This pale can receive sigle, couple and families. The room are rusting and very warm. It’s for me a 5 stars of the personality of the place and base on luxury. You won’t regret it! 👍🏼💝🙏

The resort is a little tricky to get to if you hire DiDi so make sure to utilize their free pickup service from airport or train station. They were very accommodating. We booked the hotel last min and they were able to arrange a driver to pick us up on the same day. Overall the stay was very comfortable and it’s located in a small village just steps away from one of the 5 entrances to the National Forest. We definitely enjoyed the small town feel. It was a nice trip to decompress after the lively, bright lights and bustling streets of Chongqing (which was also great!). The food they serve and free breakfast was very good. Will definitely stay here again when we revisit Zhangjiajie.

The hotel was pretty good. The front desk staff, especially the lady named Cola, had a great attitude. They gave a small gift upon check-out, and there's free parking and a laundry room. It's also quite close to the city center. The subway station is just a few hundred meters away, making it very convenient to get to Wuyi Square and Orange Isle. My stay was really pleasant overall. I'd definitely come back again if I have the chance.

Beautiful little hotel room right on the rivers edge. The view was amazing. Room is large and the bed is very comfortable. Bathroom could do with a little freshen up or a deep clean but is no real issue. The manager was extremely helpful with everything we needed, came to meet us from the other side of the river to carry our bags and show us the way which we thought was super nice! We did book the “free” trip included in the booking which turned out not to be free, 40 yuan pp. It was also an exclusively Chinese speaking tour which is understandable being in China but we were never informed of this at any point and it does not make that clear in the description.

The breakfast at this hotel is really too good. There are many varieties of dishes, hot dishes, noodles, desserts, drinks, and the taste is particularly online. It is very intimate to bring the baby to stay. It is specially prepared for the baby chair and the small bowl for the children. It is very convenient for the children to eat. The ingredients are fresh and clean. Adults and children can eat very satisfied.

The service was incredibly warm and welcoming, and the location is super convenient for visiting Wanjiali Plaza and Yangfan Night Market. The front desk also offers free luggage storage, which was a huge plus. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The breakfast was delicious, especially rich and fresh. The laundry service was also very convenient; they picked up my clothes, did a small dry, and delivered them back to my room. Everything was excellent!

Love it! Went on low season and the staff (小李）upgraded the room for us. 270 degree view of the mountains. We arrived past dinner time and every one was very hospitable and they had the chef wait for us abit and had dinner cooked for us. Highly recommend the stir fry cucumber. Super shiok if u are Singaporean like me. Breakfast was local fare which was a good change from hotel food. Local but delicious 😋. Don't need to prebook any of your Zhangjiajie tickets. Just pre inform them and they will help you plan and book accordingly. Remember the day starts and ends early and both parks are a easy but it is still a hike/walk nonetheless. So if you want to visit more than 1 attraction a day, remember to sleep early and start ur day early. Overall, a FANTASTIC stay and of I come back, this is sure the place I wanna stay.
