Great place to stay. Super modern amenities, everything goes seamless from the pickup service, check-in, and chatting with the staffs (you need Wechat). While this place is about 30 minutes away from downtown Zhangjiajie and Tianmen mountain cableway station, you can truly feel being at Zhangjiajie as you get to stay at a place that is surrounded by foggy mountains. Breakfast buffet is complimentary and pretty decent and other Chinese menu that you can order at the hotel restaurant are phenomenal. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend this place to other travelers.

Getting to Orange Isle is super convenient; you can either walk across Xiangjiang Bridge or take the subway just one stop. It's also only about 3 stops to downtown areas like Wuyi Square. Environment: The surrounding area is a bit so-so, with a few construction sites, but it's very quiet. Service and hygiene were both excellent, making me feel right at home.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic and super convenient. Right behind it, there's a bustling snack street, and a shopping mall is just next door. It's also really close to Orange Isle, and taking the subway there is a breeze – just one stop, saving you from a long trek. The main road, Xiangjiang Middle Road, is right outside, making taxis easy to catch. The room I booked had a lovely Chinese-style decor, simple yet not monotonous, and at night, you can enjoy the city's light show. It's also very near Taiping Street, perfect for a quick stroll whenever you have some free time.

For the view of the mountains, this stay is so awesome. If you mainly want to see the Zhangjiajie National Park, I really recommend this hotel. For me, I underestimated the amount of time it would take to get to Wulingyuan and Zhangjiajie city. It was a little inconvenient for me because I had to call taxis if I wanted to go out to eat and it was kind of far. A lot of taxi drivers would ask me for a tip because the location was difficult to reach. Apart from the location issue, I really enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was delicious, the staff were so accommodating and kind and even drove me to Zhangjiajie city on my last day. The dogs were so cute and the view of the mountains was stunning. If you want a perfect getaway from the city and stunning views, then this is the place for you. If you want to hangout in the more lively places, it might be kind of a hassle. This hotel is perfect for those who want a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

Fantastic stay with unbeatable service! We had an amazing time at Valley Love Holiday Home. The location is absolutely perfect, making it super easy to get around and explore. Beyond the great spot, the hotel just has really good vibes- it felt incredibly welcoming and comfortable the moment we walked in. What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff went above and beyond to help us figure out our itinerary around Zhangjiajie. Their local tips and hands-on assistance made navigating the area so much smoother and took a lot of stress off our shoulders. Highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay here as a family of four and were genuinely impressed by the overall experience. Every team member was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. They even arranged a complimentary airport pickup for us, which made our arrival very smooth and stress-free. The staff also helped us a lot with planning our visit to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. They assisted us with organizing our itinerary, making reservations, and answering all of our questions immediately whenever we needed support. It has been a long time since we experienced such genuine hospitality and kindness. Although our first room had a few minor issues, the staff responded immediately and helped us without hesitation by arranging a new room for us right away. During our departure, we even noticed that the original room was already being renovated and the issues were being fixed, which really showed us how much the hotel cares about maintaining high standards and listening to guest feedback. Another highlight was the beautiful rooftop terrace with a wonderful view over the city. The hotel location is also excellent, with major attractions and important sights reachable within just a few minutes on foot. The free laundry service was also a very convenient bonus during our trip. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again if we return to Zhangjiajie. We would also like to sincerely thank the entire team for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable. Since we were traveling with a child, we were kindly offered a two-bedroom apartment — an incredible gesture that made our stay exceptionally comfortable. The sleep quality deserves special praise: the bedding, pillows, and blankets are all of the highest standard. You sink into sleep as if you were staying in a top luxury hotel. The interior is beautifully designed — a tasteful blend of East and West, with great attention to detail. Everything, from the bathroom fixtures to the toiletries, is carefully chosen and of excellent quality. The staff’s kindness and care deserve a separate mention. Our “auntie” was available for us at any moment through a private WeChat group, ready to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was freshly prepared every morning, and the chef is simply outstanding. All meals are Chinese cuisine, cooked with love, and always adapted to our child’s preferences. We ended up having dinner at the guesthouse every night because it felt like home-cooked comfort food. The location is another huge advantage — only a 5-minute drive to the Southeast Gate of Zhangjiajie National Park, which is the most convenient entrance with the best choice of routes. The guesthouse provided transfers to the park and also arranged our pick-up from the airport in advance. The property has 17 rooms of different sizes — one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, some with terraces overlooking spectacular scenery. The guesthouse is set in a peaceful and picturesque area where you can take short walks, observe local village life, and enjoy stunning views from every angle. Overall, this place made our trip truly special. It combines comfort, warmth, thoughtful service, and a perfect location. The hotel was very clean, and the room's facilities were all voice-activated smart devices, which I loved because my own home is smart too. It was super comfortable, and the environment was great with good air quality! Plus, they offer free shuttle service to and from Zhangjiajie National Forest Park! They provide free shuttle service to the East Gate (Flag Gate) of the Forest Park. The hotel breakfast was also delicious. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip!

The hotel is about a five-minute drive from the East Gate (Wulingyuan Entrance) of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. They offer a thoughtful shuttle service, which is very convenient. The rooms are spacious and clean, with great mountain views. What I loved most was the breakfast area on the fifth floor; you can choose to dine on the terrace with a beautiful view, making the meal extra enjoyable! Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and the price was excellent because it was off-season. A truly pleasant experience!

We chose this hotel primarily for its fantastic location, and in that regard it didn't disappoint. You can easily walk to the main park entrance, and taking a taxi to the South and East gates is just as quick and convenient. We also really appreciated the welcome at the train station and the transfer service — it was a nice, stress-free start to our stay. Unfortunately, the property itself falls short in a few key areas. The biggest downside is the housekeeping. The cleaning was very superficial, both in our room and in the common areas, which just didn't feel fresh. On top of that, the hotel is showing its age everywhere you look — worn-out equipment, scuffs on the walls, chips in the furniture, and general signs of wear and tear. It’s clear that a renovation is long overdue. If you’re just looking for a convenient place to sleep and won’t be spending much time indoors, it works. But if cleanliness and modern facilities are important to you, I’d look elsewhere until they update the place.
