IibrahimcanozrI stayed at Ardos Park Hotel with my spouse and overall, we had a pleasant experience. The location is convenient and the hotel has a peaceful atmosphere. Our room was clean and comfortable, although a few small details could be improved. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a decent choice for a short stay as a couple.
II live to travelI booked the single room on the ground floor. Very spacious with a queen size bed. But at night the loud music from the club nearby can be heard. Other than that, location is excellent with loads of dining options and walkable to the shopping area. Also walkable to the largest mosque in Ankara. The breakfast spread is very delicious. The hotel manager, Sezgin, is very obliging and responsive. Nilufar at the reception is very helpful with information. I would stay here again if i return to Ankara.
GGuest UserI was very pleased with my stay. The reception was excellent, with staff always smiling and very helpful. The management listened attentively to suggestions and cooperated immediately. I loved the breakfast; it was varied, delicious, and plentiful. Next time, I will book it with breakfast included.
ZZMikhailThis is an old place that used to be decent back in the days (or at least I think it was). Location is okay, there are few good restaurants and stores if you want to buy something to eat/drink.
About negatives:
1) Wrong photos for rooms - you book one room and expecting certain features present, but in reality they show photos of deluxe room on every option. So if you want to have for example a table and chair to work, you have to pay more for upgrade. I do not know if it is intentional or not.
2) Breakfast. It is not great and price is misleading - page shows 1 euro per breakfast, yet in reality hotel requests 8-9 euro (why not just state the correct price from the start I have no idea)
3) Sanitation. I got bitten by ticks or fleas in 2 rooms!! and got serious allergy reaction later (this is statement from my doctor, with which I was forced to make an appointment)
I had to leave hotel for another option, granted they refunded the rest of unused days of my stay. I think hotel should organize general disinfection and pesticide as it is unacceptable when your guests suffer like this.
AArzu GILLA magnificent hotel in every way. The rooms are very comfortable, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. I requested a room on the upper floors, they did not refuse my request and prepared a very nice room. The reception answers all your questions and needs, they are very attentive and friendly. The hotel is in the heart of Tunali, safe and within walking distance to important points. Thanks to housekeeping ( especially to Cigdem), room service and all the staff at the reception.
JJesus MarruecosHalf an hour from the city center. The rooms are fine, but we were having higher expectations coming from a Radisson Blu. However, the breakfast was amazing!! Great buffet with plenty options and A La Carté dishes they will made for you. A good choice if you want to have a great start in the morning
MM50841****The room is quite big, the surrounding is more convenient, there is a restaurant downstairs, there is a little noisy at night, but it is acceptable, the health is very clean, there is breakfast.
GGuest UserThis hotel in Ankara city center is a peaceful haven amidst the hustle and bustle. While the surrounding area seemed a bit chaotic upon arrival (Turkey is undergoing a lot of construction everywhere), the hotel itself was clean and tidy, and the staff were warm and friendly. The breakfast spread was also excellent; I particularly enjoyed the jams and bread. It feels like the hotel has been recently renovated within the last couple of years, so the facilities look very new and clean – it even has a slight resemblance to Chinese budget hotels. It's definitely much cleaner than other similarly priced hotels I stayed at in Selçuk and Pamukkale. Overall, highly recommended.
