Every morning before 8:30am, the staffs knocked the door to ask whether room service was needed. This is completely unnecessary.

The hotel management is very good and the staff is also enthusiastic. The room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable. The hotel is very conveniently located. There is a large supermarket on the left, which closes at 10 pm. There is a gravel path through the hotel's greenery and trees that leads directly to the main entrance. You don't have to go around to the main entrance. The price is cheaper than the 711 across the street from the main entrance, but 711 is open 24 hours a day. The hotel is very close to the subway station and you can see it when you go out. The hotel's underground parking lot costs $25 a day, which is much cheaper than driving to DC to park. Get on the bus at the Twinbrook subway station. If you are going to DC for a whole day, it is recommended to buy a one-day pass for $15.5 ($2 is the cost of the transportation card, which is non-refundable and is also a good souvenir for tourism), which allows you to take the bus unlimited times. The subway is $6.75 one-way, and $2 after 9 pm. The bus is $2. DC has a circulator for 1 US dollar, but if you don't have change or a transportation card, the driver will not let you put in coins. If you are only playing for half a day, it is recommended not to buy a one-day pass. It is more cost-effective to buy tickets separately each time.

I was able to check in early, deposit of $25 & got fresh cookies! No pool and hotel is old and needs a lot of work AC works great! La Curva restaurant attached to the side was amazing food is fresh and yummy also you can charge it to the room using ID

The room was very nice. When I checked in I asked about parking. They said I could go around the corner and park, it is connected to the hotel, and it would cost $29 for the night. When I left the hotel and tried to get out of the parking lot, the cost is $69! I drove around to ask about this problem, the girl at the front desk had no idea. She took my email address and said the manager would contact me when he arrived. It has been 24 hours and I have not heard from the manager. Obviously I’m not very important to this hotel so I will never stay there again. They lied to me when I checked in and then never responded to my complaint. I would have booked a different hotel if I knew I was going to be charged $69 parking for one night! Stay somewhere else.

Everything else was great. The hotel is a bit old and lacks some amenities, but the price is really good, so it's definitely worth it. The surroundings near the hotel are also lovely, great for a run.

We were in town for a concert and we waited 4 hours to get our room before the concert and ended up getting ready in the hallways. We waiting in a long line 3 times because the desk kept telling us to check back later and to keep an eye on our phones for a text message for when our room was ready. We never received that text message. Unfortunately I think the situation at hand and the way it was handled was the issue other than that the hotel itself was fine. The desk had no information as to why the room was taking so long or when it would be ready. And when we asked they were rude about it and said that we were 1 of 500 guests trying to check in so we would just have to wait.

Here, I need to tip for daily cleaning and hygiene. The next day I also gave the result that I put a lot of towels and didn’t make it 😢. Breakfast is also very simple (there are three varieties). If you can choose to book without breakfast, it is more cost-effective. Coffee is 5 dollars a cup. There is no smell. There is no water in the room (the front desk told me that there is an empty bottle to go to the floor to get water (the result is that the equipment is broken 😅), parking is not free for 50 dollars. This price is the price of a standard five-star hotel in China, this time I really stepped on the pit.

The hotel is in the city center, opposite the Hilton, the gym is on the ground floor of the hotel. There are not many facilities. The old beauty hotel does not have slippers, toothpaste and toothbrush. Domestic tourists need to get used to it. The room is still quite large. The overall is good.

We were driving, and there's a main road right outside the hotel, which made getting around very convenient. We had a standard room with two queen beds. While the room wasn't extremely spacious, it was well-equipped with amenities like air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a safe. We didn't have time to enjoy the gym or swimming pool. Wi-Fi was available in public areas like the lobby, but not for free in the rooms. There was no complimentary bottled water in the room. When we checked in, the front desk gave us two small bottles of water. The next day, we asked for more and received it. However, on the third day when we asked again, they said they had run out. There's a parking lot, but it costs money. Trip.com stated it was $18 per day, but the front desk charged us $25 per day for our three-night stay. We didn't book breakfast, but it seemed to be around $25 per person.

The Hotel Indigo in Baltimore is one that provides comfort, access to quality restaurants that represent diverse cuisines, and customer service with personality and a smile. The food menu is sufficient and the bartenders are well versed in creating whatever cocktails you may enjoy. The rooms are quiet, the water pressure is strong, and the cost is competitive. I stayed 2 nights and when I checked out late, the hotel had no issue with it. I was able to walk from the Penn Station to the hotel with no difficulties.
