The Crown Hotel maintained its InterContinental standards; the breakfast was good, the double bed was spacious, and the hotel was very clean. Located between Washington and Philadelphia, it was safe and quiet, and the next day was Valentine's Day, which made me very happy.
Modern hotel front desk service is very good, the scenery is good, the large floor-to-ceiling windows are very good in all aspects, the modern hotel front desk service is very good, the scenery is good, the large floor-to-ceiling windows are very good in all aspects.
The hotel is close to the airport, so the noice from flights can be bothersome for someone who is light sleeper like my husband. Also, I did not know that if i book through trip.com, i don’t get to enjoy my hilton honors benefits, which is surprising. I do generally book through agency for business travel and this is never a problem
It is right outside the Bethesda subway station, very convenient.
The room was arranged on the top floor, the 12th floor. The room felt quite large when I entered the door. There was a desk, and the bathroom was relatively small. The hair dryer was a bit old, with low wind power, and the socket was not very convenient to plug in. I had to get it to the socket next to the desk in the room.
The bed was relatively large and very comfortable. Maybe I was tired from traveling in the past few days, so I slept until more than ten o'clock.
There is a delicious breakfast Tatte next to the hotel, which is highly recommended.
Another thing to say is that the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is actually Morton Steakhouse.
Nice hotel, modern, new and comfortable room. Good bed, shower and black out for windows. The restaurant dinner was good, breakfast was bad, I skipped the other day. $30,00/day for parking downsizing. However there’s a public parking in front of the hotel. Sunday is free weekdays from 10pm to 7 pm too! Overall excellent experience.
I came to attend the World Bank Annual Meeting. The price of a four-star hotel in downtown Washington soared to $700 per night, so I chose to stay in Silver Spring. I didn't expect it to be so convenient here. It's very close to large shopping malls and outlets, and the hotel facilities are very good, and the breakfast is excellent.
The location of the hotel is a little far from the city center and the beach. The satisfaction is that the parking is free, the room is clean, the front desk service is very good, the restaurant breakfast service is slightly worse, the waiter is serious...
The room was spacious, with a large bed and a microwave and refrigerator. Free parking was also available. Driving to Washington, D.C., was incredibly convenient (it's only about 10 miles from downtown). The hotel staff was also very friendly, and the double-tree cookies were delicious and plentiful. I loved them.

Very Good
HHarveyHEvery morning before 8:30am, the staffs knocked the door to ask whether room service was needed. This is completely unnecessary.
MM19178****The hotel management is very good and the staff is also enthusiastic. The room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable. The hotel is very conveniently located. There is a large supermarket on the left, which closes at 10 pm. There is a gravel path through the hotel's greenery and trees that leads directly to the main entrance. You don't have to go around to the main entrance. The price is cheaper than the 711 across the street from the main entrance, but 711 is open 24 hours a day. The hotel is very close to the subway station and you can see it when you go out. The hotel's underground parking lot costs $25 a day, which is much cheaper than driving to DC to park. Get on the bus at the Twinbrook subway station. If you are going to DC for a whole day, it is recommended to buy a one-day pass for $15.5 ($2 is the cost of the transportation card, which is non-refundable and is also a good souvenir for tourism), which allows you to take the bus unlimited times. The subway is $6.75 one-way, and $2 after 9 pm. The bus is $2. DC has a circulator for 1 US dollar, but if you don't have change or a transportation card, the driver will not let you put in coins. If you are only playing for half a day, it is recommended not to buy a one-day pass. It is more cost-effective to buy tickets separately each time.
GGuest UserThe room was very nice. When I checked in I asked about parking. They said I could go around the corner and park, it is connected to the hotel, and it would cost $29 for the night. When I left the hotel and tried to get out of the parking lot, the cost is $69! I drove around to ask about this problem, the girl at the front desk had no idea. She took my email address and said the manager would contact me when he arrived. It has been 24 hours and I have not heard from the manager. Obviously I’m not very important to this hotel so I will never stay there again. They lied to me when I checked in and then never responded to my complaint. I would have booked a different hotel if I knew I was going to be charged $69 parking for one night! Stay somewhere else.
AAnonymous UserHere, I need to tip for daily cleaning and hygiene. The next day I also gave the result that I put a lot of towels and didn’t make it 😢. Breakfast is also very simple (there are three varieties). If you can choose to book without breakfast, it is more cost-effective. Coffee is 5 dollars a cup. There is no smell. There is no water in the room (the front desk told me that there is an empty bottle to go to the floor to get water (the result is that the equipment is broken 😅), parking is not free for 50 dollars. This price is the price of a standard five-star hotel in China, this time I really stepped on the pit.
项项The hotel is in the city center, opposite the Hilton, the gym is on the ground floor of the hotel. There are not many facilities. The old beauty hotel does not have slippers, toothpaste and toothbrush. Domestic tourists need to get used to it. The room is still quite large. The overall is good.
AAdam WilliamThe Hotel Indigo in Baltimore is one that provides comfort, access to quality restaurants that represent diverse cuisines, and customer service with personality and a smile. The food menu is sufficient and the bartenders are well versed in creating whatever cocktails you may enjoy. The rooms are quiet, the water pressure is strong, and the cost is competitive. I stayed 2 nights and when I checked out late, the hotel had no issue with it. I was able to walk from the Penn Station to the hotel with no difficulties.
GGuest UserI stayed in this hotel last year while forgot my ring in the room, the housekeeping team led by Cathy Walter helped me out by not only found my ring but also put lots of efforts in try get it back to me in another city. With my last min schedule change I left the country without being able to take the ring. Amazing that Cathy kept my ring for 6 months untill I return to US stayed in this hotel this week that see my ring right at check in at front desk. This is the best service and help a traveller out when needed. Great job for Cathy and team!

GGuest UserThe good news is, the rooftop restaurant is very nice with beautiful views, a lively bar and imaginative cocktails plus good food. The hotel room we had was a bit run down. The tub didn’t drain properly, the makeup mirror was smudged, the pillowcase had a hole, and the room just seemed tired. It needed a chair. Other than the bed, there wasn’t any place to sit. I think there’s hotel needs a refresher.
