Nice hotel, close to the top attractions in Shanghai, such as the Bund, Yu garden and Nanjing Street. The hotel staff were very friendly and understandable when I had to check out later and provide a space for my bag so could walk around without my luggage. The room was a good size, there was a nice view from the balcony. I would recommend this hotel 👍👍

A great accommodation experience. The B&B is very thoughtfully decorated. The swings and lawns are beautiful to take pictures with. The rooms are very comfortable to live in. The owner and his wife are super nice and very welcoming. The breakfast is also more thoughtful than the average B&B. The steamed buns and Chongming Paste are beautiful. The proprietress made it by hand. We bought raw fish and native chicken at the vegetable market and helped us prepare them and put them in ice packs. A disappointing experience. I booked a room with a bathtub just for the bathtub. However, I checked in at 6pm and the boss informed me that I needed to upgrade the room. The reason was that many people in the bathtub room were dissatisfied with the bugs, so they removed the bugs, but there was no way to cure them, so I gave it to them. I changed it and I understand it. Then I still want to take a look. The boss said that the room card has not been pulled out yet, and he said that the card has not been hung out. In short, I can’t see the room now. I went to the hotel and waited for the phone call. I went into the room, went out to eat, came back, and went out for more than an hour. There was no one at the front desk, and there was only one bath towel in the room. I called the boss twice in total, but he didn’t answer the third call. I originally wanted to check out, but I thought it was troublesome so I just let it go. Forget these emotional discomforts, the musty smell in the room was a bit strong. Later, when I got rhinitis, I couldn't smell it anymore. When I woke up in the morning, I still smelled a musty smell. Then the rhinitis continued to attack. Overall, I was quite disappointed. If it weren't for the bathtub, it would really be inferior to a hotel at this price. Of course, the boss also gave us an upgrade. Because my friend arrived at the hotel early in the morning, we wanted to delay check-out. The boss asked us to wait until two o'clock. Unfortunately, the aunt knocked on the door at 12:30 and still didn't sleep well. All the floors in the community are so close to each other

The location is very good, the front window looks at the river view, the back window looks at the street view, and the furnishings are antique. The aunts received are very kind, the hygiene is good, and there are replacement bathroom supplies every day to clean up the garbage. But the equipment is not very good, such as the washbasin side is no hot water, the water heater is unstable, the light is very dim, the TV has no signal, no instructions, lack of a desk and chair, bamboo curtains look like a long time did not clean, there is no decent wardrobe shoe cabinet.

During the annual Christmas, I took my two sisters and two dogs out for a bit. First of all, I considered going to Disneyland to experience Christmas. I also wanted to travel with my pets, so I checked out B&Bs around Disney on Ctrip and chose this B&B. The B&B was overall good. It is easy to find, just click on the navigation. We chose the parent-child room. The room is simple and clean. It has its own small yard. It is very convenient and comfortable to bring pets. The B&B service is also very good. When we arrived at the hotel, the young lady who received us was very kind. He took the initiative to help us move things from the car because one of our dogs had diarrhea due to stress after going out for the night for the first time. He went to the hospital in the middle of the night and came back at 4 o'clock in the morning. The lady who received us was woken up by us in the middle of the night and was waiting. We opened the door back to us and the service was really good! Then there is free pick-up and drop-off from Disneyland. Just contact the B&B 10 minutes before going out and they will arrange a car, which is also very convenient! Going to Disneyland or taking a pet on vacation are both great options! Highly recommended!

It was my first time to stay at the hotel. The boss was very nice. I left my thermos cup at the B&B. The boss even called me to inform me that it must be a five-star review. The room was also very good. It was really convenient to go to the hospital for medical treatment.
