The Western-style buffet dinner here really exceeded expectations! In the seafood section, the thick-cut salmon was incredibly fresh and melted in your mouth, and the oysters and scallops were plump and fresh. The freshly grilled steak and lamb chops were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, bursting with juice. The pizza and pasta had authentic flavors, and the desserts were exquisite and not overly sweet. The environment was elegant and stylish, with perfect mood lighting. The staff were prompt in clearing plates and very enthusiastic, and the dishes were refilled quickly. The entire dining experience was excellent, and it offered great value for money!

The B&B's location is fantastic, with the beach right in the backyard. My friends, our dogs, and I had an amazing time! The service was very attentive and responses were quick. The KTV themed room felt like a great deal – we were able to barbecue and sing karaoke at the same time. The room was also very spacious, perfect for gatherings with friends and family.

Service: I called to book activities before check-in, and then added the concierge's WeChat. Mati from the concierge team was very responsible and patient, helping us wonderfully with all our requests. Environment: The greenery is excellent, providing high privacy and a great vacation vibe. The lounge chairs and small sofas along the paths are very comfortable. The only minor drawback is the abundance of mosquitoes; I hope they can improve their mosquito control. There are many activities available, so you won't get bored staying at the hotel. The breakfast is rich and offers plenty of choices. Overall, the experience was great, and I would recommend it to my friends.

The room reservation clearly stated that there was a hot spring, and we were informed upon check-in that the hot spring water supply was limited. However, when we returned to the hotel to shower that evening, we found that not only was there no hot spring water, but there was also no hot water. After calling to inquire, they said they would send someone to check, but no one responded, provided feedback, or came (we were unable to shower). After complaining on-site, someone came to check and handle the situation, but there was still no hot spring water and no hot water… Later, they came again and arranged for us to go to another bathroom on the first floor in the storage room where we finally had hot water to shower… The National Day holiday being crowded is no excuse; the service response and attitude, as well as the overall experience of both the facilities and the service, were very poor…

We got a free room upgrade with a great view, and the room layout was very comfortable. Even though it was the tail end of the May Day holiday, the housekeeping service was very responsive. Our room attendant, Jiaxia, was incredibly attentive, answering all our questions promptly. This was a refreshing change from some high-end hotels where the 'butler service' is just a name, with responses taking half a day and effectively being useless. The hotel is quite new, so all the facilities and equipment are sparkling clean. The restaurant food was also delicious. The hotel was very thoughtful, providing a wide range of baby essentials and tableware, as well as plenty of in-room amenities. Please keep up the excellent work! Our whole family was very satisfied with both the hotel and the park services, and we'll definitely be back. PS: I suggest the Sacred Tree Park offers more discounts; it's quite expensive to enter every time...

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to Fumin Metro Station, and there are convenience stores and restaurants just downstairs. The lobby on the first floor has a simple yet elegant decor, and the front desk lady was so sweet and even upgraded my room for free. The room had great natural light, was clean and tidy, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable. Our room overlooked the street. We also had complimentary mineral water and drinks, with unlimited refills. Every detail was thoughtfully considered. This will definitely be my top choice next time I visit this city!

On-site, you can barbecue, camp, have bonfires, experience intangible cultural heritage activities, practice calligraphy, and enjoy tea ceremonies. It's a rich and diverse offering, providing entertainment just steps away – you'll never be bored. **Room Interior:** Equipped with a Laifen hairdryer, disposable bathtub liners, mountain spring water for tea ceremonies, both disposable and reusable towels, comfortable bedding, and a separate wet and dry area. **Dining:** Breakfast was very rich and varied (I forgot to take a picture!), served in a nine-compartment style, with fruit and soft drinks in the fridge. For lunch and dinner, they can help you order from a local farmhouse to eat at the guesthouse, or you can barbecue directly at the guesthouse. There's also afternoon tea, which is exquisite and delicious, and the freshness of the fruit really shows their dedication. **Service:** The service was very thoughtful. It was cold, so they brought breakfast directly to our room. I'll definitely come again!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! My friend and I specifically booked a room with a private hot spring, and it even had a projector screen, so we were never bored while soaking. The infinity pool on the 4th floor is absolutely stunning! Lying on a lounge chair by the pool, with the mountain breeze, truly felt like a perfect getaway. The hotel's service was impeccable from the moment we booked. They proactively called to confirm our reservation, added us on WeChat to share travel tips, and even gave us free tickets to the T3 Tea Garden and Shan Kala Kala Camp. We also got to see a breathtaking sunset in the evening – this pastoral scenery is incredibly therapeutic.

A great stay at the Zhongshan Hot Springs Resort. The breakfast was excellent and even included western food like bacon and eggs and French toast. Coffee machine made perfect espresso every time. The business rooms were clean and comfortable. The hot springs were easily accessible and not too crowded during the weekday we stayed. The gym had free weights, but was hard to find and most of the machines were broken or couldn’t power up (no elliptical or bikes, but the treadmill worked). Staff was very polite and responsive. Some were able to communicate clearly in English, although Chinese is clearly the preferred language.
