This family trip exceeded our expectations! The hotel facilities are excellent, and the decor is grand; the rotating staircase in the lobby and the huge landscape painting are very tasteful. There's a great variety of hot spring pools, and the water is clean; soaking in them was incredibly relaxing. The breakfast buffet offers a rich selection of both Chinese and Western dishes, and the taste is spot on. The lake view from the window is absolutely stunning, the room is clean and comfortable, and the service is very attentive, making traveling with kids completely stress-free. Highly recommend for families!

Had a super relaxing night at New World! The check-in experience was great, and I also booked the floating afternoon tea, which was delicious. Our hotel butler, Mati, was warm and responsible. For breakfast, I highly recommend the 'Shansu Cheung Fun' (mountain yam rice rolls) – it's really tasty. If I had to offer a suggestion, it would be that we stayed in Guest Building 2, which felt a bit far to walk from the activity area and public hot springs. We checked in in the late afternoon, and although we were given a map, some of the directions felt unclear and a bit confusing. Perhaps adding more signs for guests to refer to would be helpful. Overall, I'll definitely be back – the whole experience was excellent!

I visited this hotel a few years ago and had a great experience. This time, I stayed for a night before the Chinese New Year, enjoyed the hot springs, and found the room to be quite spacious and very clean. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the service is top-notch. It's much better than other hotels of a similar type. Definitely a positive review!

The hotel's exterior is grand and minimalist, and the lobby is clean and bright with a warm and elegant decor. The lighting is soft, the air is fresh, and there's no harsh renovation smell or smoke odor – it immediately gives a relaxing feeling upon entering. The common areas are neatly arranged, with just the right amount of greenery, creating a quiet yet stylish ambiance overall. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the front desk staff were enthusiastic and thoughtful, smiling throughout and speaking gently and politely. Afterward, it really helped alleviate travel fatigue, and my sleep quality was exceptionally high. The room's cleanliness was very thorough; the floors, tabletops, and windowsills were spotless, and there was no dust accumulated in the corners. The bathroom area was dry and clean, with the toilet and shower thoroughly cleaned, and toiletries were complete and neatly arranged.

As Zhanjiang's state guesthouse, the environment is truly exceptional, with lush greenery. It boasts amenities such as hot springs, a swimming pool, a water park, and dry and wet saunas… the back door leads directly to the beach and pier. The only drawback is that the rooms are somewhat cramped.

Zhuhai Imperial Hot Spring Resort, a long-standing Japanese-style open-air hot spring in Zhuhai, has become a popular weekend getaway for visitors from surrounding areas, thanks to its unique Japanese ambiance, rich hot spring experiences, and comprehensive facilities. Here's a multi-dimensional review: **Environment and Design** The Imperial Hot Spring is centered around a Japanese garden style, with antique wooden buildings, traditional tiled eaves, and bamboo-lined hot spring pools creating a picturesque scene. When the red lanterns light up at night, the atmosphere is incredibly captivating, and every photo taken looks straight out of Kyoto. The park is lush with greenery, and the hot spring pools are nestled amidst the foliage, offering excellent privacy. The pool water is regularly changed (approximately every 4 hours), and its cleanliness has been praised in many reviews. **Hot Spring Experience** The open-air area boasts nearly a hundred unique hot spring pools, including the 'N' power of Six Blessings Soup, herbal baths, specialty wine baths, and fruit and vegetable baths, offering both health benefits and fun. The carbonic acid springs have fine bubbles, the traditional Chinese medicine pools exude herbal aromas, and the stone slab recliners provide a detoxifying and health-promoting experience, catering to diverse needs. Soaking in the hot springs at night is particularly delightful, enjoying tranquility amidst the starry sky and swirling mist. **Facilities** * **Dining:** The Grand Temple Fair buffet is a major highlight, offering unlimited freshly prepared dishes like Brazilian BBQ, charcoal-grilled oysters, and Cantonese dim sum, along with complimentary fruits and soft drinks, providing excellent value for money per person. * **Leisure & Entertainment:** In addition to the hot springs, there are saunas, massage rooms (with Thai/Chinese therapists available), steam rooms, and a children's play area. Evening fireworks displays and interactive NPC activities add to the fun. * **Accommodation:** Various room types are available, including Japanese tatami rooms and LOFT villas, some with private hot springs. The room details are meticulously crafted (e.g., Japanese-style bathrobes, wooden clogs), though soundproofing in some rooms could be better. **Service and Value for Money** The staff are generally warm and attentive, offering water and detailed guidance. The massage therapists are highly skilled, with the Thai stretching and hot salt bag services being particularly recommended. During the off-season, the per-person cost is approximately 400-600 RMB (including accommodation + hot springs + dining). Prices increase on weekends and holidays, but the overall experience remains competitive. **Drawbacks and Suggestions** During peak times, it can get crowded, and some pools are relatively shallow. There have been occasional service oversights at the front desk, so it's advisable to inquire about directions in advance. Families with children should pay attention to the child-free ticket policy, as some game activities have age restrictions. **Conclusion** Imperial Hot Spring Resort, with its core offering of 'exquisite Japanese service + diverse hot spring experiences,' is suitable for travelers seeking an immersive vacation and attention to detail. If you prefer a quiet, healing retreat or want a one-stop experience of hot springs and local culture, this place is definitely worth a visit.

This hotel is definitely the best in the Liuzu's Hometown Resort. Although it's been open for nearly ten years, the environment and facilities are very well maintained. You can enjoy hot springs in winter and water activities in summer, and the nearby Guo'en Temple caters to those seeking spiritual solace. The two-bedroom, one-living room villa we stayed in was quite spacious, and the gentle, soothing aromatherapy in the rooms was a hit with the whole family. If I had one suggestion, as it rained during our stay, it would be great if a transparent roof could be installed over the private hot spring tub so it could be enjoyed even on rainy days.

Facilities: Pretty good. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: Nestled by mountains and water. Service: Extremely attentive, truly excellent. Kids' Go-kart experience (5 minutes): Suitable for younger children. Non-powered jungle climbing camp: Adults and children can interact together here. The hot spring ♨️ is a rather large heated swimming pool, great for families with small children!

This place I stayed at was really lovely, surrounded by a large forest, making the air incredibly fresh. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the room offered views of the greenery outside, which was very relaxing. The courtyard had small bridges and a stream, along with rattan chairs where you could sit and soak up the sun during the day – very pleasant. In the evening, everyone gathered around a bonfire for a chat, which felt very relaxing. You could tell a lot of thought went into the design of every corner; staying here felt like being one with nature. Overall, it was a great experience 🌿

I stayed here for a while, and the room was very clean. The environment was also perfect for our vacation and wellness retreat. Downstairs, there's a convenience store, food stalls, and snacks. The beach is super clean, and my kids loved playing there. I genuinely recommend it!

AAnonymous UserRight from the moment we got off the car, staff members were there to greet us and help with our luggage! The Forest Sea (Senlinhai) resort has a wonderful environment! The scenery is beautiful! The directions were also very clear! The package included hot springs, amusement park tickets, and a buffet breakfast! They even thoughtfully provided a butler who clearly explained every activity and patiently answered all our questions! The staff we met along the way also had excellent service attitudes! The room hygiene was quite good, and anything we needed from the front desk was quickly attended to! The evening performances and activities were also very exciting. Overall, it was an excellent experience! We'll definitely come back next time to try out other room types.

AAmelie2015First time in Huizhou, and the Shuangyue Bay sea is absolutely stunning! We stayed at Yinsha, which is connected to Yanjing, and it was excellent. The room was spacious with a fantastic view. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all incredibly nice, regularly checking and cleaning the rooms. My personal butler, a lovely young woman, checked in daily to see how our stay was going – so thoughtful! Anything we needed was delivered very quickly. Watching the sunrise from our room on the 29th floor, overlooking the sea, was truly breathtaking. The cliff bar had an incredible view, perfect for photos. Breakfast was also very diverse, catering to everyone's needs.

EErica StrolenFamily getaway First of all, I was amazed at the fact we were welcomed and checked in long before 2 pm, as soon as we arrived at noon. Next great thing was that the receptionist helped us to swipe rooms, as we booked one king size bed but for the family of four it was a bit inconvenient, so in a matter of 10 minutes we got a spacious room with 2 wide beds. So the night sleep was unmatched. The location- from the first glance - looked a bit weird, coz actually the hotel is the part of the bigger residential area, although multi-stored houses are still in the stage of development and not fully inhabited. But, on the second day, when we explored the whole area we found out there were much much worse districts with entirely damaged roads, abandoned structures and left behind businesses. So after that ugly image I changed my initial impression and have to say the hotel is just right for family and perfect rest. We had a wonderful time while taking baths and even the hot springs square isn’t large we counted no less than 20 bath tubs with great proportion of aromatic and herb additives so you may enjoy the fragrance while bathing. Meantime you also can sip various herbal tea or water at the bar or have a nap on the hot stone platform. Cool place for kids too, with the separate pool, mini aqua park, swimming pool for adults was also beautiful though not the right season for swimming. Nice playground for infants and snooker tables for adults. We loved the breakfast too, many options including European food and coffee. Maybe one of the best benefits of choosing this hotel was proximity to the gorgeous mountain park also designed for families with young kids. The zigzag mountain road, the panoramic views and the hiking trail were simply amazing. Traveling that area means you may try local food which is goose, duck and home raised chickens, river fish and the main local specialty- rice cooked in the bamboo tree. All tasted great.

GGuest UserSo quiet and clean! The butler service was excellent! We brought our own tea set for a '圍爐煮茶' (a type of traditional tea brewing around a small stove) on the balcony, which was incredibly pleasant and comfortable. The balcony in our room had floor-to-ceiling windows with beautiful views. There's also a small outdoor balcony with a lounge chair, perfect for enjoying the scenery. The fourth floor has a private kitchen offering Cantonese cuisine, which you can order directly to your room! Downstairs, there's a common area for activities. We only stayed one night, but I feel like I could easily stay for several more next time! Highly recommend!

AAmideeThis is a lovely place to go for a night or two to just relax. Also a pet friendly place, so that makes is ideal for me! The front desk are really helpful and you can add them onto your wechat to contact them directly anytime. They provide all essentials to be comfortable. I did ask if I could have a kettle for inside my tent, for coffee, which they were able to provide for me. Dinner options, you can choose chicken hot pot or the crawfish hot pot at their reception, which you can do yourself by your tent, or tell them you’d like to cook it in their dining area. Otherwise you can also barbecue your own things at your camp sight. It’s suggested to take your own food to bbq there, as their choices are limited. They did provide me with some sweet potato when I asked, and the chicken hot pot was really tasty and filling! The tent was clean, comfortable and has AC. We stayed in the smallest tents they provide, and it was perfect for what we needed. They have a swimming pool facility that is open from 4:30-6:30pm only. It would be nice if was available in the morning as well!! There’s not a lot to do in the surrounding area of the resort. You can do fishing, go for walks through the forest along the stream. I suggest to take some activity things to do like badminton or other board games etc. There are great play areas for kids, and fun slides are incorporated into the designs of some of the rooms. There are plenty different types of tent facilities and some have some really nice privacy looking onto the stream and have some outdoor hot spring tubs (plunge pool). The small tent porches don’t have privacy, but they are adequate for a short stay in nature. Getting there is easy by didi or hired car, getting back you just need to make your search on the app more wide because the location is a bit isolated from busy areas, but otherwise that’s also not a problem.

GGuest UserThe front desk service was excellent, but there were some oversights in cleanliness. A used tissue from the previous guest was found under the curtain in the corner, which hadn't been cleaned. Although the facilities are a bit old, they are mostly well-maintained. However, the air conditioning in the room wasn't cooling; the 16-degree room temperature directly gave me a cold. The hot spring was great, and it wasn't crowded at all at the end of the New Year's Day holiday. There was plenty of ginger tea and towels available. The seafood buffet dinner for 2 adults and 2 children (under 1.2 meters) was just mediocre.

GGuest UserAmbiance: Beautiful with several hot spring areas, each with its unique charm. Service: Very attentive. The staff by the pools reminded us to drink more water, which was a very thoughtful touch. The ticket checker downstairs even proactively helped us call an electric buggy. Overall, the service experience was excellent. Public Area Hot Spring Ticket: Many pools, lots of choices, a bit crowded on weekends. Couple's Buffet Dinner: A super wide variety of dishes, very satisfying. Korean Jjimjilbang: Quite good.

SShenzhenshanmoweiyunChecked in at night, and the lovely front desk staff upgraded our room, which was a wonderful surprise! We immediately went for a hot spring bath. Even though the weather was cold, the hotel's excellent facilities, friendly service, and high-quality hot springs instantly washed away our fatigue and left us feeling joyful. Waking up, we saw our upgraded room faced the pool, a lush lawn, and a serene lake with beautiful mountain views – everything was just perfect. It was the best scenery I've ever seen, a breathtaking combination of human design and nature's artistry. Absolutely stunning! Both breakfast and lunch were top-notch too! My mom and friends were all very satisfied. We'll definitely come back for another vacation if we get the chance.

GGuest UserAs a regular guest who has booked dozens of stays at Biquan, this was my first time using the Trip.com corporate app to book, and it seems there was a slight discount. Biquan's service, as always, deserves a 5-star rating. Front desk staff member Li Min always has my preferred room ready early and notifies me promptly, and she handles the check-in process personally and efficiently. This time, I also want to specifically commend Li Lijiao from the housekeeping department on the 7th floor of Ginza for her incredibly quick response to guest requests like extra blankets. Li Huidan at the buffet restaurant always proactively offers additional services like delivering hot food, and supervisor He Meiyan personally takes care of everything from reserving tables to queuing for food and even clearing dishes. The only downside, which warrants a deduction, is the cleanliness of the swimming pool. The bottom edges were covered in unsightly stains. I remember in previous years, I would often see staff cleaning the pool late at night from my room around 9 PM, without affecting its opening the next day, but I haven't seen that in a long time. Also, they should at least require swimmers to wear swimming caps, like other five-star hotels. I hope to see improvements on my next visit.
