Anonymous UserThe room was spacious, and the hotel is conveniently located close to both the water park and the forest park. The butler service was attentive and always responsive to our questions. However, the buffet dinner selection was limited and the taste was mediocre, definitely room for improvement there. The water park was incredibly crowded during the holidays. With both hotel guests and day visitors, the experience was really poor. I suggest the hotel consider offering some kind of fast pass benefit for hotel guests to reduce waiting times. Otherwise, there's not much point in staying here, especially since the hotel prices have increased significantly compared to a few years ago, yet the experience isn't great. I understand that such a large park needs to accommodate day visitors, but they could take a leaf out of places like Chimelong in Zhuhai, where hotel guests get fast pass privileges, which can be factored into the room rate.

Anonymous UserFor a relaxing family vacation in Zhuhai, we chose the Banyan Tree, and it was a fantastic decision. The suite was clean and comfortable, and the food at the Sturgeon restaurant exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was semi-buffet style, with items made to order and steamed fresh. The dining environment was quiet and elegant. A special shout-out to Cecilia for her efficient check-in and check-out service, and to our butler, Ella, for her thoughtful greetings. Both ladies were always smiling, worked quickly, and provided patient service, answering all our questions promptly. As this was a leisure trip with our child, the hotel offered daily classes, and our little one especially enjoyed making a handmade bubble bath bomb and participating in a sand painting class. That evening, they even used their own handmade bubble soap for a bath, which they absolutely loved!

It was almost 8 PM when we got back from Shantou, and the hotel even thoughtfully called to remind us about check-in. The hotel was conveniently located not far from the highway exit. The room layout was well-designed; though not super new, it was perfectly adequate. Soaking in the hot spring tub on the balcony was a great way to wash away the travel fatigue. It's a shame that guests upstairs were still being loud late into the night, but thankfully we're used to going to bed late. In the morning, you can look down from the balcony and see the hot spring pools; there aren't many, but the environment is lovely. Breakfast was decent too. Upon checkout, they even gave us some Longmen local specialties. I'd definitely recommend this hotel as a good rest stop during your travels.

AmideeThis is a lovely place to go for a night or two to just relax. Also a pet friendly place, so that makes is ideal for me! The front desk are really helpful and you can add them onto your wechat to contact them directly anytime. They provide all essentials to be comfortable. I did ask if I could have a kettle for inside my tent, for coffee, which they were able to provide for me. Dinner options, you can choose chicken hot pot or the crawfish hot pot at their reception, which you can do yourself by your tent, or tell them you’d like to cook it in their dining area. Otherwise you can also barbecue your own things at your camp sight. It’s suggested to take your own food to bbq there, as their choices are limited. They did provide me with some sweet potato when I asked, and the chicken hot pot was really tasty and filling! The tent was clean, comfortable and has AC. We stayed in the smallest tents they provide, and it was perfect for what we needed. They have a swimming pool facility that is open from 4:30-6:30pm only. It would be nice if was available in the morning as well!! There’s not a lot to do in the surrounding area of the resort. You can do fishing, go for walks through the forest along the stream. I suggest to take some activity things to do like badminton or other board games etc. There are great play areas for kids, and fun slides are incorporated into the designs of some of the rooms. There are plenty different types of tent facilities and some have some really nice privacy looking onto the stream and have some outdoor hot spring tubs (plunge pool). The small tent porches don’t have privacy, but they are adequate for a short stay in nature. Getting there is easy by didi or hired car, getting back you just need to make your search on the app more wide because the location is a bit isolated from busy areas, but otherwise that’s also not a problem.

Decided to book the Gala Hot Spring Hotel last minute for a spontaneous trip, and luckily the weather was great. The hotel faces a mountain, and as soon as you step into the lobby, you're greeted by a huge mountain view – absolutely delightful, especially since it's the perfect time for a spring outing with lush greenery everywhere. Check-in wasn't too bad; we waited a short while before it was our turn. Xiao Wu (Wu Ximing) at the front desk noticed our group was mostly seniors and children, so he kindly upgraded our room to a more spacious one! We also exchanged WeChat details with him, making it convenient to provide feedback or ask any hotel-related questions whenever needed. It was a wonderful family trip experience!

Guest UserFive-star rating, highly recommend! The resort's overall environment is fresh and elegant, with beautiful and clean gardens. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic, making guests feel very comfortable. The buffet offers a rich variety of dishes, comparable in taste to a five-star hotel, making for a great dining experience. The hot spring area in the park is clean and comfortable, and the water park and various other recreational facilities are well-maintained with plenty of activities for both adults and children to enjoy. The surrounding tourist attractions are very well-planned and convenient to access, so there's no need to stress about arranging your itinerary. The overall experience was fantastic, and it will be our top choice for future family and friends' getaways!

Anonymous UserSanYing Hot Spring truly understands how to deliver a relaxing experience! After a soak, you can enjoy complimentary freshly sliced fruit, and the in-room self-service drinks are very reasonably priced. We stayed in a 1.5-meter twin room in the Candy Flying House. While not huge, it was perfectly spacious enough for two adults and one child.
The private bath sachet for 38 yuan added so much to the hot spring atmosphere. The buffet restaurant was spacious, and while the breakfast selection was basic, it was certainly filling. My only minor complaint is that there weren't many dessert options, but the Indian flying bread was absolutely outstanding.
The staff were incredibly warm and accommodating. I typically get motion sickness and asked if I could take an orange from the hot spring area, even though fruit usually isn't allowed to be taken out, and they kindly agreed. Upon checkout, they even gave us a small gift. The service was heartfelt, and the overall experience was fantastic. I'll definitely be back again!

Guest UserThe hotel is quite old, but it's well-maintained, and the room hygiene is acceptable. This family suite is a one-bedroom, one-living room, two-bathroom setup, with spacious rooms that are pretty good for families. It has two balconies, but since it's on the ground floor, the view is almost completely blocked.
However, I have to complain about the bathroom. Soon after checking in, we noticed a sewage smell. First, the bathroom in the living room started smelling, which made the entire living room stinky. I reported it to the front desk, and they arranged to fix it. Later that night, when we returned, the smell in the living room bathroom was gone, but then the bathroom in the bedroom started emitting an odor. A little while later, the living room bathroom started smelling again.
Overall, I wasn't satisfied with the stay because of the smell. It's likely due to old plumbing in the building. But the staff's attitude was good; they promptly brought water and carpet replenishment when requested at night.
Perhaps because it was the May Day holiday, the breakfast buffet required queuing and entry in shifts. Plus, the food selection was limited, and it was crowded, so the experience wasn't great.
