Everything was good. Just a bit misunderstanding about the free taxi transfer service before I check in but the Manager immediately settled. However the taxi driver took me to the wrong airport that hotel booked for me. Better improve all the communications, it is nice hotel other than these.

Arriving in the early morning, the guy at the front desk came out to help me carry my luggage upstairs and turn on the air conditioner. The service is very good. The room was big and very clean with very comfortable pillows. Recommended~

Perfect holiday trip from cold London! The service staff has a good attitude and is very enthusiastic. The hotel has rich food and the outdoor swimming pool is also at a constant temperature.

We stayed two families and we could easily reach everything. We didn't have a shelling problem at a hotel for the first time. I can say that the food was good and we eat it all the time. I recommend you to try pizza. There were shortcomings, but it was not clear when we said it was immediately resolved. The young people in the animation are as much interested as they can as well as helpers. Guest relations are also helping in all the matters of interest. You will have a nice holiday.

Lovely hotel which is spotlessly clean and modern with big comfortable beds. The staff are very friendly and greet you with a big smile and are willing to help with local information etc. Breakfast has ample choice of hot and cold food. Threre is a well equipped gym. The hotel is conveniently situated for the tramline to and from the otogar and airport. It is also very close to IKEA. Very happy with our stay and will be back !

The hotel apartment is very close to the airport, suitable for friends who are preparing to drive by themselves. There is a medium-sized supermarket and restaurant not far from the apartment. We bought some food and made a dinner and breakfast the next day at the hotel. The hotel owner is very enthusiastic and responsible. Chinese friendly.
