A great place to stay in a very charming Thai city. Spacious, quiet, clean, comfortable. The only very minor negative is that Imperial is not a downtown place, but having in mind that the whole Phitsanulok is so spread around, this is really not something to consider. It was a wonderful experience being there - and when I come back, I will certainly look for the same place first.

The service was excellent right from the Check In to Check out. Rooms are spacious and very clean and maintained very well. The breakfast was also sumptuous. All in all, a very good place to stay in though a bit away from the main city. I will recommend it.

The hotel is clean. Plenty of parking, convenient, close to tourist attractions. But it seems like the walls are a little thin. When the next room doesn't do anything, you can hear it a bit clearly.
