Staying in this hotel can be said to be a kind of fate! The hotel I booked earlier was not this one. It's in a hotel next door. The brand belongs to Radisson. But because this hotel is so bad! So I made a decisive decision and immediately applied to cancel and switch to this hotel. Hilton Group management is indeed different. Whether it’s the attitude of the front desk clerk or the service in the restaurant, It is also undoubtedly good.

We stayed one night here. The room was clean and the floors were vinyl. I liked the vinyl floors, so much cleaner than carpet. The room was a suite with two double beds and a pull-out couch. The beds were comfy, although the pull-out bed was so so. The hotel was clean downstairs and the breakfast was good. They offered several different options for breakfast. I needed late check-out and they were able to accommodate me. Overall good stay. Stayed twice and would return.

We stayed at this hotel on our way home from a cruise in Florida. This hotel is very comfortable and was a great living space. We had the bedroom with a TV as well as a couch area that also has a TV. The couch sat very low and uncomfortable to get out of it. The bathroom was huge with a walk in shower and a big long sink with all of the amenities expected. The breakfast was delicious and I will stay here again if I’m ever in the Asheville area.

A friend and I have annual passes at the Biltmore and have stayed here 3 times and have yet to find a room with an exhaust fan in the bathroom...HOWEVER, the staff at this hotel is second to none. They are friendly, patient and accommodating. And I must say the the two people who will keep us coming back are Tikka and Kisha in the dining area. We stayed in June and actually commented on our return trip that we hoped we would get to see them again this trip. They are hard working and yet exude joy and good will at all times. We have stayed at 4 hotels at this one intersection and they would be a deciding factor in choosing Holiday Inn over the others...

The first day we walked in there were still stains around the sink, and the shower drain was really slow. After the water drained it was obvious that no one had cleaned the shower because there were a wad of hair in the drain. The next morning stop at front desk and told them about. When we got back nothing had been done. Called the you lady at the front desk and told her about she was the only one there of course. Everyone at the front desk said this no matter what time. Anyway she ask what was need to fix it and I told her so she came up with the stuff and pulled 3 big wads of hair out of the drain and it stunk. Kathrine was her name and she was great. So the next day stopped at front desk and said we wanted the bathroom cleaned got back nothing done. Was told the cleaners were able to decide if things needed to be cleaned. Next day stopped again and guess what nothing done again. The wife wanted an extra pillow so looked in the closet and found one pulled it out and had a big black stain on it. Not once did we see an actual manager, every you person at the front desk always said I am the only one here. Was the worst place we stayed in a while. Also we we’re leaving one morning and at shift change the person coming in ask what had happened to the front door and the response was we had homeless people in here last night. So obviously we left our trip early
