I don’t normally take the time to review places but considering that they market themselves as a 5 star hotel I want to make sure other people considering this hotel know what to expect at least. For context We stayed in this hotel for a week as a family (2 kids) in a connecting family room. First off when we arrived and checked in, the guy at reception said they would check our documents and to please wait in their restaurant. We ordered some drinks and waited. Meanwhile suddenly they start blasting Indian music so loud in the restaurant (it was only us and another family there) that we had to go ask them if they could please turn it back down again. I don’t know for who or why they put the music on so loud. This also happened when we ate breakfast one morning. After maybe 20 minutes we went to ask reception how check in was going and were only told that “they were checking”. We decided to go and get some late lunch since we didn’t know how long we needed to wait for them to “check” whatever they were checking. If the room wasn’t ready, it wouldn’t have been a problem if they simply said so and gave us a time frame for when it would be ready. But this was a taste of the service to come unfortunately. We had a connecting family room that had one bathroom to share. The master bedroom had only a window which was a small and by the ceiling facing out into the hallway (so no external window) which meant it was like sleeping with lights on all night as the hallway light were always on. In this case perhaps a curtain for that window would be good or installing sensor lights in the hallway so the light isn’t on unless someone is there. The rooms were SO warm and when we went to check about the air conditioning they told us it wasn’t working or they didn’t have it. (Not sure which was the correct answer) They couldn’t give us a straight answer. They told us the heating had been on the night before but that they had now switched it off and allowed for “air” instead. So whatever control you have in your room is basically useless. When we asked if they could allow for the air conditioning to be turned on they just told us they would sort it out but nothing got done. We had to sleep with the only external window open during the night so at least our kids could be more comfortable. Other important things to note - we got 2 towels for 4 people. We asked them to bring 2 more which wasn’t done. Only when we saw a cleaner outside in the hallway one evening (3 nights into our stay) did we get 2 more. - there was no cleaning the whole week. We asked for more water, asked if someone would come to at least remove the garbage and they told us they would send someone but never did. - as shown in the photos, one of the single beds was broken underneath. - several sheets/duvet covers were broken, one example shown in the photos. - there was cigarette burns on the double bed headboard despite it being a non-smoking room. Shown in photos. Also the bathr

Teatro Boutique Hotel

Nothing looks so good on the photo, the room decoration style feels the same as the small hotel in the county. It was clean, but the surrounding feeling was rather deserted, and there was no popularity. The road in front of the hotel was still being repaired. Not taking the subway, they are all taking taxis. When you check in, your passport will be at the front desk and check out will be given.

- The hotel's successful location (up to 10 minutes, in step-to-step accessibility park, bank, supermarkets and even shopping center). - All the necessary facilities in the room are (refrigerator, teapot, etc.). ”Cleaning was done every day (towels changed every day, cosmetic items are similar). ”Way-fay sometimes lost,” ”On breakfast there is something to choose, but when one and the same every day, so by the end of the week it wasn't very much to go for breakfast. - Personnel excellent ! True I didn't understand English sometimes, but in Russian a little spoke 2 people. I recommend the hotel.

Awful Fake Four Star Hotel. The pool has been demolished and cannot be used. The gym is about 3 meters long and has been demolished. The lobby is very small and humble. The third bed was made of two old, very dirty mattresses. After two hours of follow-up and protest, two sheets of paper were put on it and they said this was a bed !!!!! The services are completely offensive and outdated. The faucet was dug into the washroom. The towels were replaced with a long delay and with great persistence. There is no paper towel in the room. Toilet paper was also given to us with great insistence. Breakfast was also of poor quality. They got us money for espresso coffee. We have sued the travel agency that introduced the hotel in Iran for misleading the passenger and providing false information to the court. Anatolia Hotel is a typical 3rd class residence and does not look like a hotel.

It's a great place. Good treatment at check-in. Although there were minor delays in the food, the attitude and service were excellent. The hotel price is one of the most ideal among other hotels in the country. I recommend it to those traveling with their families.

Pros : - Good location. Not too far from city centre/ town area/ nice restaurants. - Customer service was on par. The staff always greeted with a smile and provided help when needed. - Relatively clean room and environment. - Near a park with exercising equipment. Cons: - Breakfast was decent and was freshly prepared. However, it was a bit disappointing that they had the same layout and dishes throughout our 5-day stay. It would have been nice to see more breakfast options.
