To Wat Arun about 10 minutes drive by taxi. From both airports about 35 km as a transit point is not recommended. We are already tired of tourist places, so we chose this place in a purpose. A decent-looking bar with beer nearby one, first turn right, deep down the street. But it turned out that it was not delicious and not very cheap. Compared to small institutions nearby. For 7/12 there is a night market with a fudcort, cook right at you, very delicious, colorful.Drinks can be brought, including beer can be brought with you

The location is okay. It's about a distance from B and there's also a 7-Eleven at the mouth of the alley. The staff are very nice, good service and smiling. The location is good, 12 minutes walk from BTS (Bang wa station), 11 minutes walk from MRT (Bang Phai station), these two stations are in opposite directions! There are 7-11, mini Big C, and a market near the hotel (both open in the morning and evening). Outside the 7-11, there are delicious banana pancakes for $50 baht at night. There is also a bar nearby~ there seems to be a resident singer on Saturdays (haven’t been there) The room type is a bit like a large suite, with a small balcony, but there is no hair dryer, toothpaste and toothbrush (remember to prepare it yourself), the bed is hard (I like it), and the plug is a universal plug, so you don’t need to bring an adapter. But if the voltage does not match, you still need to bring a transformer. The experience is comfortable, and you can refer to it. The hotel staff is based on Thai, so it will be a bit difficult to communicate in foreign languages, you can use a translator.

We stayed two weeks in this hotel. randomly chosen in the area we were lucky, good price clean, clean rooms, friendly staff, the location allows you to easily reach the whole Bangkok metro 50 meters .... Very recommended

My family and I enjoy coming to Bangkok during the New year. This year we come again and there is no doubt for the place to stay for 3 nights. Klean Residence is our first choice for it is very convenient to go to Bangkok downtown with BTS. Great hotel and staff supports :)

Hotel is in the prime location but as per the photos in the app while booking it was not like same. This is first time when a hotel charge for luggage handling when you checkout and go for 3 to 4 hours outside before taking the flight. Beds are making sound while you take a side also.

Located next to BTS Wongwian Yai, walk for a short while. The room is usable but would like to deduct points for cleanliness. Because the bedsheet has stains, I don't know what. The room floor still has dust. As soon as I took off my shoes, they were all stuck on. The housekeeper looked like she was too lazy to scrub the room.

Hotel operator is one quite understanding person. Me and my wife is on separate flight. I had to visit a professor, so, I had meeting to catch up. My wife follows after. However, she did not brought with her any Thai Baht. So, I called the hotel operator for help. Well, everything goes well. I really cannot imagine of someone we just met once willing to do the job. As for the stay, comfortable, cozy, quiet, clean and with powerful wifi. Just cannot find English tv channels such as CNN, Discovery, etc. I had a habit of watching tv before sleep. But surely, if I come back to Bangkok, I'll check-in here again.

Very good, clean, like it very much, safe, but the only disadvantage is there is no bedside plug provided. But it's usable. The bed is very soft. The bathroom is very beautiful. The shower gel provided is very good.

Good to have free boat shuttle to Sathorn pier which is close to Saphan Taksin BTS. And the hotel staffs were nice and helpful. When we reported that there were noise from air conditioner, they arranged a new room next day and upgraded my room as well. Will back again for my next trip.
