"Our room was upgraded upon check-in, and it was incredibly spacious with two floor-to-ceiling windows offering a panoramic view of Erhai Lake. Since the room faced east, I was able to witness the sunrise right from my bed – a dream come true! After enjoying the sunrise and before the sun got too intense, I went for a run along the ecological corridor. Coming back to a refreshing shower and a hearty breakfast, life couldn't get any more perfect! The butler guys, the owner, and the ladies at the coffee shop were all incredibly kind and friendly; we'd often chat when I sat in the downstairs cafe. I spent my days basking in the sun and my evenings soaking in the big bathtub. I slept wonderfully every single night! My only regret is not staying an extra night and rushing off to the ancient city. Guess I'll just have to come back again!"
