It's really close to the D exit of the subway! There are also places to eat and drink right next to the overpass, and it's a short walk to the Temple of Heaven. However, it's extremely poorly soundproofed. Some uncle was on the phone in the hallway at 1:30 AM, I almost thought I hadn't closed my door. There was also a constant humming sound from machine resonance and something like air conditioning dripping in the room. This place is perfect for heavy sleepers or those who aren't too particular about their environment.

Excellent location for shopping and public transport connection, clean rooms, all amenities worked. There is a breakfast from 7-9 am, but you can find many alternatives in the shopping mall or underground market just across the street. The metro station Line 8 (exit Am by the building on my photo) is 5 minutes away, you can reach Temple of Heaven in no time. At the reception you can use synchronised translator to communicate. The only disadvantage is that you can see other room's window from yours if you don't book a room with a view to the city street, and it can be noisy in the corridor.

It was a great surprise to stay with a baby! The hotel proactively upgraded the family room for free, with a large bed and a single bed, and the child slept very soundly 😴 It only costs 18 yuan to take a taxi from here to Tsinghua University, and it is also convenient to travel. I must give a good review 👍

The room was absolutely perfect – spotless and incredibly tidy. I particularly want to commend how pristine the sheets and duvet covers were, which made for a truly comfortable stay. As I was traveling with my cat for an overnight stay, I was incredibly touched by how pet-friendly the hotel is; it was so thoughtful. What's more, the service was truly outstanding. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, even helping us with our luggage. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Beijing! (P.S. I also managed to capture some stunning morning views.)

The room is located within the hotel complex, making it very easy to find. It was spotlessly clean, and although compact, it met good standards. Considering the price, it's one of the most cost-effective budget hotels around Jiuxianqiao. Its location in the middle of the complex, away from the street, ensured a remarkably quiet sleeping environment – an unexpected and pleasant surprise. I've already stayed here three times and will likely choose it again for my next business trip to Beijing.

The room is great, well-lit, and very clean. It's fully equipped, and the front desk service is also quite good. There's a hairdryer and an electric mosquito repellent in the drawers. The hot water heats up quickly, which is a nice change from some other hotels where I've had to run the water for ages before it got warm. This place is pretty good.

It's early May, there is no air conditioning, and the air conditioner fan blows ordinary wind. Because I live in a room without windows, it feels very stuffy and smells strong (the ventilation fan in the bathroom is not effective) D. A toothbrush was provided on the first day of check-in, but not provided after that (if you ask for it at the front desk, it should be given) E. Many routine details are not done well: there is no tissue paper on the table in the room, there is no conspicuous reminder for WiFi, the stains on the seat cushion of the chair are too conspicuous, the toilet gasket and double-sided tape are sticky, and there is only hand sanitizer on the sink offers nothing
