The apar**ent is spacious, clean and has great views of the surrounding mountains. The manager arranged a car service to water village(5mins drive away). Amazing trip!

1.此房間為二期，距離景區門口5公里左右
2.清明前後房間温度不高，十多度，空調沒熱風，沒有厚被子或者毯子
3.運氣不好，熱水器沒有燃氣了，全程沒有熱

房子位於半山別墅區，距離古水北鎮景區3公里左右，遛達着就能到景區，管家會安排擺渡車，我們是開車來的，管家貼心的和保安溝通後讓我們可以直接開進小區，這就更方便了。我們是兩對夫妻，定了2張大床套房，一層二層各一間大床房，客廳 兩個卧室都有空調👍 整體裝修温馨舒適家居都很有質感。會推薦給家人，朋友。老闆人很好，我們爬長城下來晚了，老闆又給我們順延了時間。景區景色優美，不愧是北方的江南水鄉小鎮。

1、照片和預訂時候看到的房間不符。預訂時有三個房型照片，説是另外兩個房賣完了。給了個最差的，單人床衹有1.8米長。但是房間號是預訂的時候就確定的，到了住的地方門牌號也是寫門上的，怎麼可能還有三選一一説呢？
2、入住是晚上九點多了，發現兩個床被子掀開都有頭髮，枕套床單多處臟印。最後折騰到十一點才換完床單睡下，玩了一天累壞了。衞生是基礎吧。
3、那邊就是山上一片住宅區，離景區三公里多，要自己先走到停車地方，然後開車帶過去。每個房間就是個開間，裝修了統一出租。我們住二樓一樓院子都是雜草叢生的。統一有人安排接送，湊齊6個人走一波。入住用密碼鎖自助進去。沒有什麼別墅一説，後來細看平台圖片，都是虛一張實際再來幾張，更沒有大堂和前台。宣傳説清楚是民宿，大過節的快七百塊一個開間我能接受。但是被欺騙的感覺很不好。房間連礦泉水都沒有，就給我個圖片説水費按15元/噸交的，所以就可以喝，所以沒有備水。如果要買要自己去某個小賣店買。大半夜的小區黑不隆咚最後算是給我送了。這是我服務覺得還行的地方。
最後還是攜程平台給予瞭解決。算是維護了老客户吧。
