Everything was great from the first second! The staff is polite and friendly: we had a lot of questions and they helped us all the time, what is really good for foreigners. The room was not so big, but it's nice: clean bright, comfortable and really calm. So, if you have some problems with sleeping, don't worry: you will sleep like a baby. By the way: the hotel has a good location, which is important if you don't have enough time (one day or some hours). So, if you are looking a good place to stay, you have found it. I think we'll come back here next time

For travellers looking for a genuine review here 😆 Okay so I actually had to sit down and write this because my stay was genuinely impressive haha. From the check-in moment itself the receptionists were just super responsive and helpful. Had a bunch of questions throughout and every single time someone was right there to help attend to us, which honestly these days isn't always a given. The room itself was spotless like actually clean clean. You know how sometimes hotels say clean but you still kinda side eye the corners? Not here lol. Housekeeping clearly knows what they're doing cause they even handled our washing and drying and got it back to us quick and perfect. Okay but the robot?? 😂 This thing delivering our food and parcels to the room was actually so cool idk why but it made the whole experience feel fancy haha. Room service but make it futuristic. The bed though. The mattress and pillows were something else fr. Had like the best sleep I've had in a while, the kind where you wake up and don't wanna move. Bathroom was super clean too and the toilet bowl being warmed?? Unexpected but honestly I felt like I was in a 5 star hotel. Anyway yeah if you're scrolling through reviews wondering if it's worth it, it is. Wonderful experience overall.

Pretty good chain of hotels. The only problem was that on on the second day, they took out the trash but left everything else untouched. Bed was a mess, they left the used teacup from the previous night on the table. Rather surprising as I’d clicked the “make up room” option on the smart monitor. The bathroom would benefit from better cleaning as there were water marks from the previous users of the room. Great amenities nonetheless.

I've stayed at this hotel brand before when I visited Nanjing, and I was surprised to find they opened one in Beijing. The location is super convenient, making it easy to get to Hopson One and Happy Valley. The room's soft furnishings are lovely, and I really appreciate the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom. I'm a light sleeper and quite particular about my pillows, but the soundproofing in the room was excellent. I slept through the night almost undisturbed. Highly recommend! 👍

The room environment is pretty good and kept very clean. The transportation is also quite convenient; you can take Metro Line 7 directly to Beijing West Railway Station. There's also Hopson One nearby, where you can shop, eat, and drink. I'm a clean freak and pay close attention to details, so overall, the experience was quite good.

The hotel is very clean, with a simple yet bright layout, and the service is excellent! 👍 Especially the bedding, which is super comfortable, and the breakfast is plentiful and tasty. 👍 They offer both Western and Chinese options. There's also a gym on the second floor; it's not huge and doesn't have many facilities, but it's enough for a simple workout, and they provide water and towels. Plus, it's super convenient as the subway station is just 200 meters to the right when you exit the hotel, making it easy to get anywhere.

Very close to Happy Valley, the bedding is brand new, the room is cleaned, the front desk service is very warm, there is mainly free parking, the location is very convenient, friends with cars are highly recommended, parking fees can save dozens.

Overall the place is very comfortable, it's just quite far from the city center. Although taking the Beijing Rail Transit, it only takes 1 hour to the city center. But around the hotel there are many places to eat (not many halal places, there is just a chicken restaurant like KFC behind the hotel) and local supermarkets can find local snacks for souvenirs. It is very easy for those who don't like too crowded atmospheres. The rooms are always cleaned every day and given a drinking bottle every day, the cleaning lady is also very polite. There is a smart robot that can deliver food. If you want to go to Universal Studio Beijing, it is very easy, no need to transit. Sorry, there are no photos of the room because the stay was very short. Especially for Indonesians, don't be afraid to stay here even though there are many local people. Because it is very pleasant 💕😍💕😍💕😍.

I was really angry when I checked in yesterday. My partner went out, and I was in the room by myself. I also knew that I would check out before 12 o'clock. Later, the front desk called and said that I could delay check-out at 2 o'clock for free. I would like to help you give me a good review at that time. To be honest, it was 2 o'clock. I didn’t need to check out. The key is to waste what is not needed. Then I was cleaning up, but when I was cleaning up, a man swiped his room card and entered the room. I was confused at the time, said sorry and turned around to go out. Really I was very scared at that time, and even now, I don’t have a reasonable explanation.
