Hotels in Happy Valley, Beijing

Everything is great. The room is cozy and there is all required equipment in it. The staff is polite and is ready to solve any problem. We came into room and heard cars outside. Sleeping in quiet is very important for us. Manager offered us fo achamge a room to another. Another room was quiet. We had a good sleeping and we are glad to visit this place again. Moreover, there is an all required equipment in the hall. If we are hungry, we can warm our meal in the microwave oven. There is a fridge with free fruits and water. The traveler can make a coffee too. it's free. There is a sport equipment on the second floor. If you have time and wish you can do an exercises. I wish I don't have much time to stay here longer. During the next visiting Beijing I will stay here again.

Excellent Stay. Silent location close to the metro. Modern apartments. The staff provided a service equal to a 4-star European hotel, they really tried to make everything possible. The only disadvantage is that other guests tend to smoke in their rooms, although it is forbidden, and through the ventilation system, the smell went into all other guests' bathrooms. The hotel would be much better off if they enforced their smoking ban in the rooms consistently to avoid this issue.

Overall the place is very comfortable, it's just quite far from the city center. Although taking the Beijing Rail Transit, it only takes 1 hour to the city center. But around the hotel there are many places to eat (not many halal places, there is just a chicken restaurant like KFC behind the hotel) and local supermarkets can find local snacks for souvenirs. It is very easy for those who don't like too crowded atmospheres. The rooms are always cleaned every day and given a drinking bottle every day, the cleaning lady is also very polite. There is a smart robot that can deliver food. If you want to go to Universal Studio Beijing, it is very easy, no need to transit. Sorry, there are no photos of the room because the stay was very short. Especially for Indonesians, don't be afraid to stay here even though there are many local people. Because it is very pleasant 💕😍💕😍💕😍.

The room was quite spacious, but the cleanliness was poor. The bathroom wasn't clean, the floor was dirty and messy, and the automatic toilet, though modern, was unusable and had hair on it. The only good thing was the excellent attitude of the front desk staff, especially the team leader I met during check-out – she deserves five stars. Breakfast was too simple and just mediocre.

It was super clean, the staff was super friendly and the sound isolation between rooms are superior, the bed sheets are super sanitary and they provide you with new toiletries everyday, it was a pleasant stay, children can watch free TV cartoon during the stay was a bonus point. It's 5min away from the nearest metro and there are many supermarkets nearby, the street around the hotel is also very safe and quiet

During the holidays, we took our pet on a road trip to Happy Valley and stayed at Atour Hotel Happy Valley. Overall, our stay was very pleasant. There were plenty of parking spaces in front of the hotel, so we didn't have to worry about finding a spot. The location is excellent, not far from Happy Valley, which saved us a lot of travel time. The room facilities were complete and in good condition, making us feel very comfortable using them. As a pet-friendly hotel, being able to bring our furry friend along significantly enhanced our experience. The staff were professional and enthusiastic, check-in and check-out were efficient, and they patiently answered any questions we had. The hotel environment was quiet and elegant, allowing us to rest peacefully after a day of fun. The overall value for money is excellent, and I highly recommend it to travelers with pets who are on a road trip.

Very close to Happy Valley, the bedding is brand new, the room is cleaned, the front desk service is very warm, there is mainly free parking, the location is very convenient, friends with cars are highly recommended, parking fees can save dozens.

For travellers looking for a genuine review here 😆 Okay so I actually had to sit down and write this because my stay was genuinely impressive haha. From the check-in moment itself the receptionists were just super responsive and helpful. Had a bunch of questions throughout and every single time someone was right there to help attend to us, which honestly these days isn't always a given. The room itself was spotless like actually clean clean. You know how sometimes hotels say clean but you still kinda side eye the corners? Not here lol. Housekeeping clearly knows what they're doing cause they even handled our washing and drying and got it back to us quick and perfect. Okay but the robot?? 😂 This thing delivering our food and parcels to the room was actually so cool idk why but it made the whole experience feel fancy haha. Room service but make it futuristic. The bed though. The mattress and pillows were something else fr. Had like the best sleep I've had in a while, the kind where you wake up and don't wanna move. Bathroom was super clean too and the toilet bowl being warmed?? Unexpected but honestly I felt like I was in a 5 star hotel. Anyway yeah if you're scrolling through reviews wondering if it's worth it, it is. Wonderful experience overall.

Had a great experience! Breakfast runs until 11 AM, which is perfect for late risers who still want to grab a bite. The room was clean, and the bed was large and spotless. The staff were all very friendly and the service was excellent.

The hotel was quite good value for money for this time of year; the hotel environment and facilities were nice, and they offered a shuttle bus service from the subway station. The driver was also very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to my friends if I have any trips to Beijing in the future.
