The hotel's location is convenient, the room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making for a great overall experience. The business suite was perfect for staying with kids, offering spacious and well-divided areas with good soundproofing, so the little ones could play without disturbing anyone. The service was thoughtful and meticulous. It's definitely our top choice for traveling with children, highly recommended! We'll choose this hotel again for our next trip!

The hotel boasts an elegant environment, making you feel like you have an entire mountain to yourself. Built into the hillside, the two-bedroom suite we booked this time was located mid-mountain. The hotel community has complete facilities, and the main entrance is fenced off with a gate, so the security is reassuring and makes you feel very safe.
The shuttle service uses Voyah commercial vans, which are super comfortable! The staff helped with our luggage, which was very thoughtful and attentive. It's about 10 kilometers from Badaling Great Wall, and Shuiguan Great Wall is nearby and not crowded. Juyongguan Great Wall is also conveniently located on the way to Beijing South Station, so we stopped by, making our trip even more rich and fulfilling.

The staff were incredibly patient and explained the best times to climb Badaling, which saved my kids from being disappointed. They really deserve a commendation! The hotel is very close to Badaling, and they offer a free shuttle service there and back. The scenery is beautiful, and it's wonderful to enjoy such blue skies amidst a busy life.

To visit the National Museum, I stayed for a day, and choosing Capital Hotel was definitely the right decision. I didn't expect the hotel environment to be so good, and the location is excellent. The Citywalk route was superb. It fulfilled several of my dreams: strolling through Dongjiaomin Alley, enjoying roast duck at Jingfang Restaurant, a night tour of Tiananmen Square, and wandering around Dashilar. Getting to the National Museum the next day was also very convenient. The hotel has the style of a royal garden, and the two large ginkgo trees are beautiful, though it's a pity their leaves haven't turned yellow yet. The hotel also offers intangible cultural heritage experiences and travel photography activities. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Beijing.

The location is great, though the facilities are a bit old, which also somewhat matches the hotel's style. This was my second visit, and the bellhops, public areas, and restaurant staff were all incredibly warm and proactive. However, there are two minor points I'd like to mention.
First, during check-in, I was staying for two nights and wanted a higher floor. The front desk told me that my room type was only available on the 4th and 5th floors, and the 5th floor wasn't ready yet. To get a higher floor, I'd have to pay extra. Last time I stayed, they proactively upgraded me, and since the hotel didn't seem busy this time, I was a little disappointed not to get an upgrade (though this is purely my personal feeling; they aren't obligated to give me a free upgrade).
Second, after checking in, the bellhop was very proactive, pushing my luggage to the elevator. However, as we approached the elevator, the bellhop saw two or three people waiting and gestured for me to wait. We waited for a minute or two until they got into an elevator and the doors closed before he guided me to press the elevator button. This made me quite uncomfortable. Based on the situation, I felt like the previous group might have been high-ranking hotel staff, and it was the first time I've ever been held back as a guest to let higher-ups go first.

We brought our child to Beijing, and since Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City were must-see attractions, we ultimately chose the NUO Hotel Beijing. I was a bit worried about older hotels having outdated facilities before checking in, but the actual experience was surprisingly amazing.
The hotel, which opened in 1917, once enjoyed the reputation of being 'the first luxury hotel.' Many historical figures have stayed here, and it's steeped in a century of history. We stayed in the Grand Premium Chang'an Avenue View room, which had been recently renovated. At a spacious 60 square meters, it offered ample room and a fantastic view directly overlooking Chang'an Avenue. The front desk staff were very friendly; they helped us with our luggage to the room and explained how to use all the room's facilities one by one.
The hotel lobby had a wonderful ambiance with its high vaulted ceilings and magnificent crystal chandeliers, creating a vintage vibe that was perfect for photos. The facilities were comprehensive, and both the gym and heated pool were fully operational. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and the hotpot (Shuan Yang Rou) at the hotel was also very good.
The most significant plus was the prime location. Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City were both within walking distance, which saved us the hassle of taking taxis and rushing when traveling with a child. Overall, our stay was extremely satisfying.

This hotel is situated in a strategic location. Tienanmen square is just opposite of the road . All the Major attractions Forbidden city , Jhinshen Park. Chairmen Mao museum, Wangfujing street , Qianmen Street all are with in your walking distance. You got few groceries to get your daily needs . What’s else do you need while you are visiting the capital city of China . There is a front desk lady who doesn’t speak english but will try to help you by every means . I would definitely recommend this hotel for short stay.
