Hotel environment is good,

I arrived a little early and felt very tired, so I asked for an earlier check-in. And even though I paid $31 and applied for an earlier check-in, I checked in about an hour earlier than the normal check-in time. Even after paying the additional fee, I waited for over two hours to check in. They didn't even accept credit cards, only dollars. The staff's insincerity was a bit disappointing.

Comfortable location, almost in the center, in the pedestrian availability of shopping restaurants shops, everything you need. Three days of accommodation were received in rubles of about 8 thousand. Probably the best hotel in Bishkek. It is located in the city center and has convenient transportation. There is a tree-lined road outside the hotel with a nice view. The hotel has a nice heated swimming pool and sauna. The bed is big, the quality of bedding and toiletries are good!

My friend had lost her luggage and needed some help to contact the airport / airlines. The receptionists were extremely helpful and active in reaching out to all channels available. Even after we checked out, they helped us to follow up. Was a great stay! 10/10 would recommend!

It was a newly opened hotel, so it was very clean and I liked it. The day I went, I was the only customer on the first day of the opening, so I felt like all the staff were watching me and moving. Breakfast was cooked and brought to me, and I was able to enjoy a cappuccino.
