Haikou Hotels with Breakfast

I brought my child to Haikou for a vacation this time and stumbled upon this hotel. The overall experience exceeded my expectations, truly great value for money. The hotel is situated in the heart of Haikou's West Coast, just a short drive from Leiqiong Global Geopark, Tropical Wildlife Park, Holiday Beach, and CDF Haikou International Duty-Free City. It's incredibly convenient whether you're exploring nature, taking kids to see animals, or shopping for duty-free goodies. The hotel's facilities are exceptionally well-equipped. The outdoor pool, with its dedicated children's play area and fun water slides, keeps kids entertained. There's also an indoor heated pool, a professional gym, and a ping-pong room, catering to both adult relaxation and kids' fun. You can easily fill your leisure time without even leaving the hotel. The breakfast quality was a pleasant surprise. The dishes were abundant and varied, with no repetition, and the taste was on point. It offered a good mix of Chinese, Western, and local specialties, so you wouldn't get tired of it even with daily meals. The room details were meticulously thought out, perfectly suited for Hainan's humid climate. Since the hotel is a bit away from the sea, it's not too damp. The bathroom is equipped with a full set of Bvlgari toiletries. The room's air conditioning has powerful dehumidifying capabilities, and there's an additional independent dehumidifier. The room stayed dry and fresh throughout our stay, completely free from any sticky or uncomfortable feeling. The service was thoughtful and attentive, with staff members being gentle and polite. From the front desk to the restaurant and public area staff, everyone was warm and courteous. Requests were promptly attended to, and they were patient and meticulous in their interactions, making our entire stay very comfortable. This hotel offers excellent value for money. It's a fantastic choice for family vacations or leisure stays in Haikou; you absolutely can't go wrong. I'll definitely be returning!

Extremely satisfied with my stay! I arrived early and they kindly allowed a free early check-in. The laundry facilities, environment, and cleanliness were all excellent. The lobby is also very spacious. It's a convenient 15-minute taxi ride (about 12 RMB) to Haida South Gate Night Market and Qilou Old Street.

The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding. The breakfast was excellent and varied, offering fruits, bread, hot dishes, and even freshly cooked items. The room also came with complimentary drinks, and you could pick up free coffee at the front desk. They even provided late-night snacks! But what truly stood out was the service. The front desk staff were not only beautiful but also had lovely voices, making every interaction a pleasure.

Facilities: The decor is very new; it's probably one of the newer hotels in Haikou right now. Cleanliness: Clean and fresh. Environment: Vientiane City is just two traffic lights away, making shopping and dining super convenient. Wanlu Garden is also within walking distance. Service: The front desk staff, after hearing I wanted to see the sunset, recommended upgrading to a Premium Seaview room, which was absolutely stunning. The room they assigned also faced Binhai Avenue, offering a perfect night view.

I was particularly impressed by the bespoke details throughout the hotel, which add a touch of elegance and sophistication to the overall experience. The exceptional service provided by the hotel manager and staff made all the difference. They attended to my VIP requests with remarkable care and attention to detail, ensuring that my needs were met with utmost precision. The hotel manager went above and beyond with personalized off-property recommendations, guiding me to the best local gems—from a vibrant jazz bar to a charming walking street and an exquisite French restaurant. Every recommendation was a real treat, showcasing true VVIP bespoke butler-style service that made my trip even more special. I have traveled extensively across Asia, and I can confidently say that MOS Hotel Haikou holds a unique charm that is hard to find elsewhere. Moreover, during my stay, I was fortunate enough to participate in special edition events that showcased the island's vibrant culture and creativity. It was a perfect blend of relaxation and inspiration, making my visit even more memorable. As a film studio executive, I can say with certainty that MOS Hotel Haikou exceeded all my expectations and more. I left with a heart full of gratitude and inspiration, and I cannot wait to return to this extraordinary haven. The facilities are decent, but I'm deducting points for two things. First, as shown in picture 1, a staff member told me I needed a swimming cap after I got into the pool, which I completely understand. I immediately left the main pool and played with my child in the kiddie pool. However, half an hour later, a group of people arrived, and two men among them were happily playing in the pool without swimming caps. The staff member was right there but didn't say anything. What's the deal? Double standards? Second, after checking out and about to get into my booked Didi, the front desk stopped me, saying my room payment had been mysteriously refunded and I needed to pay again. Although their attitude was good, why did it take three days, and they only noticed it when I was checking out? Luckily, my Didi driver was very nice and patiently waited a few minutes.

This is a four-star hotel, and admittedly, some of the facilities are a bit old. When I arrived in Haikou, it had just rained, and there was a musty smell in the room and corridors, which was a bit off-putting. However, everything else was quite good. What stood out was that the shower water was natural hot spring water, and you could even enjoy the hot springs from 2 PM to 10 PM daily. For a room rate of just over 100 RMB, it's truly excellent value for money. Plus, the hotel is located right in the old town, full of local charm and a lively atmosphere. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Haikou.

Absolutely perfect! I initially thought it was an old hotel, but it completely won me over with its service and consistent quality. First off, there's the Kids' Creativity Park, offering all sorts of fun activities and photo ops for children. Secondly, I just found out it's part of the Marriott family of hotels. The staff were incredibly patient; I can't remember the name of the front desk attendant who helped us, but they kept my ID safe after I lost it, bringing me the joy of finding something I thought was gone forever. The Wi-Fi signal in our room was poor, but the 'little butler' (concierge) and front desk staff patiently came to our room multiple times to help us troubleshoot. The hotel is also very close to the beach, and you can even spot squirrels on the walk there. The kids had an absolute blast, especially with the sand bikes! It's truly the perfect hotel for families. I recommended it to friends the very next day, and they also stayed there for two nights the following Tuesday, reporting a truly excellent experience. Another plus is that there are lots of foreign children here, and everyone seems so happy and relaxed! Plus, they're very delivery-friendly; you can order anything you want, which is a huge bonus. It was a fantastic experience, and I might even come back for a second stay!

Perhaps because I'd heard so many negative things about Hilton before, this stay at the Hilton Haikou far exceeded my expectations. So much so that we ended up buying the buffet dinner directly at the hotel and even went for drinks at the bar. The check-in process was incredibly fast, and the lobby staff provided a seamless transition from the moment we stepped out of the car until we were escorted to the elevator, with three or four different employees involved. The service from the WeChat butler, housekeeping, restaurant, bar, and gym was all excellent. It really feels like this Hilton is very well-trained. The bedding was fantastic, comparable to what I've experienced at JW Marriott and Ritz-Carlton, especially the down pillows – I was so pleased I wanted to buy some for home after sleeping on them.

I chose to stay here for the Haikou Marathon because it's only 3km from the starting line, a quick bike ride away. It's also just 2km from Qilou Old Street, which is super convenient for cycling and city walks. There are plenty of great food options nearby too, definitely worth another visit! The hotel front desk knew I was running the marathon and kindly arranged for a late check-out, which I really appreciated. Thumbs up!
