BbhgghggbjdxgynyefThe B&B owner was incredibly hospitable, the rooms were warm and spotless, and the Northeastern-style stewed fish was delicious. The beautiful snowscapes were visible everywhere, and Dog Bear Mountain was exciting and fun. It's definitely worth a visit! In the evenings, the lobby was filled with travelers from all over the world, chatting happily with the owner (who, by the way, used a translator to communicate with foreign guests, so cool!). He's super popular with international visitors; even a Malaysian tourist mentioned that this B&B is famous in their country. The owner even accompanied us to Dog Bear Mountain for free and offered drone photography. The emotional value was immense, highly recommended!

MM1s3n3ckn****This was my first time visiting Xuegu with my mom, and we stayed at this inn. The environment was great, with a strong Northeastern charm. The owners provided excellent service. The next day, when we went to Wusong Ridge to play in the snow, the owner accompanied us the whole time, taking photos and even teaching us how to ski for free. If we had gone on our own, hiring an instructor at the ski resort would have cost several hundred yuan. The owner was very patient and professional with the photos, allowing me to fully enjoy myself. There were also evening activities at the inn, where the owner would film a 'water splashing into ice' video for us for free, a service that costs money in Xuexiang. We even bought Wuchang rice from them. Overall, I highly recommend this inn for anyone visiting Xuegu. I've already recommended it to my family and friends.

The room decor has a strong Northeastern charm, with wooden ceilings and floral curtains, creating a cozy and elegant atmosphere. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the pillows are just the right height, ensuring a superb sleeping experience. The underfloor heating works exceptionally well; even when it's dozens of degrees below zero outside, the room remains warm as spring. The owners are genuinely kind and straightforward, and their recommendations for restaurants and attractions are very reliable. The guesthouse offers a free breakfast with a rich variety of porridge, steamed buns, eggs, and pickles, providing a balanced and nutritious start to the day. In the evening, you can even roast sweet potatoes and regular potatoes at the guesthouse, which are sweet and delicious, bringing back many childhood memories. Overall, the value for money is outstanding, and the service, environment, and hygiene are all impeccable. If you're coming to Snow Valley, this is the place to stay!

AaiwanyuAfter more than 10 days of travel, returning home and staying at Lantian Hotel felt just like being at home. The owner was kind enough to upgrade my room. It was exceptionally clean and very quiet, allowing me to finally get a much-needed good night's sleep. Thank you! I'll definitely be back. Given that Mudanjiang airport is currently under expansion and I was heading to Harbin, this hotel's proximity to the airport was perfect. Plus, they offer complimentary airport pickup and drop-off, which is truly excellent!

MM12037****As a Heilongjiang native who hadn't been home in ten years, I was absolutely delighted with my stay. Our Harbin's service has truly gone up a huge notch! From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff proactively upgraded us to a family room when they saw we had two children. The lobby security was so helpful, offering warm reminders, opening doors, and even helping me receive and open a package. The cleaning staff were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. And the hotel breakfast? Absolutely outstanding! I got to enjoy hometown dishes like cucumber with minced meat, fried hairtail, frozen pears, aspic, roasted chicken, and 'liurouduan' (fried pork in sweet and sour sauce). The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The environment, facilities, and service level are truly exceptional for a hotel in this price range – and I mean that in comparison to what you get for the same money elsewhere. We were right next to Zhaolin Park, so the kids could come straight back and rest after playing on the ice. Sophia Cathedral was only a ten-minute walk, and Central Street just five minutes. All in all, it exceeded my expectations. Thank you for your efforts in making Harbin so charming! 👍

WWuhuangThe most important thing for a hotel is a comfortable bed, and this one exceeded expectations. The pillows, mattress, and duvet were all excellent, and the hygiene was impeccable. The service attitude was great, always responsive to requests, especially the shuttle service. The driver was patient and helpful; when I left my ID in the returned ski clothes, they immediately arranged for it to be found.
Regarding the hotel facilities, there was a pungent smell upon entering, perhaps from an air freshener. More ventilation might be better.

AAgus99Our family of five stayed for 5 nights in Harbin, and it was absolutely fantastic. We received gifts upon check-in and again at check-out. The front desk staff, both the young men and women, were incredibly warm and helpful. They even offered complimentary rock sugar pear tea and afternoon tea. The room was very new and spotless. They thoughtfully provided disposable toilet seat covers and disinfectant wipes. All in all, our stay was very comfortable and pleasant.

XXiaoyuerHighly recommend this hidden gem of a hotel! It's right by the Central Street shopping district, and only a fifteen-minute walk to Saint Sophia Cathedral. Plus, transportation around the area is incredibly convenient. The elevator runs smoothly, and the room amenities are top-notch: a 64-inch high-definition projection screen, excellent concierge service, super fast Wi-Fi, a mini-fridge, and complimentary bottled water. It's fantastic value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Harbin! 😊😊😊

SScottYoungFor those looking to ski, this hotel's location is absolutely perfect. The front desk staff are very warm and helpful. Although the rooms are simple, they are clean and comfortable. Ski equipment was already prepared in the locker, and the staff were very enthusiastic in assisting us. The only downside was that some people were smoking in the common areas and no one seemed to be managing it.
