Very nice hotel with a fantastic breakfast. The hotel has the best location - just at the seaside. The staff is super friendly and speak perfect English. We had a view over the parking, so completely quiet at night. Very comfortable with parking. Costs 15 euro per day. Highly recommended. Will come back.

The Hôtel Frisia is an excellent hotel in a great location, directly opposite the marina and a five-minute walk from a range of restaurants. Our room had a good-sized balcony, large bathroom, and plenty of wardrobe space. We also had very comfortable twin beds. However, the best thing about the hotel is the friendly and helpful staff, especially Hans-Peter for whom nothing is too much trouble. However, we understand that the hotel has recently been bought by Russians, who will close it for refurbishment at the end of the 2023 season, we believe with the intention to upgrade it to 4 stars. I can only hope that when it reopens it will retain its current charm and still be in our price range - unfortunately I doubt either wish will come true.

The room is relatively large for Europe and has a large balcony. Very clean and tidy. The waiter's attitude is also very good. Water is delivered every day, which is also rare in France. The facilities are relatively new. After all, the hotel was opened in 2021 and is larger than the hotels in Paris. The overall feeling is good. There is also a convenience store next to it, as well as a barbecue. Very close to the town's flea market and other shops. It felt very safe too. 14 minutes walk to the train station.
