I write this review still sitting in the hotel lobby to report my insatisfaction with absolutely everything that involved my hosting at Capivari Eco Resort. The first point to be highlighted is the dispreparedness of reception staff in the service of a hotel that is self-named “RESORT”. Soon when I arrived, I asked where I could get water for the driver who came to bring us to the hotel, the reception immediately said he had no glass of water to offer, he should go to the station (which is two km away) to buy. I just looked at the mezzanine above the reception and saw a filter with water, and asked if I could serve a drink there, when the receptionist ready to pick it up. Even so the expectation was high, for the photos there are several internal activities, even because we chose a rain and cold season for hosting, so we knew that the “echo” would be for another opportunity, but there will be no other thermal pool and waters were in maintenance and would only return the next day. We went to the game room, which was closed and without access to the internet in all equipment, and we returned to the room frustrated by having provided time, money and expectations on this trip. The other day we contacted the reception to check the possibility of using thermal pool, and for the second time they told us that it would only work again after lunch. In that time we decided to go to know the “cabana del té y camión”, which is a nice bangalô, but with the minimum of resources for the te y camión. For our surprise, the energy was not working there, so the water was cold and no light. According to a restaurant official, the situation was like that for at least two days ago, I called the maintenance and waited for 40 minutes, no one came up, I repeat my request when they told me that the maintenance was checking. As I see my option to return to the room again, I asked about the maintenance of the pool thermostat, which was finally arranged, but the answer was: it took 12 hours to warm up. I could use one of the waters, which was hot, for 1h at the end of the afternoon of my second day of hosting. Due to the low flow of people over the week, the restaurant prepares a cardboard with cook's choices for lunch and dinner, which was no more surprised when we received a completely different order than that available on the cardboard.
