"Affordable price, great location, although it is a hotel developed and operated by Indians, but it is really OK. I suggest staying in Canmore when you go to Banff, the housing conditions are much better."
"blackstone is a very comfortable hotel. It has an indoor heated swimming pool and two warm Jacuzzis perfect for winter use. I especially like to take a bath in the outdoor massage pool because the surrounding mountain scenery is very beautiful, especially when it snows outside, it is a great pleasure to watch the snow scene in the massage pool. The hotel rooms are clean and well appointed, the beds are comfortable, and the staff are friendly. If you want to have a relaxing and pleasant vacation in the cold winter, I highly recommend blackstone mountain lodge, it will give you extraordinary enjoyment. The facilities and services here are very comfortable."
"The appearance of the apartment is not new, but the interior decoration is very good and the facilities are complete. Electric fireplace adjustable. The waiter was also nice and cleaned up every day. Before leaving, I forgot to leave a tip, a little embarrassed. In short, I live very well. I feel that developed countries are just a penny and a lot of money. The children are very happy."

"Because Banff’s hotels are too expensive, I live in the town of Kenmore. I have a Safeway grocery shopping restaurant. I cook in the hotel and eat too much. I have a room and a room. There is a big bed in the room. There is a sofa bed with an electric stove. Large refrigerator, washing machine, large bathtub, parking in the underground garage, direct elevator to the upper floor, and a balcony for a great barbecue experience."
"Nice hotel with full facilities. The washing and drying machine is very easy to use. The shower room is very useful. If you go on a cold day, you can also use the sauna. The kitchen is also very nice and comfortable to live in. There is also a fireplace. The door is made of glass. I think it is an electric stove. The carbon inside is a fake decoration. But the carbon is real and it is really burning. There is a gas stove under the carbon. On the wall, the same switch as the interior light. Feeling better."
"The staff at the front desk were not very friendly and their facial expressions were not very nice. (Individual staff!)
There are various types of facilities, which is good.
The check in time is too late, 4:00 pm, and the check out time is too early, 11:00 am. In terms of price, it is not worth it.
The room I stayed in was on the 2nd floor, next to the swimming pool. Every day I could hear the sound of residents walking upstairs. I wonder if the upper floor was not carpeted and the sound insulation was not good!"
"The hotel room is large and the kitchen facilities are complete, suitable for family outings. There is a washing machine and dryer in the room, which is very convenient. The hotel is about 10 minutes' drive from the town center. The hotel has a free underground parking lot, which is safe and convenient."
"We booked this mostly as it included breakfast, the picture shows a continental breakfast area in the kitchen, however, you have to go to reception to get a basket and have no choice in what you get. I have allergies so couldn’t eat most of it so gave it to my partner. The rest of the hotel is great just let down slightly by breakfast"

"I booked it because of the good reviews. Some of the rooms in the photos don't have desks and stools, so I specifically wanted a room with a desk and stool. The room is quite big, but I can't complain about it. It's next to the front desk on the first floor. Although there is a small door outside the room, the sound insulation under the double door is barely OK. After 10 o'clock, the surrounding area is basically quiet, but around 6 o'clock in the morning, the surrounding area starts to get noisy, and there are many cars on the road outside."

Great
GGuest UserThe room is large and new, with good sound insulation. The hotel staff is warm and friendly, and can provide various travel information and daily help. Although I have lived here for many days, I am still amazed every time I see the beautiful scenery outside the window.
The entire planning of Canmore is relatively more relaxed and comfortable. The hotel can get on the highway right outside. It is very convenient to go shopping and eating in the city center and surrounding areas. It is not as noisy and crowded as the town of Banff. It is highly recommended!
Nnaa npEverything is good! The room is big and clean with amenities. There is a free cookie in lobby which is delicious. Lot of family and kid, it’s a bit noisy sometimes. Don’t have chance to try the pool.
JJess CollinsGreat room at a great price. The location was also great, if only we had had more time and warmer weather to explore. The coffee shop looked lovely as well, but we didn't get a chance to try it because of our arrival/departure times. We were very excited about the outdoor hot tub, so we were disappointed to find it was closed upon our arrival. This happens so frequently on our trips across Canada though, so we weren't overly surprised. I have some sort of bad luck jinx when it comes to hot tubs!
998360000The room is slightly small, well-equipped, clean and hygienic! Easy to access, the scenery outside is very good from the small balcony, you can see the sunshine of Jinshan Mountain! I will choose this hotel first when I come to Canmore next time!
GGuest UserThe environment is very good, and the hotel is very quiet, because I didn't pay attention to the window when I arrived at night, I got up in the morning and found that there is a very beautiful snow mountain. The location is near the high speed, which is very convenient. We arrived at twelve in the middle of the night, and we did n’t know about them until Check in was only 11 p.m. If there were friends who arrived as late as us, please call in advance.
EEric N.Definitely very happy with our stay. Close to bus station to go to Banff. And 10-15min walk to Canmore downtown. There’s definitely closer locations but for the amount that we paid, we’re very happy with the stay. The comforters are super warm and comfy. But I must say the bathroom flushes are quite weak lol. Another thing is the key card that tend to deactivate on their own (it happened twice), which created an inconvenience to come down to get them to reactivate it. And when I brought it up to the front desk they basically blamed me for putting the card close to my phone which will demagnetize it, instead of educating and apologizing. But otherwise good stay!
AAnnieOn the day we arrived the room assigned to us had a leaky toilet. The front desk quickly gave us the room next door. The room was ok. I don't understand why the curtains in the room cannot fully close. We did not opt for the discounted breakfast. The location was central.
인인조성It's okay now that it's the off-season, but I feel like it won't be able to be managed during the peak season. And utensils, pots, frying pans, etc. are all available for free. Personally, it's a cheap place to stay.
GGuest UserThe outside of building is quite run down. Parking is not always granted to guests as it fills up quickly.
I kept smelling food coming through the vents. The rooms are old with 70s flooring and old plumbing. It shouldn't be costing $95 for here for a 2 queen room. What what it is, I wouldn't felt okay paying $50 to stay.
