Generally speaking, the hotel is not too high in terms of location and cost performance, and the reservation for this trip is seriously inconsistent with the reservation description. The triple room is just two beds in an ordinary standard room, and it is OK to bring children. After negotiating with the hotel, They said that this is Ctrip’s tagging error, and it has nothing to do with them. There is nothing to do. Fortunately, Ctrip is also positive about the matter and handles it properly, and it doesn’t affect the mood too much.

We stayed two nights to visit the city calmly. The strategic location and the availability of a safe parking at fair prices already give it a further walk. We found kindness, a relaxing environment, a very spacious triple room, excellent beds, cleaning and a good breakfast room.

We went specifically because,”It seemed”the loading column present;the reserved places were occupied by non-electric vehicles. The staff were asked to move the cars,we had answered to load the vehicle next morning. Insisting they called the owner of a car (they know/usual customer),but by weighing the situation and also saying free load, which could not be claimed to be at least one place to load the car Then, when he went to the room, exactly the bathroom, the shower glasses were not closed, and was incrusted as if it had never been cleaned; several mosaic mattresses were missing. It is more comfortable walking naked on the sandy hills than on the road that is down the railway to reach the hotel. To note the service by “ASPORTO” (lucciole), which seemed very struck. We wanted to escape the first night, We had booked for three nights, one of which we tried to resist, but at 7am (interrupting full sleep), it seemed to be asfalting the road;Ahime was a tractor cutting the Amazon forest in front of our room.

Experienced a very pleasant stay for a couole of days. Room was tidy and clean, receptionists were very friendly and breakfast service was punctual. The hotel is close to the Royal palace ”Reggia di Caserta”, only 15 min walk and 5 min walk from the main street that links to the latter which is also full of cafes and shops. Recommended!

Menna who served us breakfast each morning was the star as far as the staff are concerned. She remembered our coffee order each morning. Breakfast room overlooked the pool which was a very relaxing place. The October warmth allowed us to sit by the pool each late afternoon. Air conditioning required asking the front desk to turn it in. Not acceptable. The curtains were coming off the rails. Not acceptable. The wifi was very slow. Not acceptable. Hot water was not very hot. Not acceptable. Noisy neighbours with screaming kids in neighbouring rooms. Not acceptable. Location of Caserta allows easy day trips to Naples, Pompeii and Salerno. Would we stay there again? Probably not.

Spent the last 2 nights of our Italian holiday in this hotel. Receptio staff very helpful. A bit tricky finding the car park, you have to go down a tunnel to find the large parking lot. We were told it was 10 euros for 24 hours if you were a guest of the hotel. Our room was on the 4th floot, comfortable bed, air conditioning, good sized bathroom. Wi fi provided. The receptionist recommended a lovely restaurant two minutes away from the hotel, and gave us the bus timetable for our bus to the airport, bus station and train station very near hotel so great for getting to Naples and other destinations. Royal Palace is literally on your doorstep. The breakfast is firfst class - amazing selection of meats, hot food, cakes, croissants, breads, etc. Lovely fresh fruit salads, assorted juices etc. Enjoyed some drinks one evening at the bar, served by Marino, the barman, who also worked in the breakfast room each morning. All staff ourteous and friendly. Would agree that the furniture in the room was a little ”Distressed”, not sure if it was old or deliberately meant to look that way, but this was only a minor matter. All in all, good value for money, and the breakfast will keep you going until supper!
