Coming to Chaozhou for the first time to check out the suitability for family travel. The hotel’s service is superb and the team always makes you feel welcome, from arrival to departure. They make sure they are connected with you on WeChat or mobile, so that you can contact them whenever and wherever (which is good for introverts who prefer not to speak face to face). The location is just directly opposite West Lake (西湖), and in the morning there is a small fruit market outside. The location of the hotel was about 10 min DiDi ride (¥13) to the tourist attractions like 广济桥与古城. Overall, we were very pleased with our 2-night stay at Atour Hotel. Thank you!
