Located at the intersection of the Dongmen Dock, there’s plenty of eateries and a beautiful river front around the hotel. It took some effort to locate the hotel and its lift up to their 6th floor. Once at the lobby of the hotel, check in was a breeze and they also allowed us to have early check in as the room was available. The room is large and has enough space to leave our luggages open. The toilet has good hot water and basic ammenities. The 3 star for cleanliness is due to a baby cockroach we saw in the toilet on the first day. Other than that, this hotel is recommended for its location and pricing.

My room was not ready when i cane, so they upgraded me to a suite. All helped me to book the taxi multiple times.

The location is very good, close to the subway and convenient for taxis. There are many restaurants downstairs, which is very convenient. The room is very clean, spacious and bright, without any odor. The environment is also very quiet and does not affect sleep. There is a small yard outside the room, which is very comfortable for vacation. The hotel staff is very friendly. I will choose this hotel again when I come to Chengdu next time. I brought my child here for business. I booked the wrong standard room, which was inconvenient. The front desk changed it to a big bed for free. I was very satisfied with the room. The service was super good. They helped to deal with the various needs of the children. It was very thoughtful. It was convenient to go anywhere in terms of transportation.
