Hygiene: Stayed for three nights, and found the garbage bag from the previous day thrown on the floor next to the TV cabinet when I returned to the room on the second night... I wanted to contact the front desk, but the phone was broken (no sound, not sure if it was broken or what) Washing machine: The musty smell was smelled as soon as the door was opened. Since it is an apartment hotel, should disinfection and deodorization be done during daily cleaning? How can guests feel assured to clean it, especially in Chengdu, a city where people dare not use showers easily...

I had an amazing stay at Somerset Chengdu last week! The room was spacious and beautiful with newly furnished amenities. The pool and sauna were very comfortable and relaxing. And Kelly’s service was very friendly and caring—I always feel at home when I arrive to Somerset. I wish I could have stayed longer.
