The design beautifully blends traditional Sichuan-style Tang Dynasty aesthetics with French elegance. The courtyard is picture-perfect, with photo opportunities at every turn. Rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and excellent soundproofing. The service is incredibly attentive and thoughtful 🐮, from the welcome tea to the sweet nightcap, creating a wonderfully atmospheric stay. Breakfast offers a great mix of Sichuanese and Western options, making for a fulfilling experience. Guests can also enjoy cultural activities like Shu embroidery and crafting. Highly recommended for an immersive experience!

The team (under the leadership of Lucy Yeung, the manager, supported by Alina Shek) in respect of hospitality service quality of the beforesaid hotel was considered exceptionally outstanding! The restaurant service quality as experienced is also considered excellent and parallelly brilliant in their discharging encountering service provision, especially Tom Huang (黄金平 ； Elena Chen(陈怡)； Cu jiao jiao (徐娇娇), Lesley Lei (restaurant management)! The variety and quality of food are impressively good. Even the service provision of the floor cleaning staff like Erica Wang (王小红) is also exceptionally impressive and satisfactorily good. I was very satisfied with the room's view; the tower view was great. The location is also excellent, and the hotel's environment is nice. All areas were very clean, and the service was so meticulous that the butler even reminded me about the weather forecast for the day!

I stumbled upon this hotel by chance. While dining in the restaurant, I discovered there's a pool inside, which immediately set a perfect vacation vibe. Breakfast by the pool, a relaxing swim – it was delightful. The hotel's cafe offers a wide variety of food, coffee, and alcoholic beverages. The room was clean and tidy; though not huge, it had all the necessary functions and was very well-equipped. They even offer late-night snacks! I arrived back late, but they thoughtfully kept mine at the front desk for me, which was incredibly heartwarming. The service was very warm and attentive, making me feel right at home. If you're traveling to Chengdu, this is an excellent choice. It's just a few minutes' walk from Huapaifang Metro Station! Next time, let's meet here for a vacation, chat about travel and food; life is always full of expectations…

The Xishang Hotel offers an amazing experience with attentive and prompt butler service. The food is made with fresh local ingredients and tastes authentic and delicious. The private hot spring is secluded and quiet, and the environment is tranquil and a great escape from the summer heat. Overall, the stay was very comfortable and I highly recommend it.

Overall we had a pleasant stay. Location is good, not too far or near the hustle bustle. Self service laundry was good before our long journey to Tibet/ Xi Zhang, and thumbs up to hotel staff who hhelped to hang those clothes we left inside the dryer past times by less than half hour. This hotel offers incredible value for money! The location is fantastic, making it easy to get anywhere, and the staff are incredibly enthusiastic. When I needed some water late at night, they responded quickly and delivered it. A big plus is that all the beds in the two-bedroom apartments are king-sized, which is important because most other apartment-style hotels typically have a 1.5-meter small bed in the second bedroom. The room comes fully equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, and stovetop, and the decor is very cozy. The large dining table in the restaurant is super convenient for takeout or cooking and enjoying meals and drinks together – an experience you just don't get at a standard hotel. A special shout-out to the cleaning staff who tidied up everything perfectly the next day!

The room itself was beautifully decorated, but the biggest surprise was the excellent hotel service, especially from Lotus, our concierge. Not only did she help me receive a delivery, but she also looked after the fresh produce it contained and even helped me carry things up and down. She deserves a special shout-out, as she really kicked off my trip to Chengdu and the snowy mountains on a high note!

The overall experience was excellent! The guesthouse was clean and tidy, with a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. It was easy to find and conveniently located for getting around and dining. The service was thoughtful and attentive, and the staff were genuinely kind. The room facilities were complete, and the bed was soft and clean, ensuring a quiet and peaceful stay. It's incredibly good value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Except for the location, which I found a bit inconvenient, everything else at Old Shuncheng Street deserves a resounding five-star review. It's actually quite central, with views of Tianfu Square. However, getting to the South Gate is a bit of a trek. The lobby on the 25th floor offers expansive views, and the service is truly excellent. You're greeted as you exit the elevator, guided to the guest room elevators, and receive phone calls both before check-in and after check-out. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, the bedding is top-notch, and even the toiletries are good – I particularly liked the toothpaste. Breakfast deserves special praise; it's among the best at any high-end hotel in Chengdu, surpassing even the Waldorf Astoria and W. What makes it stand out: fresh, beautifully presented fruit, with watermelon cut into perfectly uniform pieces – a lovely detail. The Mapo Tofu at breakfast was incredibly authentic and tasted amazing with the mini steamed buns… and so on. Highly recommended! At this price point in Chengdu's old city, it's essentially the pinnacle. Highly, highly recommended!
