During the May Day holiday, my family went to Bishan for fun and happened to see this hotel. It should be the best hotel in Bishan District. The hotel is located by the lake, with a grand design and a sense of design. The garden design is in place. The hotel room is also good, but many details are still not in place~

Facilities: The flower and wine connection in the bathroom is loose, which reminds me of bad things. I checked it and luckily there is nothing dirty. Hygiene: No problem with hygiene, quite clean. Environment: No problem with the lake. Service: Very good service, but the marketing is a bit too much. Everyone comes to add WeChat, which is not good. The rest of the complaints are 1. The mini bar is the shabbiest I have ever seen. There is only a can of Sprite and beer. Beer is the cheapest in Shancheng. 2. When I checked in, I was given a room with a bad view, which is completely different from the picture description. It makes people suspect that Ctrip users are treated differently. Later, I reported it to the front desk and it was handled. I like this. 3. There are not many dishes in the buffet, but it is indeed not bad. But the side dishes are very slow. The meal starts at 6 o'clock. It took an hour and a half for the Bishan rabbit to be served again. As the most expensive hotel in Bishan, it can only be said to be satisfactory. Many details need to be adjusted. By the way, the hot water is also hot and cold.

A family of 4 adults and 1 child booked a tatami king-size bed room and a lake view suite, and later changed to a tatami suite. The tatami room is really friendly to babies. You can run around barefoot without worrying about falling or bumping into anything, and formaldehyde pollution is eliminated. We had a buffet and breakfast (8 portions were exchanged for Ctrip points). The dishes were average, but the price-performance ratio was good. It was also close to various "rabbits" in Bishan, so takeout could be delivered. The 25-meter swimming lane was rare, and there were lifeguards. I stayed for 2 nights, and what I felt most was the attitude and sincerity of the hotel service staff, from Vivian, who introduced the room type for half an hour when booking the hotel, to the account manager Zuo Meimei who sent us to the room and helped change the room later (if I'm not mistaken), to the 3 concierge guys who ran very fast on May 2, 3, and 4. Their attitudes were better than many five-star hotels in the main city. I recommend staying here while the price is cheap now. I hope that the hot springs will be of high quality in the future, and the higher prices will be acceptable. Think about winter, snowing, and soaking in the few open-air private hot spring pools facing the lake. Anyway, I plan to go there again in winter.

I suggest that the room coffee be replaced with drip coffee, after all, it is a bit inconsistent to get instant coffee at this level of the hotel.

The hotel gym is the largest and most fully equipped I have ever seen, especially various equipment, aerobic and anaerobic, chest, back, legs, buttocks, each equipment description is very clear, one person facing a whole forest of equipment, I don’t know how cool it is. The breakfast noodles are delicious, the salad is good, and there are more staple food choices, but there are fewer Chinese dishes, and cheese seems to be missing. What can be improved: The bed in the king-size room is 1.8m, which is a bit small; there is no sofa or lazy couch in the room; the toilet is not fully automatic; it would be better if the room curtains and gauze curtains can be controlled in different areas; there is no simple shaver; there is no Bluetooth speaker and wireless charging.

It is connected to Xiuhu Park downstream, and the scenery here is unique. The service staff at all positions are very polite and have a good sense of service. There is a Southeast Asian style night market outside, which is very crowded at night. If you have the opportunity to visit Bishan again, you must stay here.
